SWEEPSTAKES TIMING: The Summit Sweepstakes (the Sweepstakes ) begins on Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time ( EDT ) and ends on Thursday, October 22, :59:59 p.m. EDT (the Sweepstakes Period ). There will be three (3) unique entry and drawing periods to award one (1) prize in each drawing from all eligible entries received prior to each relevant drawing date. Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Sweepstakes Official Rules (the Official Rules ) and the decisions of the sponsor of the Sweepstakes Corning Incorporated, One Riverfront Plaza, Corning, NY (the Sponsor ) and COHEN-FRIEDBERG ASSOCIATES, LLC Framingham, MA (the Administrator ), whose decisions shall be final and legally binding in all respects. ELIGIBILITY: To enter the Sweepstakes, you must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) and be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, shareholders of Sponsor, Administrator, Doremus and their respective parent, subsidiaries, limited liability and affiliated companies, agents, and individuals providing services to the Sponsor or any of its affiliated companies through an outsourcer or temporary employment agency (collectively the "Sweepstakes Entities") as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of such employees, officers, directors and individuals are not eligible. 2 During each entry period (see below) Tough Fact images will be posted to the Twitter feed of the following Twitter You will earn one (1) entry per Twitter account, for retweeting a Tough Fact image posted to that feed using #GorillaGlass4 and #sweeps. The retweet must include all hashtags in the original Tweet. LIMIT: Enter as often as you like. A) Prize winner will be notified via a public tweet from the bloggers Prize will be shipped to the address requested from the potential winner in the public tweet. B) Winner will be required to reply with prize winner's confirmation of prize acceptance, full name, complete mailing address, telephone number and address within (24) hours of first attempted prize winner notification. If any prize winner does not comply within the required time period and alternate winner will be selected. C) Entrant will be able to review their entry prior to submission, but once it s entered, Entrant will have no access to revise entry in any way. No photo, tweet or link may be obscene, pornographic, violent, cruel, mean spirited, offensive in any manner or otherwise inappropriate all as determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion. If an entry falls into this category their corresponding entry will become void. D) Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, and to award the Prizes based on eligible entries received prior to the cancellation. Entries made on another s behalf by any other individuals or any other entity, including but not limited to commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification, auto generated, bots and/or entering services, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIODS & DRAWING DATES: Random drawings will take place based on the schedule listed below by Doremus. No entry will be included in any remaining subsequent drawing(s) (if any remain). All replies must be sent to the bloggers twitter within (48) hours of first attempted prize winner notification (A user's "Twitter handle" is the username they have selected and the accompanying URL). Potential winners will be contacted by the participating blogger by with instructions on how to claim their prize. Potential winners will be notified within two (2) business days of the drawing. Once eligibility has been verified and the Administrator receives the required information, the Sponsor will arrange to award the prize. Sponsor shall not be liable for any lost, stolen, damaged, or misdirected shipment of the prize. Neither Sponsor, administrator or participating blogger nor any of its subsidiaries or affiliates nor any of their respective officers, directors, employees or agents shall be liable for any unsuccessful efforts to notify or communicate with a potential winner. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE SWEEPSTAKES SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING ENTRY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. PRIZE/ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received prior to each drawing period. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: Each drawing will award one (1) winner one (1) trip to the Women in Travel Summit 2016 in California PLUS a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+. Prize winner is responsible for any wireless activation fee, monthly access and service fees. Approximate retail value of this prize package $1,640 Prize is provided on an as is basis, without any warranty of any kind. Prize is nontransferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value if the advertised prize (or portion thereof) becomes unavailable. Air transportation shall be by coach class roundtrip from a major gateway nearest the winner s home address with a destination of California depending on the winner s departure city, and all such travel arrangements will be made by a Sponsor designated representative whose decisions regarding the itinerary are final and binding. Selection of airline and airport shall be at the discretion of Sponsor or any other provider of any portion of the Prize. Trip winner must have valid travel documents (e.g., government issued I.D., passport, etc.) along with any other travel requirements in order to travel to California prior to departure, and failure to do so may result in forfeiture of Prize. Winner is solely responsible for satisfying all legally required conditions of travel. Winner must have a valid major credit card to check-in to a hotel. Winner is responsible for all incidental expenses while staying at hotel. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay or any weather or airline issues that prevent the prize winner and travel companion, if applicable, from traveling. If the winner is a resident of California living within 200 miles of Irvine, CA, ground transportation will be substituted for air transportation.

4 Prize winner is responsible for any and all applicable fees, service charges, surcharges or passenger facility charges, all insurance, federal, state, and local taxes, if any, gratuities, meals, incidental charges and any other unspecified expenses associated with acceptance or use of the Prize. All estimated retail values are subject to change based on, among other things, normal price fluctuations associated with the travel in the marketplace and date of departure. If the Prize or the Prize notification is returned as undeliverable or any non-compliance with the Official Rules or failure to respond within the applicable time period, it will result in forfeiture of the Prize and will be awarded to an alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries in the relevant drawing period (time permitting). Prize will be awarded only if the prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules. Sponsor or Sponsor's representative reserves the right to remove or to deny portions of the prize package to winner who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person with no further compensation. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By registering to enter this Sweepstakes, you affirm that you have read and accepted these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal law, and should an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Prize winners with a prize value of $600 or more will be required to complete, sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where lawful and/or required, Publicity Release forms and W-9 request for tax payer s identification number within (5) days of receipt. Prize winner is responsible for any and all applicable fees, federal, state and local taxes, if any, and any other unspecified expenses associated with acceptance or use of Prize. Winner is advised to seek independent counsel regarding the tax implications of accepting a Prize. Acceptance of any prize constitutes prize winner's permission for the Sponsor to use prize winner's name, photograph, image, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and complete address (collectively,

5 the "Attributes"), for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, without further compensation or authorization, (except where prohibited by law), and releases the Sweepstakes Entities from all claims arising out of the use of such Attributes Sponsor is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information in connection with this sweepstakes, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, networks, hardware and/or software failures; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or this sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant s participation in this sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize. If for any reason an entrant s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant s sole and exclusive remedy is another entry in this Sweepstakes, provided that the entry Sweepstakes Period has not ended. If this Sweepstakes is canceled, suspended or modified, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the Prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of Prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of Prizes by random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prizes claims. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state of New York, (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) unless otherwise prohibited, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of State of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.
