1 RIS Montreal Trip 2017 committee RIS MONTREAL TRIP TERMS & CONDITIONS RIS Montreal welcomes you aboard the RIS road trip. We hope that you will find this year s conference enlightening and spiritually uplifting, InshAllah! May Allah (swt) reward your efforts in seeking knowledge. Below are the guidelines that must be understood to ensure the smoothness of this trip. By participating in this trip, you will be deemed to have irrevocably agreed to these terms. You will provide 1. Ticket is NON-REFUNDABLE / NON EXCHANGEABLE. ID must be presented upon check in. You cannot sell your ticket to another individual. If the name on the ticket does not correspond to the identification provided, the participant will not be permitted to board. 3. If, under the relevant law, you damage any property (bus, hotel), you will be required to pay. 4. Participants are expected to be at Concordia University (Hall Building) 22 nd of December, at 10PM for registration. The buses will depart at 12:00AM SHARP. It is highly suggested that you arrive on time for registration, he who fails to register before departure will no longer be part of this trip. If you miss the departure, there is no refund or reimbursements. 6. All forms of verbal / physical aggression toward any participant / organizer will not be tolerated. 7. At the hotel, all incidents will be incurred by the guest, not by the trip. A credit card will be required to use any additional hotel services. WIFI is offered for free, for all guests. 8. RIS Montreal Trip is solely responsible for the transport of passengers to and from Toronto, as well as their hotel accommodation, for the 3-day RIS Convention. We are, in no way, involved in planning the knowledge retreat or additional activities. If you choose to attend the knowledge retreat, you are responsible for your transportation and accommodation for that event. 9. Failure to be at the required departure location (the moose statue at the Metro Convention Centre) at the designated time of return will result in your abandonment in Toronto. are responsible for arriving at the lectures on time, getting your meals and other activities.

However, certain guidelines must be understood in order to ensure the smoothness of this trip. By participating to this trip you will be deemed to have irrevocably agreed to these terms. 4 Sakeenah Package Additional Information 1. Tickets must be purchased in a group of either 2 or 4 people. 2. Your group partners are also your roommates so choose wisely. 3. A Sakeenah package may not be converted into a standard package. 4. In the event that there are not enough participants RIS Montreal Trip reserves the right to convert your package to standard, and refund you the difference. 5. If the Sakeenah bus is missed, there is NO possibility of boarding a later bus. You have forfeited your right to board. 6. As above, tickets may not be refunded nor exchanged. 7. The Sakeenah bus returns to Montreal at the same time as the standard packages May this trip be one that is memorable for us all, we are proud to have you with us. And may Allah (SWT) facilitate this trip for everyone. We kindly ask you to be patient, kind and forgiving with the organizers. Note that we are all volunteers and doing this for the sake of Allah (SWT), so all we ask for is your cooperation at all times to ensure that we can all enjoy our trip Insha Allah.
