ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S., D.C., who, as of date of entry, possess a valid driver s license and are of the legal age of majority in the state in which they reside. Officers, directors and employees of Maaco Franchising LLC (the Sponsor or Maaco ), Paramount Pictures Corporation ( Paramount ) and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, licensees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, advertising/promotion agencies (all such individuals and entities collectively referred to herein as the ( Promotion Entities ) and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate or win. HOW TO ENTER: To enter TRANSFORMERS: THE LAST KNIGHT Maaco Trivia Knight Sweepstakes, during the entry period, click on the link that is shared in social posts that Maaco is launching as part of its TRANSFORMERS: THE LAST KNIGHT Movie Ticket and Los Angeles vacation giveaway series. Filling out this form once enters the contestant for a chance to win five (5) movie tickets to see TRANSFORMERS: THE LAST KNIGHT or the Los Angeles vacation package. Maaco social posts will promote this form on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, but no social engagement is necessary to win prizes. A completed entry consists of filling out the short entry form that includes full name and . Up to 200 movie ticket prize packages consisting of five tickets each will be given away at the end of the movie ticket entry period. ALL ENTRIES FOR THE MOVIE TICKETS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59 PM EST / 8:59 PM PST / 5:59 PM HAST ON June 25, ALL ENTRIES FOR THE $5,000 LOS ANGELES VACATION MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59 PM EST / 8:59 PM PST / 5:59 PM HAST ON JULY 7, Entries submitted through will be deemed to have been submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the address submitted at the time of the entry. SPONSOR DESIGNATED WINNERS; ODDS OF WINNING: Up to 200 winners will be randomly chosen by the Sponsor to win a Movie Ticket prize package consisting of five (5) Movie Tickets to TRANSFORMERS: THE LAST KNIGHT. Each movie ticket is valued at up to $13 and will be distributed to each winner as digital codes. One (1)

2 winner will be randomly chosen by the Sponsor from all eligible entries to win the Grand Prize Los Angeles Trip prize package consisting of: A helicopter flight over Los Angeles for two (2) A Paramount Studios tour for two (2), One (1) three (3) day exotic car rental Two (2) economy class airline flights to Los Angeles Two (2) night stay in Hollywood (one room, double occupancy) with breakfast Limited travel insurance for two (2) One (1) set of four (4) TRANSFORMERS DVDs including TRANSFORMERS, TRANSFORMERS: REVENGE OF THE FALLEN, TRANSFORMERS: DARK OF THE MOON, and TRANSFORMERS: AGE OF EXTINCTION. The total ARV of the Grand Prize is: $3,860. Sponsor to randomly choose movie ticket winners on June 26, 2017 and the Los Angeles vacation winner on July 8, 2017 from the complete list of users who have submitted the form on The random selection will be chosen by a means of software with the ability to choose random entries. The decisions of the Sponsor are final with respect to all matters relating to this Promotion. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Additional compensation and all additional costs are at winner s expense. The Grand Prize winner s travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, or if such travel companion is under the age of majority in his or her state of residence (a minor ), the Grand Prize winner must be such minor s parent or legal guardian, or such travel companion must travel with the written permission of such parent or legal guardian in form and substance acceptable to Sponsor in its sole discretion. Specific make and model of rental car not guaranteed. Rental includes a mileage allowance, daily parking at hotel only, and liability insurance coverage for rental duration. Driver must be at least 21 years of age, possess a current valid U.S. driver s license, valid major credit card, and meet/comply with all terms and conditions of the rental car agency in order to rent vehicle. Rental does not include fuel. Winner will be responsible for any damage, fees, legal or financial implications if engaged in any reckless or illegal behavior. In the event a Grand Prize winner s residence is close enough to Los Angeles, California such that air transportation is deemed by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be unnecessary, the applicable Grand Prize will not include air transportation from such Grand Prize winner s residence and no other substitution or compensation will be provided in lieu thereof. Each Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary and must possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable, and comply with any applicable hotel check-in requirements, such as presentation of a major credit card. All aspects of the travel portions of the Grand Prize must be conducted on such dates as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The dates of departure and return are subject to change at Sponsor s sole discretion. Airfare may not include government taxes, Passenger Facility Charge or September 11th Security Fee. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. Other travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All airline tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. The ARV for travel prizes may vary depending upon points of departure and destination and fare fluctuations. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel routes and select hotels in its sole discretion. The ARV for travel prizes is an estimate made before the Sweepstakes begins. The Grand Prize winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the estimate made in these Official Rules. The round trip air transportation element for any travel prize begins and ends at the point of departure. No interest will be awarded on cash prizes. Room taxes and other hotel fees are not included and if applicable may be payable at the time of check-out by the winner/guest. A deposit or payment in

3 advance, or presentation of a credit card by the Grand Prize winner, may be required at the time of check-in at the hotel. Any hotel cancellations or changes to hotel reservations after confirmation must be made with the hotel directly, and the Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for any charges and/or fees arising from changes made directly with the hotel. The prize restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and the Grand Prize described above may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the Prize Claim Documents (as defined below) and/or other travel documents. In the event the Grand Prize winner and/or his or her travel companion/s engages in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the Grand Prize winner and/or his or her travel companion/s home with no further compensation. 4. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winners will be notified via their given address and will be required to respond and accept their prize(s) within 24 hours. The winner randomly selected to win the Los Angeles prize must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) via within seven (7) days of notification (the Prize Claim Documents ), or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Winners may also be notified via the contact information they enter into our database. This information will be collected upon the contestant s entry into our random Movie Ticket giveaway. 5. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes are awarded as is with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor subject to restrictions and expiration dates. Winners will be contacted through the contact information they enter in the Sponsor s database at time of entry. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all other costs and expenses associated with their prize not specified herein as being awarded. No transfer or substitution of prizes permitted by winner. No responsibility or liability is assumed for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of prizes. Acceptance of prizes constitutes permission to use winners names and likenesses for promotional and advertising purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Movie tickets must be used while TRANSFORMERS: THE LAST KNIGHT is in theaters or prize will be forfeited. No cash redemption, substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the prize is unavailable. Limit one (1) movie ticket prize (total of 5 tickets) per person/household. Prizes will be awarded, provided a sufficient number of entries are received each week (and previous weeks, if any). Each Movie certificate is good towards one admission (up to $13 total value) to see TRANSFORMERS: THE LAST KNIGHT at participating theaters in the U.S. Reward code void if not activated by 8/31/17, and certificate void if not used by 8/31/17 or when TRANSFORMERS: THE LAST KNIGHT is no longer in theaters, whichever comes first. If lost or stolen, cannot be replaced. No reproductions will be accepted. No cash value. No change will be provided. Internet access and printer required, and must bring printed certificate to the participating theater box office to redeem. Not valid with any other offer. Offer valid for one-time use only. Not for resale; void if sold or exchanged. If cost of movie admission is more than maximum value of the movie certificate, then user must pay the difference. Limit 5 rewards per person. Winner assumes all risk and liability for travel cancellations, travel interruptions, or any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by or to Winner, by or to Winner s guests, by Winner or Winner s guest s participation in this Sweepstakes or the use/misuse or redemption of any prize by Winner or Winner s guests. 6. GENERAL RULES: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor/Administrator. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. Entries become the property of the Sponsor. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the application or the Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes or for any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, accessing or downloading information in connection with the application or sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the account used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. Winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder of the account associated with the entry. Proof of entering information via the application does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt of such information. Sponsor and/or its Administrator (as identified in these Official Rules) are not responsible for the failure of any or entry to be received by Sponsor/Administrator on account of technical problems or congestion on the internet or at any website. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or application; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes or application may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes or application, then the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel the Sweepstakes and select the applicable winners from among all eligible entries received per weekly entry period and all previous weekly entry periods (if any) prior to cancellation. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of North Carolina in the United States, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of North Carolina or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than North Carolina in the U.S. 9.
