4 CLAIMS SERVICES At Ironshore, we have an integrated approach to claims. In fact, we include our in-house claims team in the underwriting process. Ultimately, the people who are responsible for the quality of our policies are also responsible for policy service and support, particularly in the event of a claim. While this seamless service model seems fairly obvious, it s unique within the industry.
