It i alo propoed to create 29 new pot in few upport ervice in order to enable the Court to deal with an unprecedented increae in cae and minimie a much a poible the impact on the duration of the judicial procedure. Special education need for peron uffering from diabilitie or dy condition can be addreed in all the abovementioned ectoral programme, Jean Monnet: to upport European intitution and aociation active in the field of European integration (including an increaed grant to the European Law Academy in Trier for it development trategy) a well a the etablihment of a board to manage the multiannual funding by EU of a European Parliament profeorhip, the EP-Geremek European Civilization Chair etablihed at the College of Europe in Waraw in honour of Profeor Broniław Geremek. All activitie and funding, which could alo include the granting of an annual award, will be jointly managed by the College of Europe in Waraw with full cooperation with the Geremek foundation ( Centrum Imienia Profeora Broniława Geremka ). Jutification: The Academy of European Law (ERA) wa etablihed on the initiative of the European Parliament and cofunded from the EU budget ince the beginning in It i a genuine intitution training lawyer from all EU Member State. A the demand and need for EU law training continue to increae, ERA adopted a development trategy to expand it capacitie and activitie. Taking into account the importance and quality of training offered by ERA and Parliament' repeated requet for a European Judicial Academy, the ubidy given to ERA hould be increaed to upport it trategy. 5
