HMA Competitive Owner Programs Compatibility HMA U.S. Military Incentives or HMF College Grad may be combined with HMF Retail Program either alone or in combination with ONE of the two programs listed above. Low APR (code H700): May be combined with HMA rebate. HMA Retail Bonus Cash is not compatible with HMF Low APR Programs. No other HMF or HMA consumer incentives or rebates may be combined with HMF Retail Programs. Hyundai Circle Plan E sales are NOT eligible for HMF Low APR and Customer Choice programs. HMF Bonus Cash Maximum APR Customer Credit Score Minimum Amount Financed Other HMF Bonus Cash is available only when financed through HMF (Retail Installment Contract). HMF Lease, Used and CPO programs are not eligible. HMF Bonus Cash will be paid with monthly dealer reserve statements. 5 HMF Special Lease Hyundai Motor Finance Special Lease Programs Details Gap Coverage HMF provides GAP waiver on all lease agreements. Please designate "N/A" on the lease contract. The HMF GAP Waiver Addendum must be completed and signed by customer as part of the lease documentation package except in CT and NY. HMF Lease Programs are only available on qualifying leases booked with HMF. HMF Lease Programs may be combined with only ONE of the following: 1. HMA Valued Owner Coupons; or 2. HMA Competitive Owner Programs Compatibility HMA U.S. Military Incentives or HMF College Grad may be combined with HMF Lease Programs either alone or in combination with ONE of the two programs listed above. Lease Payment Due Dates The customer's first lease payment is due at lease inception. Subsequent payments are due on the monthly anniversary date of the lease agreement, except that lease agreements that fall on the 29th, 30th, or 31st, which will be due the 1st of each month.
6 HMF Special Lease Hyundai Motor Finance Special Lease Programs Details Insurance Requirements Insurance Verification and Acknowledgement Form (IVAF) - must be completed and signed by both the customer and the dealership. By signing this both the customer and dealership acknowledge that HMF's minimum requirements of,000/$300,000/$500,000 are met. Hyundai Lease Titling Trust must be listed as loss payee and additional insured on the policy. The IVAF is required for all lease contracts. Accepted Contracts LAW lease documents have been created by the Consumer Credit Compliance Company (CCCC) and have been printed by Reynolds & Reynolds Company. Please call your respective DFM to order forms. HMF will only accept these forms. Lease Paperwork Please refer to Dealer Access to obtain funding forms and checklists. They can be found under Credit/Funding and Forms/Contracts tabs. For Quicker Funding Please include the Lease Agreement, Credit Application, Vehicle Invoice, IVAF, and Title Application in the funding package for prompt funding review. Please refer to the Lease Funding Checklist. For Quicker Decision Time Please include the payment amount, MSRP, invoice, and model and trim package on your lease applications and in DealerTrack/RouteOne to accelerate decision time. Please follow lease insurance verification procedures above. Dealer invoice amounts include freight, and are as published HMA s Pricing Guides (includes flooring & holdback) Other Total Net Cap Cost and base monthly payment as shown on HMF marketing program announcement (Feature Lease Payment Details) does not include Tax, License, Registration, Options, and the like. 8 HMF Special Balloon Hyundai Motor Finance Special Balloon Programs Details Insurance Requirements Collision, comprehensive and public liability coverage is required on all vehicles. Acceptable deductibles are: Collision $1,000, Comprehensive $1,000. HMF Balloon Programs may be combined with only ONE of the following: 1. HMA Valued Owner Coupons; or 2. HMA Competitive Owner Programs Compatibility HMA U.S. Military Incentives or HMF College Grad may be combined with HMF Balloon Programs either alone or in combination with ONE of the two programs listed above. No other HMF or HMA consumer incentives or rebates may be combined with HMF Balloon Programs. Consumer rebate may not be combined with HMF Special Balloon Programs. Hyundai Circle Plan E sales are NOT eligible for HMF Special Balloon programs. Balloon (Final Payment Percentage) The balloon (final payment percentage) is the same as program residual value percentages (See HMF program announcement for details). The balloon amount may not exceed the amount financed. Disposition Fee $400 in all states subject to state law limitations in KS and OK. KS and OK: The amount of 2 times the base monthly lease payment or $400, whichever is less. Refinance Fee $250; This fee may not be charged in Alabama, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. Excess mileage will be charged at a rate of $.20 per mile. Excess Mileage Adjustment No excess mileage charges if the vehicle is sold back to HMF at the end of the 36-month term balloon contract and the total allowable mileage on the vehicle does not exceed as follows: for 12,000 miles/year contracts = 36,000 total allowable mileage and for 15,000 miles/year contracts = 45,000 total allowable mileage. The total allowable mileage must be entered into section 2c of Form No. HYU-BALL-ADD-TX 3/10 (For Texas) or Form No. HYU-BALL-ADD 2/10 (Other States as described in these guidelines). 15,000 mi/yr For contracts written with 15,000 miles per year, decrease balloon percentage by 2%. Payment Dates Up to 45 days to first payment due from contract date. Monthly statements will be issued to the customer. NO DUE DATE CHANGES. Customer Options at Balloon Maturity Date 1. Pay the balloon amount, plus any past due payments, late charges, and /or other amounts due under the contract and keep the vehicle. 2. If the account is not in default, the balloon amount may be refinanced through HMF. The customer must pay a onetime refinance fee of $250 at the time of refinancing, except in AL, KS, OK, and TX. 3. In lieu of paying the balloon amount, return vehicle in good condition to a Hyundai dealer with title documents and pay all amounts due under the contract, including any past due payments, late charges, $400 disposition fee (subject to state law limitations in KS and OK), excess wear & use and /or excess mileage. HMF only accepts the approved Reynolds & Reynolds LAW retail contract form for each of the South Central ( SC ) Regional states plus the following Balloon Addendums: Accepted Contracts and Balloon Addenda Texas: Form No. HYU-BALL-ADD-TX 3/10 All other SC regional states, except Texas: Form no. HYU-BALL-ADD 2/10 CA: Form No. HYU-CA-BALL-ADD 3/16 Both the approved state retail contract and the applicable Balloon Addendum must be completed, signed by the customer and dealer, and included in the funding package. HMF will only accept these forms. No handwritten contracts will be accepted.

The $400 HMF rebate must be applied as a down payment and listed on the retail installment contract in the Itemization of Amount Financed section as a manufacturer s rebate. This HMF College Graduate Rebate is in addition to HMA rebates. HMF $400 rebate will be paid to the dealer monthly by HMF. Rebate will not be paid if application is not submitted as college graduate program in DealerTrack/RouteOne and proper documentation is not submitted prior to funding. Term Credit Requirements Up to 72 months No adverse credit history. No bankruptcies, foreclosures, repossessions, collection accounts, charge-offs, tax liens, judgments, or any other delinquent credit. Monthly payment to Applicant s gross income ratio cannot exceed 20% Gross monthly income from the applicant s combined income sources must be greater than or equal to $2,000 per calendar month. Program Parameters Down Payment No down payment required. 90 Days to First Payment - First monthly payment will be due up to 90 days from the contract date, subsequent payments will be made on the monthly due date.
