The contractor will give a Spare Management Plan detailing chedule of handing over of pare to DMRC. The contractor at all time hall make available with the employer ufficient quantity of pare o a to enure mooth running of all the handheld terminal. If during the period of 4 year the actual conumption of type and number of pare i more than that indicated in the contract, the contractor hall provide uch extra pare without any additional cot to DMRC. DMRC hould require a fixed % of pare from all bidder. The pare chedule of each bidder will be different and o will be it effect on quote. Someone may quote for le no of pare and reduce hi quotation and o direct comparion willnot be poible. Thi become more important a the SLA, MTTR & MTBF are not pecified in the RFP for the PTM. The contractor will maintain ufficient quantity of pare in advance with DMRC o that DMRC maintenance peronnel are able to enure mooth running of all the handheld terminal DLP and maintenance period payment.
