Eligibility: The "Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States (including the District of Columbia, Hawaii, and Alaska) and Canada (excludes Quebec) except employees, officers, directors (and such individuals immediate family members and those living in their same households) of Spirit Halloween Superstores, LLC ("Sponsor"), Paramount Pictures Corporation ("Paramount"), Fandango Loyalty Solutions, LLC or any organization responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes or supplying the prizes, and/or each entity s respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies. Void in the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. military installations in foreign countries and all other U.S. territories and possessions and where otherwise restricted or prohibited by law. Participants must be seventeen (17) years of age or older at the time of entry, must have Internet access, must be the authorized user of an active Instagram account ("Account"), and must be the authorizes user of an active address. Paramount is not responsible for the collection, submission or processing of entries, the administration of the Sweepstakes or the selection of winners. How to Enter: People wanting to participate are encouraged to follow on Instagram, and upload an image showing us what you love about Halloween, using the hashtag #SpiritParanormal between October 12, 2015 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and October 25, 2015 at 11:59:59 PM ET ("Promotion Period"). All entries must be received on or before the end of the Promotion Period. Unlimited number of entries per participant will be accepted. ANY MAIL-IN ENTRIES SUBMITTED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, WILL BE VOID AND AUTOMATICALLY DESTROYED WITHOUT OPENING. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Incomplete, illegible, false or deceptive entries are void. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, computer or software malfunctions or telephone transmission problems or technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware) or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether caused by computer viruses, worms or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, equipment, programming used in this Sweepstakes, mechanical, electronic or human error or otherwise. In the event of a dispute as to any registration or entry, the authorized account holder of the Account used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned the address associated with an Account by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Entrants who enter via Instagram are providing information to Sponsor and not to Instagram. To become a member of Instagram, download Instagram on a mobile device or visit and create an account. Membership to Instagram is free. Before entering the Sweepstakes, the "Photos Are Private" option in the account settings must be set to "OFF". Instagram Content Restrictions: Instagram entries must not 1) contain material that violates or infringes any third party s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement; 2) contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, or otherwise offensive (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous; 3) contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; or 4) contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where such entry is created. Failure to comply with these Instagram Content

2 Restrictions, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, is grounds for automatic disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Uploading an entry constitutes an entrant s consent to give Sponsor and Paramount a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, create derivative works from, and display such submissions in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, and to incorporate it into other works, in any form, creative, media or technology now known or later developed, including for promotional or marketing purposes. If requested, entrant will sign any documentation that may be required for Sponsor, Paramount or each entity s designees to make use of the non-exclusive rights entrant is granting to use the entry. Released Parties (as defined in the Release section below) are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, damaged, incomplete, invalid, un-intelligible, garbled, delayed or misdirected entries; all of which will be void. By submitting your entry in the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that Sponsor and Paramount will own all entries submitted by you in the Sweepstakes. Each entrant into the Sweepstakes hereby irrevocably grants, transfers, sells, assigns and conveys to Sponsor and Paramount, and each entity s successors and assigns, all present and future right, title and interest of every kind and nature whatsoever in and to the entry(ies) for exploitation throughout the universe, in perpetuity, by means of any and all media and devices whether now known or hereafter devised. Sponsor and Paramount shall have the right, in each entity s sole discretion, to edit, composite, morph, scan, duplicate, or alter, the entry(ies) for any purpose which Sponsor and/or Paramount deems necessary or desirable, and each entrant irrevocably waives any and all so-called moral rights they may have in the entry(ies) submitted by him or her. Each entrant hereby acknowledges that such entrant does not reserve any rights in and to his/her entry(ies). Sponsor and/or Paramount shall have no obligation (express or implied) to use any entry, or to otherwise exploit any entry or, if commenced, to continue the distribution or exploitation thereof, and Sponsor and/or Paramount may at any time abandon the use of the entry(ies) for any reason or no reason at all, and no entrant shall be entitled to any damages or other relief by reason thereof. Drawing: One (1) winner will be selected for the Daily Prize from all eligible entries received each day during the Promotion Period by a random drawing; fourteen (14) total daily winners. Winners for the Daily Prize each day are selected the next business day. At the end of the Sweepstakes, one (1) person will be chosen to win the Grand Prize by pooling all eligible entries together and selecting one (1) winner. Limit one (1) prize during the Promotion Period. Winners will be notified via direct message. Reward code void if not activated by 12/31/2015 and certificate void if not used by 12/31/2015. If lost, cannot be replaced. No reproductions will be accepted. No cash value. No change will be provided. Internet access and printer required, and winner(s) must bring printed certificate to the participating theater box office to redeem. Not valid with any other offer. Offer valid only in U.S. and valid for one-time use only. Not for resale; void if sold or exchanged. 3 The Grand Prize winner s travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, or if such travel companion is under the age of majority in his or her state of residence (a "minor"), the Grand Prize winner must be such minor s parent or legal guardian, or such travel companion must travel with the written permission of such parent or legal guardian in form and substance acceptable to Sponsor in its sole discretion. If Grand Prize winner is a minor, his or her travel companion must be his or her parent or legal guardian, or the Grand Prize winner must travel with the written permission of such parent or legal guardian in form and substance acceptable to Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event a Grand Prize winner s residence is close enough to Los Angeles, CA such that air transportation is deemed by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be unnecessary, the Grand Prize will not include air transportation from such Grand Prize winner s residence and no other substitution or compensation will be provided in lieu thereof. The Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion/s must travel together on the same itinerary and must possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable, and comply with any applicable hotel check-in requirements, such as presentation of a major credit card and/or any requirement that at least one (1) guest be eighteen (18) years old or older. All aspects of the travel portions of the Grand Prize must be conducted on such dates as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All aspects of the travel portions of the Grand Prize must be booked within sixty (60) days after such prize is awarded and must be fully completed no later than one (1) year after the prize is awarded. The dates of departure and return are subject to change at Sponsor s sole discretion. Airfare may not include government taxes, Passenger Facility Charge or September 11th Security Fee. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. Other travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All airline tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. The ARV for travel prizes may vary depending upon points of departure and destination and fare fluctuations. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel routes and select hotels in its sole discretion. The ARV for travel prizes is an estimate made before the Sweepstakes begins. The Grand Prize winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the estimate made in these Official Rules. The round trip air transportation element for any travel prize begins and ends at the point of departure. No interest will be awarded on cash prizes. Room taxes and other hotel fees are not included and if applicable may be payable at the time of check-out by the winner/guest. A deposit or payment in advance, or presentation of a credit card by the Grand Prize winner, may be required at the time of check-in at the hotel. Any hotel cancellations or changes to hotel reservations after confirmation must be made with the hotel directly, and the Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for any charges and/or fees arising from changes made directly with the hotel. The prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and the Grand Prize described above may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the Prize Claim Documents (as defined below) and/or other travel documents. In the event the Grand Prize winner and/or his or her travel companion engages in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Grand Prize winner and/or his or her travel companion home with no further compensation. In the event that the Paranormal Experience listed in the Grand Prize description does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, an event of "Force Majeure", or for any other reason, then in lieu of attending the Paranormal Experience, the Grand Prize winner will receive the remaining components of the Grand Prize, which shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor s prize obligation to the Grand Prize winner, and no other or additional compensation will be awarded. Tangible prizes will be shipped from the Spirit Headquarters in Egg Harbor Twp, NJ via ground shipping within 10 working days of receiving winner s reply. Any and all taxes on the prize, and any other costs, fees, and expenses not explicitly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the prize recipient.

4 Miscellaneous: No transfer, cash redemption, or prize substitutions (or portion thereof) allowed, except at the Sponsor s sole discretion. In the unlikely event that any portion of the prize is undeliverable for any reason Sponsor will award a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value. Prizes will be awarded only if the potential prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. All portions of the prize(s) are nonassignable and non-transferable. All details and other restrictions of the prize(s) not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Each prize winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state, provincial and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. Each potential winner will have five (5) business days from the moment the notification is issued to respond to such notification by following instructions provided therein. By responding to the notification in the time provided, the potential winner is agreeing to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where imposing such condition is legal, a Publicity Release (collectively, "Prize Claim Documents"). If a response is not received in the time provided, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. A maximum of three (3) redraws following the same process described above will be conducted per original selection. Canadian residents may need to correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical, electronic or otherwise, prior to being declared a winner. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the notification procedures in connection with the selection of the alternate winner(s), if any. By participating in the Sweepstakes, in addition to any other grants which may be granted in any other agreement entered into between Sponsor and any entrant in and/or winner of the Sweepstakes, each entrant irrevocably grants permission for Sponsor and Paramount, and each entity s respective successors, assigns and licensees, to use such person s name, biographical and prize information, entry materials, picture, biographical information and likeness in any and all media for any purpose, including without limitation for promotional or advertising purposes in connection with this Sweepstakes and/or the motion picture currently entitled "Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension" (the "Motion Picture"), its theatrical release, and the DVD of the Motion Picture, without further notice or further compensation or permission except where prohibited by law. All entries are subject to verification prior to awarding of prizes. Eligibility, age, and claims made by prize winners in regards to compliance with these Official Rules also are subject to verification prior to awarding of prize. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items once in the winner s possession. Sponsor shall not be liable to winner or any person claiming through winner for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulations(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, threatened terrorist acts, air raid, blackout, act of public enemy, earthquake, war (declared or undeclared), fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal) labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Sponsor s sole control (collectively, "Force Majeure Event"). General Liability Release/Force Majeure: By entering, entrant agrees that Sponsor, Paramount, and each entity s respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (all such entities and individuals collectively referred to herein as the "Released Parties"), and Instagram, shall have no liability for, and shall be held harmless for and against any cost, damage, loss or injury of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from: (i) the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity; or (ii) printing, distribution or production errors in connection with the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity. Sponsor and Paramount, or their affiliates, may rescind any promotion found to contain such errors without liability in their sole discretion. Entrants (and any minor entrant s parent or legal guardian) agree that the Promotion Parties have made no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor and Paramount reserve the right, in their sole discretion to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes should causes beyond the control of Sponsor or Paramount, including but not limited to a Force Majeure Event (as defined herein), impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes and, in the event of cancellation, termination or suspension, select, at Sponsor s discretion, winners from eligible, non-suspect entries

5 received prior to event requiring such cancellation, termination or suspension. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that (i) tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operations of this Sweepstakes in any manner, (ii) violates the Official Rules, or (iii) acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor and Paramount each reserve the right to seek civil and/or criminal prosecution and/or damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Jury Trial Waiver: Except as prohibited by law and as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant hereby waives any right it may have to a trial by jury in respect of any litigation directly or indirectly arising out of, under or in connection with this Sweepstakes, any document or any agreement entered into in connection herewith and any of the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.
