AAAs need to submit E-1 page immediately upon completion to jai.maddox@state.or.us and no later than November 18, AAAs may submit E-3, E-4, E-5 and E-6 pages no later than December 2, 2005 to jai.maddox@state.or.us Reason for Action: AAA contracts expire December 31, FYs Allocation Budget pages have been received from the DHS/SPD Finance and Policy unit. AAAs are required to submit a new biennial budget which will set in motion requests for new contracts for the budgeted funds.
