PLANT HARVEST REPORT RELAX
OUR STORY LEE AGENCY HAS IT ROOTS IN THE AGRICULTURAL BUSINESS, SO IT S NO SURPRISE THAT TRUACRE WOULD BE ROOTED IN AN ORGANIZATION THAT HAS A DEEP APPRECIATION FOR THE AG COMMUNITY. Founded as a means to support the Muscatine Mutual Insurance Company, Lee Agency was initially developed as a way to provide additional insurance coverage to farmers. The success of providing additional coverage was immediately recognized and appreciated by the farming community. As a result, Lee Agency began to grow as quickly as they could keep up. It wasn t long until one of the round-out insurance products was federal crop insurance. In the mid 1980 s, Tom Norton joined agency founder Gary Lee in order to keep up with the growing demand in the area of agriculture. This proved to be a significant hire as Tom grew up on his family farm and thus had immediate rapport with clients. By the mid-90 s, the Agency was specializing in all areas of agricultural insurance. Lee Agency continued to grow and soon became the name synonymous with crop insurance in Eastern Iowa. Over the next twenty years, Lee Agency continued it s strategic, deliberate, and sustainable growth. By 2014, the agency had developed a dedicated team of crop insurance specialists with all members having on-farm experience. However, there was one area that was lacking. Perhaps nothing within farming has changed more in the past few years than the technology associated with it. Farmers are using specified technology and the data that is produced more than ever before...in fact, EVERY area of farming has been impacted by technology in the past few years. As such, the information gathered and necessary for crop insurance has gotten more specific as well. Lee Agency saw this technology trend developing, and in 2014 founded TruAcre Technology, LLC to specifically meet the needs of the precision farming community. Expertise and Industry s Best Service A key component to TruAcre was the hiring of Jeremy Marston. Jeremy worked for John Deere as an engineer and later spent several years on the implement dealership side developing the technology in the equipment. TruAcre will allow farmers to synchronize their data and make decisions that will benefit their operation. As Jeremy and his growing team of farming professionals develop the TruAcre program, one thing remains certain: Farmers will continue to get the quality service and expertise they have come to expect from Lee Agency and now from TruAcre.
PLANT HOW YOU START DETERMINES HOW YOU FINISH At TrueAcre, we know the season begins before the first seed is planted. How you start this process will largely determine how you finish in the fall. The work of setting up your equipment and verifying your planter settings is done ahead of schedule, so when the time comes to plant, you re ready to go. How you start (or set up) your data management will determine how you finish. Allowing TrueAcre to help coordinate your planting data will not only get you off to a great start, but will ensure a great finish as well. PRE-SEASON DETAILS INCLUDE 1. Create and load your setup files 2. Software update 3. Verify your set-up, including a machine run-off for accuracy 4. Refresher course on how to use the technology 5. Run your meters on our state-of-the-art Meter Max Ultra test stand DURING SEASON MACHINE OPTIMIZATION 1. Seed trench evaluation 2. Evaluation of seed population, simulation and spacing 3. Evaluate row shut-offs 4. Verify proper documentation We will evaluate seed population, simulation, spacing and row shut-offs.
HARVEST EVERY SEED EVERY KERNEL EVERY BEAN EVERY TIME When the weather is right and your crops are ready to combine, you don t have time to wait for technology. Our pre-season set-up of your equipment and verification of combine settings ensure that when the time comes to harvest, you re ready to roll. TruAcre clients get the benefit of calibration, testing and optimization, ensuring that every seed, every kernel and every bean gets counted every time. PRE-SEASON DETAILS INCLUDE 1. Create and load your set-up files 2. Software updates 3. Verify your set-up, including a machine run-off for accuracy 4. Refresher on how to use technology DURING SEASON DETAILS 1. Assist in yield calibrations 2. Verify and adjust equipment to reduce grain loss 3. Verify proper documentation 4. Combine optimization We verify and adjust equipment to reduce grain loss.
REPORT SPOT-ON ACCURATE REPORTING MADE SIMPLE Perhaps one of the least-exciting parts of farming is trying to sort out where the grain came from, how much went to what elevator and what is being stored in what bin. Add the reporting requirements for Federal Crop Insurance, and you ve just added extra less-than-exciting time to your day. TruAcre has a solution. By allowing our team of data technicians to analyze, store and distribute data, you not only save time but save some sanity as well. TRUACRE WILL n Store your data n Clean up data n Post calibration n Provide summaries of every field n Assist with information necessary for federal crop insurance EQUIPMENT WE SUPPORT PREMIER DEALER And More... CROP INSURANCE DATA SOFTWARE FieldView
RELAX TWO TICKETS TO ARIZONA, PLEASE Nothing feels better than completing a task well. For you and your operation, that sense of relief comes when the last bushel is in the bin. For TruAcre clients, there s the added confidence that the data is correct, the information is accurate and the process is complete. From pre-planting to planting, harvest and reporting, we re with you every step of the way. No guessing games here just peace of mind that allows you the comfort to relax. The sooner we can meet, the more prepared you will be for season. Let s get the conversation started.
