Sign-in Sheet from the Pre-Bid meeting is attached for reference. 2. Bids shall be submitted on the REVISED Proposal Form dated December 8, The building will remain open during construction. Working hours are flexible, but should be coordinated with Darrell Mantle. The contractor will be able to access the building during bank holidays as well as evenings and weekends. SPECIFICATIONS: 1. Section INVITATION TO BID, DELETE reference to Bid Bond and Performance Bond and Material and Labor Payment Bond. No bonds will be required for this project. 2. Section ALTERNATES, DELETE Alternate No. 1 Performance Bond and Material and Labor Payment Bond. DRAWINGS: 1. Drawing A101 ADD the following: The existing soffit around the entire perimeter of the building as well as the existing drive thru soffit will be required to be re-painted in its entirety after patching. Color to match existing and be approved by the Owner. The North, East, and West walls as well as the existing South Soffit of the Auto Teller 106, Teller Work Area 107, and Coin Counter 108 shall be painted in there entirety due to demo and ceiling work in these areas. It is an under counter light that is located under the wall cabinets along the west wall of the Break Room / Employees 119. PROGRESS AND COMPLETION: The Contractor shall receive a written Notice to Proceed and shall begin the work immediately and as mutually agreed upon by all parties. Furthermore, the Contractor agrees to Substantially Complete the Work within the timeframe provided below, and further agrees to pay to, or allow the Owners, as liquidated damages, and not as a penalty or forfeiture, the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for each day thereafter, Sundays and holidays excepted, that the work is not Substantially Complete. CONTRACTOR S ANTICPATED TIMEFRAME FOR COMPLETION (Contractor shall list the amount of days anticipated to complete the work.): _ Any sum which may be due the Owners for such damages shall be deducted and retained by the Owners from any balance which may be due the Contractor when said work shall have been finished and accepted.
