The acceptability f percentage gals shall be determined n a case-by-case basis depending n the supplies/services invlved and the availability f ptential small business subcntractrs. Once apprved and implemented, plans will be mnitred thrugh the submissin f peridic reprts, and subcntracting prgram prgress. 11.
