1 MOBE Motors Program Guidelines Welcome to the MOBE Motors rewards program where you get rewarded with bonus points for each qualifying sale you make. Qualifying sales do not include pass-ups. They must be sales that you personally collected commissions on. The MOBE Motors program is designed to reward you for your continued efforts with a luxury vehicle that can also serve as a great marketing tool. Each $1,000 in monthly commissions = 1 point* Your points can be cashed out once you reach and maintain a certain sales milestone as follows: 5 Points a month to qualify for $600 monthly bonus 10 Points a month to qualify for $1,200 monthly bonus 15 Points a month to qualify for a $1,800 monthly bonus NOTE: MOBE reserves all rights to modify this program periodically. How to Qualify To qualify for the MOBE Rewards Program, you need to: Generate enough commissions to accumulate over 5 points a month Document your vehicle selection and acquisition process in photos and video Adhere to the full guidelines listed below Banking Points No matter which level you currently are at, you will be able to bank your earned points for a period of 90 days. MOBE Motor Points will expire on a rolling 90-day calendar. If you earn more points per month than what is needed to qualify for the $600 - $1,800 bonus payout, the remaining points will be banked for 90 days to use in future months. If your banked points account has negative points, MOBE reserves the right to recover your MOBE Motors Bonus for that month. Partial Points Partial points can be accumulated but can only be cashed as full points. Partial points can be banked for a period of 90 days. MOBE Motors Rewards Programs Page 1

2 Example: If you earned $5,500 in commissions, you would receive 5.5 points. You may use 5 points for that month and the additional 0.5 point will be banked for up to 90 days. Acquiring Your MOBE Motor You may lease or buy your vehicle from any dealer or seller of your choice. You will be responsible for negotiating the terms and conditions of that deal. If it is a qualified vehicle and you have enough points, you will be eligible to receive the payout based on your sales performance. Qualifying vehicles are as follows: Qualifying vehicles must have a motor. MOBE will use the videos produced from your purchase or lease of the vehicle in promotional materials. The vehicle must represent the MOBE Motors program in a substantive way. The program is designed to showcase the lifestyle of a successful business owner. Your vehicle of choice must reflect that image. Examples of qualifying vehicles include: Luxury Autos: Automobiles that are in new condition (max 3 years old) Recently purchased or leased luxury vehicles that are less than 3 years old may also qualify Luxury Motorcycles: Road Bikes, such Harley Davidson, Honda and BMW Boats with a Motor Airplanes Helicopters You have the option to either purchase or lease. There is no restriction on length of lease. Purchasing your vehicle will make you eligible for the full $600 - $1,800 monthly bonus provided you hit and maintain the monthly points or above, you maintain ownership of the vehicle, and the monthly payment you are receiving are equivalent to market value of similar make, age and models on the market. This last point is important; you cannot receive a $1,800 monthly payment if the market value of the make and model of your vehicle is only $600 / month. Leases will make you eligible for the full $600 - $1,800 monthly bonus only for the length of your lease. If your lease expires and you do not purchase your vehicle or lease/purchase another luxury auto, you will no longer be eligible for the full $600 - $1,800 monthly bonus. You will need to apply again for a new vehicle. NOTE: Leases do not include short term car rentals. MOBE Motors Rewards Programs Page 2

3 Delivery In some cases, you can arrange to have your vehicle delivered to a MOBE event. Working with your dealership, this option will allow you to be presented with your new vehicle on stage as part of a MOBE event. Marketing & Testimonies Once you receive your vehicle, you must provide a picture and video testimonial so that we may feature you in upcoming MOBE print, web, and marketing pieces. This professional marketing video must be filmed by either a MOBE videographer, or by a videographer of your choosing that MOBE has first approved (MOBE will need to see their portfolio of work before approving). The video is to be made at your expense. Please provide the following: Digital picture of you with your vehicle sent to mobemotors@mobe.com Digital picture with you and your previous older vehicle if possible Short video testimonial about how it feels to get your new vehicle, your name, consultant level, city and state/province and country Also, be sure to post your pictures and videos on Matt Lloyd s Facebook page to Share! within the MOBE community. NOTE: Failure to submit a professional quality video testimonial (as judged by MOBE) will disqualify you from future MOBE Motors Rewards Program. That s why we recommend you use a MOBE videographer. Important Program Advisory Please be aware of the following important points regarding your participation in this program. The contract you execute will be between you and the Dealership/Financing Company. MOBE s obligation is to award your monthly bonuses to you based on program rules if and when you take delivery of your vehicle and sign and return the attached signature page, fully executed. MOBE will not offer advice to you regarding your ability to honor a lease contract or with respect to the terms of any lease. This agreement is strictly between you and the seller/lessor. MOBE urges you not to enter a lease or purchase agreement with which you are not fully comfortable financially. We want you and your family to be completely prepared for the responsibility of the care and payments required before entering any agreement. MOBE Motors Rewards Programs Page 3

4 Bonus Payments Starting Your Bonus Payments Monthly Vehicle Bonus Criteria The vehicle bonus is $600 - $1,800 per month for as long as you maintain possession of a qualifying vehicle, submit yearly Proof of Possession per the guidelines in the Qualification Requirements section above. Complete submission of your required Proof of Possession along with return of the signed Acknowledgement page, fully executed, will trigger your first Full Bonus payment, ed to mobemotors@mobe.com Sales Requirements For each month, you maintain the minimum commissions listed in the Qualification Requirements section you will receive your full $600 - $1,800 bonus. Bonuses are paid as part of the Monthly Cycle as follows: Your first Full Bonus will be paid following MOBE receipt of your Proof of Possession & signed Acknowledgement documents, on the 25 th day of the next month. Subsequent bonuses will be paid on the 25 th day of each month upon achieving the Qualification Requirements Credit & Accrued Payments The decision to acquire a new or used vehicle is solely the responsibility of the Consultant in consultation with vehicle, dealer or lessor. Any contract signed by the Consultant is exclusively between said Consultant and vehicle. MOBE will not guarantee any purchase or lease payments and cannot offer any advice as to the Consultant s ability to finance said vehicle. Proof of Possession Requirements Once per year, on the anniversary of your first Full Vehicle Bonus payment, you will be required to provide to MOBE Proof of Possession of your vehicle as outlined below. 5 MOBE Motors Rewards Program Checklist A quick summary of what MOBE needs to trigger your first $600 - $1,800 Bonus You need a minimum of 5 MOBE Motors rewards points in your account Submit signed Acknowledgement Letter (see below) to mobemotors@mobe.com Submit proof of Lease/Purchase Paperwork to mobemotors@mobe.com A copy of the market value of the monthly lease payments (based on a month term) of the make and model of the vehicle you intend to get Subsequent payments to follow based on guidelines. Transferring Vehicle bonus payments may not be transferred; however, payments will be made in accordance with the program described above in the event of a family member or partner within the same household as a vehicle Qualifier acquiring a MOBE-branded vehicle. In this case, the person acquiring the vehicle will also be required to acknowledge receipt and understanding of these guidelines. Combining of Bonus payments towards a single vehicle is not permitted. Each qualified Consultant must acquire his/her own vehicle to receive the maximum bonus. Termination of MOBE MOTOR s Bonuses You will no longer be eligible to receive the full $600 - $1,800 vehicle Bonus in the event of any of the following circumstances: You no longer own or lease the vehicle, which was acquired in accordance with the program You no longer use the vehicle acquired by a qualified member of your household in accordance with the program You fail to provide annual Proof of Possession documentation as outlined above. How to Get Started Step #1 Make sure you have enough MOBE Motor Points to qualify for the bonus Check your Consultant back office to see your total MOBE Motor Points Choose the Payment Level you want to participate in: $600, $1,200 or $1,800 per month MOBE Motors Rewards Programs Page 5

6 Step #2 Pick out your vehicle Make sure it qualifies for the MOBE Motors Program (See vehicle qualifications above) Step #3 Submit your application by ing Describe the make, model, year, color and description of your vehicle Step #4 Once you are approved, GO GET YOUR VEHICLE! Step #5 Submit your photos and marketing video to show case your new vehicle and the delivery process to: Video Criteria The video will be used in MOBE marketing materials and must represent the MOBE Motors program in a uniform manner. Each video must be professionally filmed and edited. 7 Standards for Delivery for your MOBE Motors Video: When working with other videographers not on the MOBE approved list, make sure they comply with the following standards: Final delivery must be High Definition 1920 x 1080 video format. MP4 or MOV and downloadable from a link provided by you. We need 2 versions of your MOBE Motors video: 1. Final edit with music. 2. Final edit without music track, so we just have your interview. We prefer the highest resolution export you can produce. The following guidelines should be sufficient: You will also need to supply us a B-Roll Reel, we would like all the footage that was filmed of you on 1 video reel. See here for example of a highlight video reel: Final EDIT and BROLL Reel to be delivered to us from a downloadable link, for example: Link from Google Drive WeTransfer Link from Dropbox And any other place we can DOWNLOAD the original source files from. 8 Acknowledgment The undersigned MOBE Consultant ( Participant ) is eligible to participate in the MOBE Motors program, described in the attached Program Guidelines ( Program Guidelines ). Participant acknowledges and agrees that he/she has received the Program Guidelines and by signing below, Participant further acknowledges and agrees as follows: 1. Participant s purchase or lease of a luxury vehicle (in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Program Guidelines) is a condition for Participant s receipt of the full bonus payments described in the Program Guidelines. In the event Participant does not purchase or lease a luxury auto vehicle in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Program Guidelines, Participant shall not be entitled to receive the full bonus payments described in the Program Guidelines. In addition, in the event that Participant does purchase or lease a luxury auto vehicle, but Participant s purchase or lease agreement terminates for any reason or Participant fails to comply with any other requirements described in the Program Guidelines, Participant s right to receive such full bonus payments will automatically terminate. Participant must still sign and return this page to be eligible to receive the Non- luxury auto Monthly Car Allowance as outlined in this document. 2. Participant understands that Participant is not obligated to purchase or lease a luxury vehicle. If Participant does purchase or lease a luxury vehicle, Participant acknowledges that he/she will, at all times, be personally and solely responsible for the payment to luxury auto of all purchase or lease amounts and/or any other amounts relating to such purchase or lease of a luxury auto vehicle. Participant further understands that MOBE will not: (a) participate in any negotiations regarding Participant s purchase or lease of a luxury auto vehicle; (b) sign (in any capacity whatsoever) the purchase or lease agreement, or any other documents, relating to Participant s purchase or lease of a luxury auto vehicle; or (c) be liable in any way whatsoever to luxury auto (or any luxury auto Consultant) for any financial or other obligations relating to Participant s purchase or lease of a luxury auto vehicle. MOBE s only obligation with respect to Participant s purchase or lease of a luxury auto vehicle will be to pay Participant s bonus directly to Participant in such amounts and for such periods of time as described in the Program Guidelines. 3. Participant is responsible for their vehicle, its use, and ensuring it is properly insured. MOBE has not provided any recommendations on vehicle type, insurance coverage, or anything else related to your use of such vehicle. In order to continue to be qualified for your MOBE Motors vehicle Participant must maintain the $19.95 Monthly MOBE Consultant fee. Participant re-confirms all of the terms of the Mastermind Agreement, including use of the Income Disclosure Documents, Non-disparagement, and Binding Arbitration. Failure to abide by these terms will result in MOBE revoking your use of the MOBE Motors program, as well as any other bonus program MOBE uses to incentivize its Consultants. The MOBE Motors Program is subject to change at anytime at the discretion of MOBE Management. MOBE Motors Rewards Programs Page 8

Participant has read and fully understands the meaning and consequences of the Program Guidelines and this Acknowledgment and has consulted with Participant s legal and tax advisors regarding any questions Participant has with respect to the Program Guidelines, this Acknowledgment and/or the economic, legal and tax consequences of the foregoing. Consultant has agreed to acquire in his/her own name a qualifying luxury auto vehicle or has agreed to guarantee payments on behalf of above signed Participant who has acquired a qualifying luxury auto vehicle and by signing below acknowledges and agrees as follows: 1. I am a family member or partner of the above signed MOBE Consultant and together with 2. Participant reside in the same household. I have reviewed and understand the above program guidelines. 3. Although I have agreed to acquire in my name or guarantee the contract of an approved luxury auto vehicle on behalf of Participant, I understand that I am not entitled to receive any Bonus payments from MOBE and by acquiring an approved luxury auto vehicle or guaranteeing payments for an approved luxury auto vehicle, I am solely responsible for all terms and conditions of the contract between myself and luxury auto. 4. I understand that should Participant cease using the acquired luxury vehicle for any reason whatsoever that said Participant s luxury auto bonus payments from MOBE will immediately cease and will not resume under any circumstances.
