3 INTRODUCTION The Measure A Expenditure Report is a bi-annual financial report compilation of information from Measure A Procurement Expenditures, Phase I & Phase II Short-Term Construction Projects & Modernization Expenditures, Capital Projects Expenditures, Consultant Expenditures and any other cost associated with Measure A Expenditures. This report reflects all Measure A Expenditures as of June 30, This information is compiled and publicized to the Measure A Bond Oversight Committee, Colleges, Stakeholders, & the Communities of North Alameda County. 3
