4 DESCRIPTION CONCEPT The vast majority of users do not consider crypto currency and tokens as a mean of payment or access to services but rather as an investment. The market of crypto assets is speculative and implies a high demand for loans. USERS OF THE SERVICE Those who need money but do not want to lose their investments. 7 VOLATILITY ANALYSIS OF THE HISTORICAL DATA The number of days when the platform could face a critical drop in the value of collateral within the last 30 months does not exceed ten. The adaptive LTV value mechanism determination and the one month maximum loan period ensure that the number of such cases equals zero. 7

8 The most important task that developers face is the task of trust. The user who takes out a loan must be sure that his pledge will not be used or withdrawn by the platform when he fulfills the terms of the loan agreement. This task is solved by a smart contract. 8

10 TOKEN All the tokens unsold during the ICO will be annulled. All the platform commissions are fixed in US dollars but are accepted only in tokens. The tokens that are accepted as payment for the commission are to be withdrawn from circulation (frozen) for five years. The platform receives the right to sell the token only after its freezing period expires and does it according to the FIFO principle. 10

11 TOKEN QUANTITY OF TOKENS IN CIRCULATION The principle of accepting a commission for a loan contract only in the form of tokens leads to a reduction of the token mass on the market. At first it goes swiftly, changing later to a gradual fall. TOKEN PRICE Reduction of the number of tokens in the circulation will be balanced by the proportional increase in token price. The number of tokens will never reach zero - the ability to pay commissions will be preserved due to the divisibility of a token. 11

12 LEGAL REGULATION DIVISION OF THE LIABILITY The microfinance organization located on the target market has nothing to do with the crypto currency and in this respect it is not subject to the crypto regulation. All that it does is lending microloans guaranteed by the Estonian company. 12
