Winner must be able to attend the college basketball conference tournament being held at Madison Square Garden in New York City March 9-12, SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY DATES: The Lexus Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes Win a trip for 2 to New York Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes ) entry period begins on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 a.m. Central Standard Time ( CST ) and ends on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at 11:59:59 p.m. CST (the Sweepstakes Period ). Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. There will be one (1) drawing to award one (1) prize. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Omaha Lexus Dealers Association, c/o Team One, 1 Tower Lane, Suite 3120, Oakbrook Terrace, Chicago, IL ( Sponsor ), and/or COHEN-FRIEDBERG ASSOCIATES, LLC, Framingham, MA (the Administrator ), whose decisions shall be final and legally binding in all respects. 2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who reside in the state of Nebraska, who have a legal residence within (50) miles of the Lexus of Omaha (13025 W Dodge Rd, Omaha, NE 68154), and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Administrator, Omaha Lexus Dealer Association, Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A, Inc., Sweepstakes prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealership associations, dealers, sales representatives, franchisees, retailers, printers, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials, their advertising, promotion and/or sweepstakes agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes agents (collectively, the Sweepstakes Entities ), and each of their immediate family members and/or people living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. All eligibility is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. All entries submitted are the property of the Sponsor. The Sponsor's clock will be the timekeeper for the Sweepstakes. 3. HOW TO ENTER: You may enter the Sweepstakes by completing the online Official Entry Form found at Registration will include name, complete address, city, state, zip, age, address mobile number and agreement to the Official

2 Rules. Once you have completed the registration, you will receive one entry in to the Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries in excess of the limit will be disqualified. Entries made by any other individual other than the person named in the entry, or by any entity, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, automatic entry applications or programs will be declared invalid and disqualified for the Sweepstakes. Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes is prohibited and any entries deemed by Sponsor, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will be void. In case of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. Authorized account holder is defined as the person who is assigned to an address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive address will be disqualified and ineligible to win. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same address. All entry materials submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, and to award the Prizes based on eligible entries received prior to the cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for problems downloading or uploading of any Sweepstakes-related information to or from the web site or for any other technical malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer hardware or software failures, phone lines, failure of any electronic mail entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, traffic, congestion on the internet or the web site, or any other technical problems related to web site entries including telecommunication miscommunication or failure, and failed, lost, delayed, incomplete, garbled or misdirected communications which may limit an entrant s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. 4. RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about Thursday, February 25, 2016 from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period by the Administrator. Conduct of the Sweepstakes and the drawing are under the supervision of the Administrator. Potential prize winner will be notified by phone and/or by or mail whichever is deemed appropriate by the Administrator, using the contact information provided at the time of entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for any potential prize winning notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by any potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, any potential prize winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours of the first notification attempt, or if the prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable such potential prize winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected (time permitting). If any potential prize winner is found to be ineligible, fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility/publicity and liability release within three (3) days of attempted notification or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or

3 declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected (time permitting). The potential prize winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/publicity and liability/publicity release, and return it properly executed, within three (3) days of attempted notification as a condition of awarding the prize. If the potential prize winner cannot be contacted, fails to fulfill all the requirements of the Sweepstakes, or if notices or prizes are returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner will be selected from the valid drawing pool (time permitting). 5. GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS/CONDITIONS: By entering, each entrant agrees on behalf of itself and each of entrant s heirs, executors, and administrators (A) TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES, SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, DEALERSHIPS, DEALERSHIP ASSOCIATIONS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SHAREHOLDERS, INSURERS, SERVANTS, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, AFFILIATES, PREDECESSORS, SUCCESSORS, REPRESENTATIVES, ADVERTISING, PROMOTION, AND FULFILLMENT AGENCIES, AND LEGAL ADVISORS (collectively, Released Parties ) from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from such entrant s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of Prize or any portion thereof (including any travel related thereto); (B) that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any Prize, including, without limitation, to such Prize s quality or fitness for a particular purpose; and (C) to be bound by these Official Rules and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error therein or in the Sweepstakes itself, and to be bound by all decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes at Sponsor s sole discretion. 6. PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING: Only the prize listed below ( Prize ) will be awarded in the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. One (1) Grand Prize: Prize consists of the following: Two (2) tickets to the college basketball conference tournament being held at Madison Square Garden in New York City March 9-12, Seat location for such tickets to be determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion. Roundtrip (coach class) air transportation for two (2) from Omaha to New York ( Air Travel ) departing March 9, 2016 and returning March 13, One standard hotel room for two persons (double occupancy) at a hotel selected by Sponsor in New York, NY for four (4) nights with check-in date of March 9, 2016 and check out date of March 13, 2016 One (1) $1,000 AMEX Gift Card provided to winner by Sponsor on or before March 9, Approximate retail value of this prize package $6,300

4 Air Travel consists of round-trip economy class airfare and includes; carrier and government-imposed taxes and fees including the September 11th Security Fee. All travel is subject to availability and cannot be combined with any other discount/promotion. The Prize is provided on an as is basis, without any warranty of any kind. Prize is nontransferable. Prize may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize (or portion thereof) becomes unavailable. Winner and his/her guest must travel on the same itinerary and on the same dates. Air Travel shall be by economy coach class roundtrip from a major gateway to the location of the Prize, and all such travel arrangements will be made by a designated representative of Sponsor whose decisions regarding the itinerary are final and binding. Selection of airline and airport shall be at the discretion of Sponsor or any other provider of any portion of the Prize. Trip winner and his/her travel companion must have valid travel documents (e.g., government issued I.D., passport, along with any other travel documents) in order to travel prior to departure, and failure to do so may result in forfeiture of Prize. Winner and his/her travel companion are solely responsible for satisfying all legally required conditions of travel. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay or any weather or airline issues that prevent the prize winner and his/her travel companion, if applicable, from traveling, in which event any missed portion of the Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided. Prize winner is responsible for any and all applicable fees, service charges, surcharges or passenger facility charges, all insurance, federal, state, and local taxes, if any, gratuities, meals, incidental charges and any other unspecified expenses associated with acceptance or use of the Prize. The approximate retail value of the Prize is subject to change based on, among other things, normal price fluctuations associated with the travel in the marketplace and date of departure. Any difference between the approximate retail value and the value of the prize will not be awarded. Administrator may issue an IRS Form 1099 in the name of the winner and his/her guest for the value of the prize received. In the event the prize winner or his/her guest engages in behavior that, as determined by the Sponsor or Sponsor s representatives, in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Prize in whole or in part, with no further compensation. All other incidental expenses not mentioned herein are the responsibility of the prize winner. All taxes on prizes are the prize winner s sole responsibility. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent substitutions for any reason. Prize does not include transportation or lodging except as provided in these rules.

5 PUBLICITY: Each Sweepstakes entrant hereby grants, if he or she is a potential winner and accepts any prize in the Sweepstakes, to Sponsor or those acting under its authority the perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up worldwide right and license to use the winner s name and biographical information (collectively Information ) and to film, photograph and record such winner, including his or her picture, portrait, video, likeness and/or voice (collectively, Likeness ), and to use such Information and Likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without consideration or further permission. 7. DISQUALIFICATION: Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsman-like or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Released Parties are not responsible for, and entrant hereby releases the Released Parties from any claims arising from: (i) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (iv) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and (vi) participation in the Sweepstakes or (vii) use of any prize. 9. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state of Nebraska, (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred but in no event more than $250, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) unless otherwise prohibited, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Nebraska, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law

6 rules (whether of state of Nebraska or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than state of Nebraska. 10.
