1 ELEAGUE CS:GO PREMIERE SWEEPSTAKES (THE SWEEPSTAKES ) OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. WINNING. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND ON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. SPONSOR AND HOST: The sponsor and host of this Sweepstakes is Havoc Live, LLC, dba IMG Live (referred to herein as the Sponsor or Host ), 3500 Parkway Lane, Suite 200, Norcross, Georgia This Sweepstakes is governed by these official rules ( Official Rules ). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or D.C., who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (i.e., spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of Sponsor, Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. and each of their respective parent companies, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate or win the Prize. The Sweeps Entities shall mean collectively the Sponsor s and Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. s parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated and related entities, production services, web masters and web suppliers, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities. ENTRY PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on or about 7:30 p.m. Eastern Time ( ET ) on Friday, September 8, 2017 and ends at 9:30 p.m. ET on Friday September 29 th, 2017 (the Entry Period ). HOW TO ENTER: During the Entry Period, there will be two (2) ways to enter as described below. No other method of entry will be accepted. (i) Event Method of Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes, Entrant may attend any ELEAGUE Group Stage Live Show (taking place at 1020 Techwood Drive NW, Atlanta GA 30318)during the following dates and times: Friday, September 8, 2017 at 7:30 PM ET 9:30 PM ET. Friday, September 15, 2017 at 7:30 PM ET 9:30 PM ET. Friday, September 22, 2017 at 7:30 PM ET 9:30 PM ET. Friday, September 29, 2017 at 7:30 PM ET 9:30 PM ET.

2 To attend the Event, individuals must have a valid ticket (which are free but limited in number) and follow the instructions to enter at the Sweepstakes/Fan Zone counter, and complete and submit the online form, including entrant s name, address, telephone number, address, and any other information requested on the form. Limit of one (1) entry per person, per Group Stage Live Show event. Incomplete entries shall be void. Entries from all four (4) events listed below will be combined into one (1) drawing pool. (ii) Mail-in Entry Method: If you do not attend any Group Stage Live Show or you do not wish to enter by attending, you may enter the Sweepstakes by mail by legibly hand printing on a 3' x 5' card your full name, complete address, home and daytime telephone numbers (including area code), address and date of birth and mail it with proper postage to: ELEAGUE CS:GO PREMIERE SWEEPSTAKES Mail In Entry, IMG Live, 3500 Parkway Lane, Suite 200, Norcross, Georgia (Attn: Marketing). TO PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY, WE RECOMMEND YOU SEND THE 3x5 CARD IN AN ENVELOPE. Each mail-in entry must be submitted to Sponsor at the address above in a separate envelope (or item of mail). All mail-in entries must be postmarked by Friday, September 29, 2017 and received no later than Monday, October 2, Mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Limit of four (4) entries through the mail-in method of entry. Maximum of four (4) entries per person regardless of entry method. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant gives consent for Host to obtain and deliver his or her name, address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules. Any information entrant provides to Host may be used to communicate with entrant in relation to this Sweepstakes or on a Sweepstakes winner s list. No other methods of entry will be accepted. Further, all information participants submit in connection with this Sweepstakes is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with the ELEAGUE Privacy Policy, available at Host s designated computer shall be the official timekeeper of the Sweepstakes. Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple entries by using false contact information, accounts or otherwise may result in the entrant being disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at Host s sole and absolute discretion. Entries submitted by entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. Those who do not follow all of the instructions or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified. RANDOM DRAWING AND ODDS: There will be one (1) Winner selected in this Sweepstakes. The potential Winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected by random drawing, on or around October 13, 2017, from among all eligible entries received by Host. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, the potential winner will be declared the official winner of the Sweepstakes (the Winner ). The decisions of Host are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received by Host during the Entry Period. WINNER SELECTION: All eligible entries received during the Entry Period will be gathered together into a database at the end of the Entry Period. The potential Winner will be chosen at random from among such

3 pool of entries. The potential Winner will be contacted after the end of the Entry Period, on or about October 13, Announcement and instructions for obtaining Prize will be sent to the potential Winner via and/or telephone and/or mail (as selected by Sponsor) in a commercially reasonable time after the drawing. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her account for Prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this Sweepstakes. If a potential Prize Winner cannot be reached by Sponsor within twenty-four (24) hours ( Required Response Time ) using the address provided during entry, that potential Prize Winner shall forfeit the Prize. Upon the request of Host, the potential Winner may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Prize Acceptance Form and IRS W-9 form (collectively, Affidavit ). If a potential Winner fails to comply with these Official Rules, that potential Winner will be disqualified. Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received. NOTIFICATION: The potential Winner will be notified via by Host (the Prize Notification ) and will be required to privately ( , or other secure means) provide his/her name, address, age and other personal information necessary to receive the Prize. In the event that any potential Winner does not respond to any such Prize Notification within the Required Response Time, declines the Prize for any reason a disqualification will result, the Prize will be forfeited and, at Host s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential Winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries. The potential Winner may be required to submit his/her valid social security number and/or other identification to Host and may be required to execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit. Failure to submit any identification required by Host or to return the required documents within the specified time period, noncompliance with these Official Rules or the return of the Prize (or any portion thereof) or Prize Notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and Prize forfeiture and, at Host s sole discretion and time permitting, may cause an alternate potential Winner to be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries. The Sweeps Entities are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant s account to receive messages. PRIZE: Sponsor and/or Host will be awarding one (1) Prize (also referred to as a Trip Prize ) consisting of a trip to an upcoming CS:GO major tournament (specific major selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion), which shall include: (i) two (2) roundtrip economy/coach airline tickets for the Winner and one (1) companion via Sponsor-selected air carrier(s) from a major commercial airport selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion to a major airport located in the host city of the CS:GO major, selected in Sponsor s sole discretion; (ii) a 3-night hotel stay (one (1) standard room based on double occupancy) for the Winner and one (1) companion in the city of the event; and (iii) two (2) VIP tickets to the CS:GO Major tournament event. The total ARV for the Prize package is Seven Thousand Five Hundred US Dollars ($7,500.00). Actual retail value of Trip Prize may vary depending on point of departure, travel dates and fare/rate fluctuations. If the actual value of the Prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. All travel arrangements must be made through the Host. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. The Winner of the Trip Prize must travel as and when designated by Sponsor and/or Host or the Trip Prize may be forfeited and an alternate randomly selected winner chosen. Reference to third parties in connection with Prizes and/or third party websites or services are for reference and identification purposes only and not intended to suggest endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation with Sponsor or the Sweepstakes. TRIP PRIZE CONDITIONS: The Trip Prize Winner and his or her travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents, including government identification. It is the responsibility of the Trip Prize Winner and his or her companion to provide proper documentation (including

4 government issued picture identification). All aspects of the travel portions of the Trip Prize must be conducted on such dates as determined by Sponsor and/or Host in their sole and absolute discretion. The dates of departure and return are subject to change at Sponsor and/or Host s sole and absolute discretion. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Sponsor and/or Host reserve the right to structure travel route and select hotels in their sole and absolute discretion. The Trip Prize Winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the estimate made in these Official Rules. The round trip air transportation element for the Trip Prize begins and ends at the point of departure. The Trip Prize is subject to seat and hotel availability, as well as Sponsor and Host s terms and conditions generally applicable thereto. If in the judgment of Sponsor and/or Host air travel is not required due to Winner s proximity to Trip Prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor and/or Host s sole and absolute discretion. The difference in value will not be awarded to the Trip Prize Winner. Sponsor and/or Host shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any Trip Prizerelated services or accommodations. Sponsor and Host are not liable for any missed prize events, opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any transportation or other prize element except at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor and/or Host. Additional prize award details and travel information to be provided to the Trip Prize Winner at the time of Trip Prize notification. Trip Prize Winner and companion are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor and Host has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. The Trip Prize Winner may be required to provide a credit card at the time of hotel check-in. Companion of Trip Prize Winner must be at least the age of majority in his or her state/province of residence as of the date of departure. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Once a travel companion is selected, he/she may not be substituted, except in Sponsor s sole and absolute discretion. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by Sponsor and/or Host s transportation carrier(s) of choice. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein, are not included as part of any Trip Prize package, and are solely the Trip Prize winner s responsibility, including, but not limited to: hotel taxes, additional ground transportation at the Trip Prize winner s destination(s), travel insurance, room service, bag check fees, parking fees, laundry service, food, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, telephone calls, tips, gratuities and service charges. Transportation carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, and any changes made to either of these will be at the expense of the Trip Prize Winner. GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: All Prize details, including exact seat locations, if any, shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor and/or Host. No compensation will be paid in lieu of the cancelled event. The tickets to the event are subject in all respect to the terms and conditions set forth on the tickets and any requirements of the facility hosting the event. The Winner is strictly prohibited from auctioning, trading or otherwise transferring the tickets unless Sponsor and/or Host consents in writing. The Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), regardless of whether they, in whole or in part, are used. The ARV of the Prize(s) is based on available information provided to Sponsor and/or Host and the value of any Prize awarded to a Winner may be reported

5 for tax purposes as required by law. The Winner may be required to provide Host with a valid social security number before the Prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of Winner for the actual value of the Prize received. All costs and expenses associated with the Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including, but not limited to, additional transportation, meals, gratuities and any and all other expenses incurred by accepting the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at Sponsor and/or Host s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor and Host reserve the right to substitute the Prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion. Winner s companion must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence (and at least eighteen (18) years of age), unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as the Prize will govern in the event the event is cancelled due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. The Winner and his/her guest agree to comply with all applicable venue regulations in connection with the Prize. Sponsor and Host reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to Winner and/or his/her guest who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the event. Released Parties (defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any event. Prize may not be resold or offered for resale. Any such resale may result in disqualification and Prize forfeiture, and may invalidate the license granted by the event ticket(s). The Released Parties are not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen Prize(s) or any Prize that is undeliverable or does not reach a Winner because of an incorrect or changed address. If Winner does not accept or use the entire Prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the Prize will be forfeited and the Released Parties will have no further obligation with respect to that Prize or portion of the Prize. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. The Released Parties are not responsible for and Winner will not receive the difference, in any, between the actual value of the Prize at the time of award and the stated ARV in these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related correspondence or material. WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to: (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (ii) release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless and waive any and all claims, liability, costs (including attorneys fees), losses, damages and fines from and against Sponsor, Host, Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, web masters and web suppliers, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the Released Parties ) for: any injury, damage or loss that may occur (up to an including bodily injury and death), directly or indirectly, in whole or in part: (i) from the participation in the Sweepstakes (including travel to/from any Sweepstakes activity); (ii) from the acceptance, possession, misuse, receipt or use of the Prize (or any portion thereof) or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of the Prize (or any portion thereof); (iii) the Released Parties violation of rights of publicity or privacy, claims of defamation or portrayal in a false light or based on any claim of infringement of intellectual property; and (iv) any typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or announcement of any Sweepstakes activity and/or Prize. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, entrants agree that the Released Parties: (a) have neither made nor will be in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied,

6 in fact or in law, in connection with the Sweepstakes and/or with respect to prizes, including, without limitation, to any prize s quality or fitness for a particular purpose; (b) maintain no control over the personnel, equipment or operation of any air, water or surface carrier, ship line, bus or limousine company, transportation company, hotel, manufacturer or other person or entity furnishing services, products or accommodations ( Suppliers ) as a part of the prizes provided in connection with the Sweepstakes; and (c) will not be responsible or liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or other irregularity that may be caused or contributed to: (i) by the wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of the Suppliers or any of their agents, servants, employees or independent contractors, (ii) by any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrumentality, service or product that is owned, operated, furnished or otherwise used by any of those Suppliers, (iii) by the wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of the Released Parties, and (iv) by any cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of the Released Parties. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant gives his/her express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by telephone, and/or postal mail for Sweepstakes purposes. The Winner, by acceptance of the Prize, grants to Sponsor and each of its designees the right to publicize Winner s name, address (city and state of residence), photograph, voice, statements and/or other likeness and Prize information for advertising, promotional, trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected, lost, misrouted, scrambled, damaged, delayed, undelivered, mutilated, postage-due or garbled entries, transmissions, or mail; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), wireless network, website, API, or other connections including those through and/or by any website, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cable or wireless transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; wireless service congestion; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems, wireless towers or cellular tower equipment; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in wireless or other transmission, processing, or communication; non-delivery; misdirected, blocked, or delayed notifications; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or any other errors, problems or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, computer, telephone, wireless service, mail, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the Prize or in any Sweepstakes-related materials, or the cancellation or postponement of any event. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person s computer and/or wireless device related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or any representative of Host or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Host, will be disqualified and all

7 associated entries will be void. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by Host and/or its respective agents. Host shall have the sole right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes, and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion. Released Parties: (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning the Prize (or any portion thereof), and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. Host s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Host reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof). In the event of cancellation, Host may elect to identify the Winner and award the Prize by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation. Host also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. In the event Host is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes by any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Sweepstakes by any party, or any federal, state, local or provincial government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Host s control (each a Force Majeure event or occurrence), Host shall have the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes or Prize. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, HOST WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT, AND HOST AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of any potential Winner based on an account, the winning entry will be declared made by the full name submitted the entry at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Host s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. DISPUTES: As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that: (A) any and all disputes, claims, controversies or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, or any Prizes awarded (each, a Claim ), shall be: (1) arbitrated on an individual basis only, and shall not be consolidated or joined with or in any arbitration or other proceeding involving a Claim of any other party, and (2) settled by binding arbitration in New York County, New York before a single arbitrator appointed by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its then governing rules and procedures, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof; (B) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (C) ANY AND ALL

8 CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE. These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A, applicable to contracts entered into and performed exclusively in that State, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws. Host s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Entrants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof.
