12 Reports (non-legislative)/[possible Own-Initiative Reports] To align better the quota system of own-initiative reports with parliamentary work, each committee can simultaneously draft up to 6 own-initiative reports in parallel during the first half of the legislature, and in the second half of the legislature, each parliamentary committee can simultaneously draft up to 3 own initiative reports; throughout a parliamentary term the parliamentary committees can at any time draft implementation reports (decision of CoP, 6 March 2014). Traditionally in ITRE Committee 1 slot is kept free for any unforeseen proposals. Exact title for INIs can be suggested by the Rapporteur. At the moment we have 4 INI slot used.
