Chair s announcements - Informal Meeting of the Parliament's negotiating team on the Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) and Own Resources with Ministers of the General Affairs Council (GAC), 12 March 2019, Bucharest. - Meeting of the BUDG Chair and Rapporteurs on MFF and Own Resources with Commissioner Oettinger on 13 March 2019, in Strasbourg on MFF, Brexit and budget for eurozone. - Letter to President Tajani co-signed by Romanian Prime Minister Dăncilă and by Commissioner Oettinger on theongoing work on the MFF sectoral programmes. - The draft decisions of the coordinators' meeting of 7 March 2019 were adopted in the form annexed to these minutes. 3. José Manuel Fernandes, supported by Jean Arthuis, asked for a message to be sent to President Juncker and to Commissioner Stylianides, requesting that all means should be made available for facing this emergency. 13.
