These applicatins include additinal public engagement invlving a public pen huse and brader public ntificatin. Applicatin Requirements The fllwing is required: 1. A cmpleted applicatin frm with all questins answered and signed by the applicant and the wner (if different) Accuracy f infrmatin prvided n the applicatin frm is critical t a legal and binding decisin. Be as accurate as pssible. 2. A cheque payable t the City f Regina, reflecting the current applicatin fee.
