INTRODUCTION This report reflects the progress on the South Street Elementary School Project from through This represents an update period of twenty one (21) work days (wd). This report addresses the progress update being prepared by Wagner Hohns Inglis, Inc. The purpose of the progress update is to reflect actual progress, without schedule revisions. This report does not address a revised update. A revised update includes schedule revisions to reflect mitigation of project delays and or indicate how EBS plans to construct the project in the future. II. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The progress update dated , indicated a Milestone Contractual Substantial Completion date of , twenty (20) wd beyond the Baseline Milestone Contractual Substantial Completion date of It also indicated a Milestone Project Completion date of , twenty (20) wd beyond the Baseline Milestone Project Completion date of The progress update dated , indicates a Milestone Contractual Substantial Completion date of , twenty seven (27) wd beyond the Baseline Milestone Contractual Substantial Completion date of It also indicates a Milestone Project Completion date of , twenty seven (27) wd beyond the Baseline Milestone Project Completion date of Therefore, the progress update dated indicates a loss of seven (7) wd when compared to the progress update dated (27-20=7). This loss is attributed to the late start of the ceiling grid due to the glycol design issue. Until the glycol design submission is approved by the SDA, EBS will leave the current schedule showing behind. After approval EBS will complete a fragnet to show any previous or potential impact of the glycol system change. EBS will continue to try to mitigate any delays and complete the project as early as possible with their current resources. EBS will make the Owner aware of any delays and EBS reserves the right to pursue a time extension for these delays, as well as related delay costs.

ANALYSIS OF CRITICAL PATH(S)/SECONDARY CRITICAL PATH(S) Critical Path Method (CPM) methodology defines the Critical Path (CP) as the longest path through the project. Any delay to the CP will cause a delay to the project completion. A secondary CP is a sub path to the critical path. For this report a secondary CP is defined as any activity having total float within twenty (20) days of the CP. The Critical Path of negative twenty seven (-27) work days float is through: The following are initiating activities for secondary Critical Paths:

NOTICE OF DELAYS / INFORMATION / DIRECTION REQUIRED FROM OWNER The contractor may from time to time incorporate RFI and/or delay activities into the Contract CPM schedule that represent information and or direction that the contractor requires/required from the Architect/Owner. This information is required to allow the contractor to proceed with construction, without interruption. These activities can be found in the RFI and Delay section of the schedule. These activities indicate an actual start/completion date and are logically tied into the current CPM Schedule Logic. These RFI/Delay activities have an I Node (activity identifier) designation that uses the actual RFI number or Delay designation. To allow the contractor to prioritize the outstanding RFI/Delays and identify critical and/or near critical issues, the schedule utilizes the methodology of adding activities for open RFIs/Delay with a zero (0) duration. This will allow the new added activity to emulate the float of the activity to which it is tied. These activities will lose day for day while they remain open.
