3 GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION General rules of participation regulate relations between corporation and physical person who filled in the Application form, as Exhibitor, and BOMS-expo d.o.o. Gračanica as Organizer. The exhibitor applys for participation at the fair GRAPOS EXPO 017 from to 8. April 018 ( hereinafter: Fair) with the Application form which is an integral part of these General rules.with an signed and verified Application form the exhibitor declares that he agrees with the General rules and accepts them. The exhibitor may not issue the exhibit space or part of the exhibit space in sublet without the prior written approval of the Organizer. In case that the Exhibitor cancels an already concluded Application he is obliged to pay the resulting costs. The exhibitor should cancel the Application in written to the Organizer at least 10 days before the start of the Fair. If the cancellation is delivered in less than 10 days from the start of the Fair, the Exhibitor will be fully charged for ordered space and all the services till then. The exhibitor is obliged to arrange and equip the stand not later than the day before the start of the fair. The organizer has the right to reject the Registration in following cases : if the organizer has outstanding claims against the exhibitor if the requested space is already sold out. 7. The exhibitor will perform direct sale at the Fair in accordance with the applicable regulations and, if registered for the same. 8. The exhibitor undertakes to respect the regulations of fire prevention, to be present at the stand during working hours of the fair, that after the fair event he will hand over the exhibition space and equipment to the organizer in the same condition as it was when he took over, that he will settle any caused damage, that he will fully pay the exhibition space and costs of technical services to the organizer right after issuing the contract and invoice. 9. The organizer will according to the filled Application form issue a contract and a bill for the ordered exhibition space and basic technical services that is immediately payable on the account of the Organizer opened at the ZIRAATBANK BH DD. Upon payment the organizer guarantees the agreed stand and position. Complaints about the bill shall be submitted within 10 days from the date of issuance. Subsequent complaints will not be considered. 10. The exhibitor is entitled to a free accreditation, upon payment, depending on the size of the rented space. For space up to 1 m² - accreditations, and for each subsequent 6 m² 1 accreditation. 1 The exhibitor may commence work on the arrangement of the exhibition space two days before the start of the fair, and it must be emptied the next day after completion. If the exhibitor fails to empty the exhibition space within, the organizer is not responsible for the exhibitors goods. The court in Gračanica is in charge in case of dispute.
