CHU will notify you in writing of ny effet hnge my hve on your insurne renewl. Monetry limits on the over We n insure you up to the mount of the sum insured or other speified limits for your insured property. These mounts re speified in the relevnt luses in the Poliy Wording prt or on the Shedule. Covers for Liility to others, Fidelity Gurntee, Offie Berers Legl Liility, Mhinery Brekdown, Government Audit Costs nd Legl Defene Expenses insure you up to set limit of liility whih is shown on the Shedule. You need to mke sure you re hppy with the relevnt sum(s) insured nd limits. If you do not dequtely insure yourself you my hve to er the uninsured proportion of ny loss yourself. For exmple, if you don t hve suffiient sum insured to reple your insured property t new ost you will er the shortfll. The ost of demolition nd removl of deris from the site, nd other osts suh s the ost of employing n rhitet or surveyor, the replement of other strutures suh s drivewys, rodwys, kering, ove nd elow ground servies should ll e inluded in the sum insured. The premium lso inludes mounts pyle in respet of ompulsory government hrges inluding Stmp Duty, GST, ny Fire Servie Levy (where pplile) nd CHU s dministrtion fee (see their Finnil Servies Guide for detils). When you pply for this insurne, you will e dvised of the premium. If you hoose to effet over, the mount will e set out on the Shedule. 21 dy ooling off period If you wnt to return your insurne fter your deision to uy it, you my nel it nd reeive full refund. To do this we must reeive your request either in writing or vi emil within 21 dys of you reeiving the Shedule. This ooling off right does not pply if you hve mde or re entitled to mke lim.
