We basically handle the collection process from the issuance of the invoice/bill for an agreed retainer fees. B) Outsourced Delinquent Receivable Management (ODRM) days. We handle the delinquent accounts on a contingency basis NO COLLECTION NO FEES C) Old Vintage Collection (OVC) 180 days and above We handle the old vintage accounts on a contingency basis NO COLLECTION NO FEES We work on contingency basis. We provide acknowledgment receipt of your account. Immediate personal demand is made. Written status reports on all active accounts. Verbal status is provided on demand Settlement / payment arrangements are accepted only with your authorisation.
