Scpe f the Evaluatin The scpe f the evaluatin cmprises a detailed feedback n each f INSO services in Smalia and Kenya s Nrth-Eastern prvince, and their impact n the NGO cmmunity. This shall include an analysis f the differences n the services prvided by INSO Kenya and INSO Smalia, with suggestins n the way frward after the merger f bth cuntry ffices (expected t take place in January 2018). The cnsultant(s) are expected t d field wrk in Nairbi (Kenya), Dadaab (Kenya), and Mgadishu (Smalia). It shuld als include the interview schedules, verall timeline and wrkplan, and be apprved by INSO prir t further actin. The methdlgy will detail the data cllectin tls t be used fr this research. Undertake a desk review f the relevant prject dcuments that include the Prpsals, Implementatin Reprts, INSO strategy dcuments and any ther relevant dcuments. Carry ut data cllectin and analysis and write up the Evaluatin Reprt. Present the Evaluatin Reprt (First Draft) and tlkit t INSO team fr review and cmments. This will include a critique f the existing INSO M&E tls. The prvider will cver all csts related t the actin, including but nt limited t transprtatin f the cnsultant(s) in cuntry, husing, per diems, insurance, visas, varius taxes, etc. Lead Evaluatr cnditin The supplier will appint a lead evaluatr (CV attached t the bid) wh will be the fcal pint fr interactins with INSO representatives during the evaluatin. INSO reserves the right t suspend the cntract shuld this clause be nt maintained.
