1 FINISH QUANTUM SIMPLY BRILLIANT 2015 COMPETITION ( Competition ) TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Instructions on how to enter and the Prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 2. The promoter is Reckitt Benckiser (Australia) Pty Limited (ABN ) of 44 Wharf Road, West Ryde, 2114 NSW Australia, PH: (Australia) and Reckitt Benckiser (New Zealand) Limited, 289 Lincoln Road, Henderson, Auckland 0610, PH: (New Zealand) ( Promoter ). Eligibility to Enter 3. Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over (Eligible Entrants). 4. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, exspouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1 st cousin. Promotional Period 5. Competition commences at 12:01 am AEDST on 09/03/15 and ends at 11:59pm AEDST on 14/12/15 ( Promotional Period ). How to Enter 6. To enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: a) Purchase a specially-marked Finish Quantum Automatic dishwasher tablet product (small or large) (Eligible Product) from any participating retailer in Australia or New Zealand ( Qualifying Purchase ). Eligible Products will feature a promotional strip along the top of the pack containing a promotional code ( Promotional Code ). For the purposes of this promotion, a participating retailer will be any retailer in Australia or New Zealand that shelves Eligible Products during the Promotional Period; b) retain their original purchase receipt for the Qualifying Purchase as proof of purchase; c) visit (for Australian residents) or (for New Zealand residents); d) follow the prompts to the Competition entry page; e) agree to provide their personal information and input the requested details (including their full name, a valid address, and the Promotional Code); f) agree to receive the Finish Simply Brilliant newsletter by ticking the relevant tick box (if they have not done so already); g) agree to the Terms and Conditions by ticking the relevant tick box; and h) submit the fully completed entry form online. 7. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Purchase (i.e. per Eligible Product purchased); b) unrecognised codes will be deemed invalid; c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and d) a limit of two (2) Prizes per Eligible Entrant and per household applies (excluding residents of SA).

2 Prize 8. The Prize is one Heart to Heart kit containing two Reidel wine glasses valued at AU$60AUD each. (Prize) 9. There are a total of two thousand eight hundred and ten (2,810) Prizes to be won during the Promotional Period. 10. The total Prize pool is valued at AU$168,600 AUD. Prize Draws & Winner Notification 11. There will be a draw conducted for the entries received each day of the Promotional Period ( Daily Draw ), for a total of two hundred and eighty one (281) Daily Draws. Entries into each Daily Draw will open and close each day based on NSW local time. The Daily Draws will be conducted by way of a random computer selection at Handling Matters, 1/3 Green Street, Brookvale, NSW 2100 at 2:00pm AEST/AEDST on the dates outlined in the table below. Un-drawn entries in each Daily Draw will be entered into any subsequent Daily Draw(s). The first ten (10) valid entries drawn in each Daily Draw will win the Prize ( Winners ). Winners names will also be published on within two (2) weeks of the Winner confirmation. 14. Prizes will be delivered to each Winner to the Winner s Australian or New Zealand address by post (being the address provided by the Eligible Entrant on his or her entry form) within 21 days of the Winner being notified. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any damage to the Prize which may occur during delivery of the Prize to the Winner. Prizes will not be replaced or substituted for cash in the event the Prize is damaged upon delivery to the Winner. 2

A draw for any unclaimed Prizes (i.e. any Prizes that were not accepted/claimed by a provisional winner, or any Prize/s that were returned to sender after the Promoter dispatched the Prize to a provisional winner s nominated Australian or New Zealand address) in any Daily Draw may take place at the same time and place as the original draw on the dates outlined in the table below, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners, if any, will be notified in writing via within two (2) business days of the relevant draw to the address provided on their application form, and their names will be published on within two (2) weeks of the Winner confirmation. If there are less entries received then Prizes available to be won in any Daily Draw, those remaining unwon prizes will not be included in an unclaimed prize draw. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. 18. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited. 19. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants (including an Eligible Entrant s identity, age and place of residence). Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. 20. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the Eligible Entrant. 21. Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. 22. Eligible Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of entries and forfeiture of any right to the Prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase, that an eligible product was purchased, and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry submission. 23. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way. 24. In the event that the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value or specification, unless to do so would be prohibited by law, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. 3

Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify any statutory consumer guarantees or any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which from these terms and conditions would contravene any statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void ( Non-Excludable Guarantees ). Subject to the limitations in the preceding sentence, the Promoter excludes from these terms and conditions all conditions, warranties and terms implied by statute, general law or custom. 26. Except for liability in relation to a Non Excludable Guarantee, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, without limitation, the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry, Prize that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation Prize value to that stated in these terms and conditions; (e) any tax implications; and/or (f) the Prize or use of the Prize. 27. The Promoter collects personal information for the purpose of conducting this Competition and which is reasonably necessary for or directly related to the Promoter s functions and activities including marketing and sale of its products to consumers. By entering this promotion Eligible Entrants consent to the use of their personal information for that purpose, and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. Eligible Entrants have the option of providing personal information to the Promoter anonymously, unless it is considered impractical for the Promoter to deal with the Eligible Entrant anonymously. It may be necessary for the Promoter to transfer data to the Promoter s office in another country, or to overseas entities such as to its agents. The Promoter will take all reasonable steps necessary to ensure that any personal information transferred overseas is kept securely and in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles. The Promoter may use personal information for the purpose of sending direct marketing material. Eligible Entrants consent to receiving direct marketing material by entering this Competition, but will be able to unsubscribe from any such communications if they wish. Eligible Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter s privacy policy by ing the Promoter on inquiry@rb.com or by phone on (Australia) or (New Zealand) during office hours, or by visiting The Privacy Policy also contains details on how Australian entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with 28. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the Eligible Entrant s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. 29. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an Eligible Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that Eligible Entrant invalid. 30. All entries become the property of the Promoter. 31. Should an Eligible Entrant s contact details change during the Promotional Period, it is the Eligible Entrant's responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to Promoter. 32. It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize and the Prize supplier s requirements. 4

The Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it on the same or different conditions, unless to do so would be prohibited by law, subject to lottery department approval. 34. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Competition. 35. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. 36. The laws of Australia apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law.
