Note to thi Guide: The ytem i metric ized baed on Standard Dimenion SDR pipe ize. Dimenion given are for reference only. All ytem, regardle of material, maintain a contant pipe and fitting. Imperial (inch) are provided a nominal ize only. Within the SDR Sytem, nominal preure rating vary according to material but not. Preure rating generally remain contant within material and SDR claification. For example: all SDR21 PVDF pipe and fitting are rated to 16 bar or 230pi. Exception, if any, may be found in cae where valve or thread carry rating independent of SDR izing. Proline Polypropylene Polypropylene (PP) i a member of the polyolefin family. PP i one of the lightet platic known. It poee excellent chemical reitance to many acid, alkalie and organic olvent. PP i one of the bet material to ue for ytem expoed to varying PH level, a many platic do not handle both acid and bae well. It i not recommended for ue with hydrocarbon and aromatic. It upper temperature limit i 195 ( C). Proline i available in 1 pi and 45 pi tandard. Option in pi are available. Proline i available from 3/8" (16mm) to 54" (10mm). 10 WARRANTY Proline Dimenional Guide Warranty; Limitation on Liability. Aahi/America, Inc., ( Seller ) warrant, to the original Buyer only, that all product delivered hereunder hall be free from defect in deign and manufacture for a period of one year from the date of delivery, provided that uch product are intalled, ued, operated, adjuted and erviced only in a proper and appropriate manner and in trict accordance with any intruction relating thereto furnihed to Buyer by Seller. In no event hall the foregoing warranty extend to any product in any way caued or allowed to be, or intalled, operated or ued in uch a manner a to be, ubject or expoed to condition of miue, abue or accident. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRAN TIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NO IMPLIED WARRANTY ARISING BY US AGE OF TRADE, COURSE OF DEALING OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE IS GIVEN BY SELLER OR SHALL ARISE BY OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SALE AND/OR THE SELLER S AND/OR BUY ER S CONDUCT IN RELATION THERETO OR TO EACH OTHER, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE ON ANY SUCH WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRUCT. Proline Polypropylene Single Wall Piping Sytem Liability of the Seller under or in connection with thi ale and/or the foregoing warranty hall be limited, at the ole option of the Seller, to one repair of, replacement of, or a refund of the purchae price of any product or part thereof (a), with repect to which Seller receive, promptly after Buyer dicovery of any alleged defect and prior to the expiration of the oneyear warranty period a provided above, notice from Buyer or Buyer claim defect and (b) which hall be returned to Seller by Buyer, a provided herein, promptly after Buyer dicovery of uch alleged defect and which hall be determined by the Seller to have proven defective within the oneyear warranty period provided above; failure by Buyer to notify Seller and return uch product to Seller after Buyer dicovery of uch alleged defect hall contitute a waiver by Buyer of any and all claim of any kind with repect thereto. Any product returned by Buyer to Seller under the foregoing term hall be returned to Seller place of buine freight prepaid, accompanied or preceded by Buyer particularized tatement of the claimed defect. The rik of lo and freight charge to and from Seller in connection with any returned product hall be borne by Buyer; but Seller hall bear uch additional freight charge ariing in connection with any uch returned product ultimately determined by Seller to be defective under the term of the foregoing warranty, the cot of repair or replacement (if any) of uch product, and the rik of lo or damage which uch product are in Seller poeion at it place of buine. The foregoing remedy hall contitute the ole and excluive remedy of the Buyer under or in connection with thi ale and/or warranty of the Seller. Except a pecifically provided herein, Seller hall not be reponible or liable for any cot, expene or damage of Buyer in connection with any removal, repair or replacement (including any attempt or action relating thereto) of any allegedly defective product, and no charge of etoff of any kind of Buyer relating thereto hall be made againt the Seller without prior and pecific written approval of Seller. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, IN CENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING IN ANY WAY IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PRUCTS OR THIS SALE. The agreement of Seller to ell it product i exprely conditioned upon the Buyer aent to, and Seller agree to ell it product only upon, all term and condition et forth above and on the face hereof.
