Curse Objectives and Cntent: The training will prvide attendees with: a cmprehensive verview f regulatry issues and develpments in the telecmmunicatins sectr, using real-life examples and case studies frm the Eurpean Unin; an insight int the latest develpments in the fields f bradband deplyment and access regulatin, radi spectrum awards including the digital dividend, net neutrality, mbile raming, privacy, e-payments, carriers liability (mere cnduit principle) and universal service;
