The core activities are currently focused on the Russian insurance market. We are also developing relationships with partners from Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and other countries. 4

12 EVENT 2010 Reunion AG organized an Engineering Insurance Seminar in co-operation with its partners from the oldest insurance company of Switzerland Nationale Suisse in Basel, Switzerland in October The representatives of insurance companies with the leading market positions in CAR insurance in Russia took part at this seminar, and namely: «AlfaStrakhovanie», «Allianz (Russia)», «Military Insurance Company», «Gefest», «Renaissance Insurance Group», «RESO- Garantiya», «Rosgosstrakh». 12

13 EVENT 2010 All leading Engineering underwriters of Nationale Suisse were participating. The main attraction of this two-day event was a construction site-inspection of the Gotthard tunnel which is the world's longest railway tunnel with the length of 57km. Nationale Suisse is a co-insurer of this object and is responsible for the respective risk management. The participants of the event had an opportunity to see with their own eyes the "construction of the century" and to get answers to all questions. 13

14 ROUNDTABLE 2011 Reunion has organized the 1 st Reunion Engineering Insurance Roundtable on in Hilton Park Hotel, Munich, Germany on June 9 th -10 th, The roundtable discussions were devoted to the current practice and perspectives of Engineering insurance and reinsurance in Russia. The five topics were presented by representatives of insurance companies followed by open discussions, namely: «Difference in conditions» (Ingosstrakh), «Defects Cover LEG/DE» (Sogaz), «DSU/ALoP Covers» (ACE), «Insurance of infrastructure projects» (Gefest), «XL vs. Pro Rata reinsurance» (Swiss Re). 14

24 REUNION INS.BROKER, MOSCOW One of the most important events for REUNION AG in 2011 became the establishment of a Moscow subsidiary Reunion Insurance Broker Ltd. which is currently headed by Mr. Alexander Bykov. Alexander Bykov is an economist with professional insurance experience for over 18 years, including 7 years of work as a leading specialist and manager in insurance companies and 11 years as a founder and director of insurance brokerage companies. 24
