2 E, F health insurance at a glance This plan is offered to international citizens under 60 years of age residing in France as well as international students over 40 and under 60 years old (for international students under 40, please check our A, B, C plans). 2 options: E and F Included benefits: o Medical expenses, including hospitalization and surgery o Repatriation and evacuation o Legal assistance o Personal liability Duration of cover : from 1 to 12 months (the policy can be renewed upon request) The proposed benefits are covered by well-known and reliable companies : Mutuelle Générale de l'éducation Nationale (MGEN) and Allianz P&C You can subscribe before you leave or once you are in France Your benefits are also valid throughout the European Union (for travel outside the European Union, we can offer international travel insurance Globe Partner)

3 Health benefits We refund medical expenses resulting from accident or illness within the French metropolitan territory and within the European Union. With your E, F insurance, you can see the doctor of your choice. Nevertheless, in order to be reimbursed as efficiently as possible, we advise you to make a consultation with doctors charging the tariffs set up by the French Social Security. 4 What to do in case of illness? Many medical centers (as well as hospitals) apply the admitted Social Security tariffs. 5 Emergencies & refunds To find a doctor charging the Social Security tariffs near you, you can use the search engine set up by the French Social Security Ameli.fr. (only available in French). In case of emergency, at night or on public holidays, please contact a hospital (Assistance Publique - Hôpitaux de Paris). In France, doctors will give you at the end of the consultation an invoice (which is called feuille de soin ): please keep preciously! In case your condition requires treatment, the doctor will give you a prescription, either for medication, or for further exams (blood tests, X-rays etc). Once your treatment(s) has been completed and paid for, all you have to do is to send us the original medical invoices in your possession: doctor invoice, medical prescription, pharmacy receipt, proof of payment... You can also give us your bank details for a refund by bank transfer, or your complete postal address in France to receive a refund check in euros. A hospitalization corresponds to a hospital stay of more than 24 hours. If your hospital stay is less than 24 hours, the claim procedure to follow is as mentioned above.
