2 COMMUNICATION ASANA (free version is great!) Task and Project Organization and all related communication it has cut down on back and forth s and s that get lost in the mix drastically! SNAGIT / SCREENCAST (worth your money) I screenshot everything - it s so much easier for me to talk and share visually, than communicate through . I reply with a screencast video most of the time with all of these people: Business Operations Team Website, Product + Graphic Designers Training Associates + Customers VOXER (free version and pro are great!) I LOVE for communicating long voic s for business and with friends and family. When screencast isn t needed (nothing to SHOW), voxer is my go-to. Thumb-saving tip: Change the settings to Tap To Talk, so you don t have to hold down your finger on the app for the entire message like a walkie talkie. Settings -> Audio + Notifications -> Tap to Talk ZOOM CONFERENCE CALLS (worth your money!) For all LIVE Team Trainings, Visual Conference Calls with Suppliers and Friends! (clearer WIFI signal than Skype and Facetime)

3 ORGANIZATION EVERNOTE (free version is great!) I use for making notes about anything and everything. It s where I brain dump everything so I m never looking for where I wrote something down - it s my rule to always put anything/everything into Evernote. When I m ready to make anything into a document and need to share with others - I make a document and save it in Dropbox (see below). LOVE this NEW thing I ve been doing starting using Evernote for all my business receipts, since the IRS accepts digital receipts. I simply take a photo of my receipt on my iphone and upload to Evernote - adding to my Receipts Notebook and tagging it with the appropriate category. I no longer have to save physical receipts - very handy for traveling and moving around ;-) There are other apps that also have this feature, like quickbooks and shoeboxed, but Evernote works great and reduces the amount of apps I need to use. DROPBOX (free is great, but definitely worth upgrading when you need space!) We use Dropbox for all of our files and file sharing. We ve had to upgrade all team members to pro in the last few years because we have so much content and access it regularly, but it keeps everything easily accessible, shareable, and super secure.

4 TECH SHORTCUTS APPLE EVERYTHING! (so worth your money!) Sync your calendars, your imessages, icloud notes and photos, and literally work from anywhere on any device without missing a beat. APPLE PHOTO BOOTH (free on your computer) I use this to record all of my videos or vlogs where I want to casually talk into the camera. A lot of people think it s for photos, but it makes the BEST videos that show up as full screen on Vimeo, YouTube etc. Plus, it has pretty good sound without having to use a separate microphone. SIGN EASY - SIGN DOCUMENTS ONLINE / ON YOUR PHONE (worth your money!) With your own saved signature or initials, you never have to print out docs and sign physically again. You can your signed doc to whoever you need to - time saving hack for busy people. Sign Easy Phone App and/or Computer DASHLANE (free version + paid version worth your money!) How many passwords do you have? And how many do you have memorized? This password saver is a life-saver. HIGH QUALITY PHOTOS (worth your money!) Just use your iphone X for photos (you don t need a special camera to take awesome pics). Portrait mode is awesome and it saves you so much time when posting to social media.

5 BRANDING / BUSINESS OPS I use a designer now, but when I was just starting to brand myself these were my go-to apps and they are still the leaders of the pack for getting a cohesive brand quickly, easily, and on a budget. WORDSWAG (worth it for the paid version!) For text over images or quotes to share on social media. CANVA (free version is great!) There are so many templates for designing flyers, social media images, manuals, guides, etc. Especially if you have no idea how to use Adobe Creative Cloud Apps. MAILCHIMP (start free and then upgrade when needed!) For marketing, automation and contact management - easy to learn, easy to use, and budget friendly. NOT AN APP MOO CARDS (worth your money) My absolute favorite for business cards, note cards and address labels Professional, absolutely beautiful and unique.
