Ramlee Kuala Lumpur Payment by post should be in the form of a cheque / Money Order issued in Ringgit Malaysia and made out in favor of Kuok Foundation Berhad. Make sure you write your name, contact number, telephone contact and reference number behind every cheque / Money Order. For convenience, you may also send in a batch of 12 post-dated cheques at the beginning of the year dating one cheque for each month. DO NOT DEPOSIT CHEQUE AT THE BANK
