Terms and Conditions Applicable to the CIMB Junior Rewards and Privileges (the Rewards and Privileges ) For the avoidance of doubt, the Terms and Conditions herein are supplemental to the terms and conditions of the Savings Account. The Bank s terms and conditions of the Savings Account shall continue to apply and the Terms and Conditions herein shall be deemed in additions to and not in derogation thereof. The Terms and Conditions applicable to the Rewards and Privileges which may be determined by CIMB Bank Berhad (the Bank ) from time to time shall include but not limited to the following: 1. Entitlement to Enjoy Rewards and Privileges The Rewards and Privileges are extended to the customers of CIMB Junior Savers Account (the Account ), who are parent/guardian who open and maintain the Account in trust for their child (the parent/guardian and the child is hereafter referred to as Account Holder and Beneficiary respectively). The Rewards and Privileges available to the Account Holder and/or Beneficiary consist of: (a) Welcome Gift (b) Bonus Interest on Interest Earned (c) Quarterly Merchandise Redemption (d) Merchants Discounts and Privileges The Bank shall be entitled to upon giving reasonable notice to the Account Holder/Beneficiary terminate the Rewards and Privileges extended herein upon the Beneficiary attaining the age of 18 years old. 2. Welcome Gift Each Account Holder shall be entitled to receive the on spot one (1) welcome gift (as may be determined by the Bank) with each Account opened with the Bank as per the Terms and Conditions herein. 3. Bonus Interest on Interest Earned The bonus interest on the total interest earned (the Bonus ) in the relevant calendar year determined at the rate stated below will be credited into the Account if the Account Holder/Beneficiary deposits an amount of at least RM100 into the Account each month via Periodical Payment Instruction deposited by the Account Holder/Beneficiary with the Bank (the Monthly Periodical Payment Instruction ): i. The Bonus shall be determined at 100% of the pro-rated interest earned for the relevant calendar year provided that the Monthly Periodical Payment Instruction is successfully carried out in respect of all the months or the remaining months (as the case may be) for the relevant calendar year beginning from the commencement of the Monthly Periodical Payment Instruction. ii. iii. The Bonus shall be determined at 50% of the pro-rated interest earned for the relevant calendar year if there is failure in the effect or carrying out of the Monthly Periodical Payment Instruction by the Bank which is attributable to the default of the Account Holder/Beneficiary for one (1) or two (2) months in respect of all the months or the remaining months (as the case may be) for the relevant calendar year beginning from the commencement of the Monthly Periodical Payment Instruction. The Bonus shall not be awarded if there is failure in the effect or carrying out of the Monthly Periodical Payment Instruction by the Bank which is attributable to the default of the Account Holder/Beneficiary for three (3) months or more in respect of all the months or the remaining months (as the case may be) for the relevant calendar year beginning from the commencement of the Monthly Periodical Payment Instruction. The computation of the Bonus will be effective from the month of commencement of the Monthly Periodical Payment Instruction. 4. Quarterly Merchandise Redemption The Quarterly Merchandise Redemption (the Programme ) is opened for participation to all Account Holders to redeem a range of children-related merchandise. Every average quarterly balance of RM1,500 maintained under the Account shall entitle the Account Holder to be awarded 1 CIMB Junior Point for the purpose of the Programme (the Junior Point(s) ). The CIMB Junior Point(s) earned in the below mentioned qualifying period may be utilised for redemption online during the corresponding redemption period(s) as set out in the table below. CIMB Junior Point(s) that are not utilised for redemption during the relevant quarterly redemption period will be forfeited and may not be carried forward for use during the next quarterly redemption period.

Only Account Holder whose Account is valid and meets the Programme criteria as mentioned above will be eligible to participate in the Programme. Each Account Holder can redeem up to a maximum of three (3) merchandises on a firstcome-first-serve basis for each redemption period regardless of the number of Accounts held by the Account Holder and the Programme is subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Bank at any time and from time to time. Upon the Account Holder s submission of the CIMB Junior Point(s), the Account Holder will be notified immediately of the status of the redemption via CIMB Clicks. The merchandise available for redemption and the respective quantity available will vary from quarter to quarter, and will be published at CIMB Clicks and/or www.cimbbank.com.my/cimbjunior and/or CIMB Junior Quarterly enewsletter. For full terms and conditions applicable to the Programme, please refer to the CIMB Junior Quarterly Merchandise Redemption Terms and Conditions made available at www.cimbbank.com.my/cimbjunior and www.cimbclicks.com.my. 5. Merchants Discounts and Privileges The merchants participating in the Merchants Discounts and Privileges are subject to change from time to time by the Bank at its sole discretion with reasonable notice to the Account Holder/Beneficiary. The prevailing particulars and promotions of the participating merchants shall be provided in www.cimbbank.com.my/cimbjunior. To obtain the discounts and privileges, Account Holder/Beneficiary is required to present the CIMB Junior recognition card to the participating merchants before effecting the purchase otherwise the same may not be extended or accorded by the participating merchants. 6. Withdrawal, Suspension, Termination, and Substitution of the Terms and Conditions and/or the Rewards and Privileges The Bank reserves the right upon giving reasonable notice to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof at any time and/or to extend, modify, suspend, shorten, discontinue, cancel or terminate or substitute any one or more of the abovementioned Rewards and Privileges at any time and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given to the Account Holder/Beneficiary or any persons for any or all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Account Holder/Beneficiary and/or to any other parties as a direct or indirect result of such variation, deletion, addition or alteration of these Terms and Conditions and/or the extension, modification, cancellation, suspension or termination of the Rewards and Privileges. Notification to the Account Holder/Beneficiary in respect of any of the above amendment hereof shall be effected at the Bank s absolute discretion through any one of the following means of communication, namely, by ordinary mail to the Account Holder s/beneficiary s last known address or by posting a notice regarding such amendment at each of the Bank s branches or by effecting an advertisement regarding such amendment in one newspaper of the Bank s choice, or via the Bank s website and such amendment shall be deemed as binding on the Account Holder/Beneficiaries as from the date of notification of the such amendment or from such other date as may be specified by the Bank in the notification. 7. Others Conditions The Bank makes no representation or warranties with respect to the Rewards and Privileges and in particular, makes no warranties with respect to the quality of the gift and merchandises under Rewards and Privileges and/or the services or their suitability for any purposes. Under no circumstances shall the Bank be liable for any loss and/or damage incurred by the Account Holder or the Beneficiaries or any other parties arising from and or in connection with the Rewards and Privileges or services given under the Rewards and Privileges, even if the Bank has been advised of the possibility of such loss and/or damages in advance, and all such loss and/or damages are expressly excluded. The Bank reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Reward and Privileges, or to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Terms and Conditions.

The Bank does not warrant that the Reward and Privileges shall be uninterruptible and/or error free. By being eligible in this Reward and Privileges, the Account Holder or Beneficiaries hereby acknowledges and irrevocably agrees that the Bank shall not in any manner whatsoever be liable for any interruption and/or any error arising from the Reward and Privileges. The Bank shall not be liable or held responsible to the Account Holder and/or Beneficiary in any manner whatsoever if the Bank shall be unable to perform any of its obligations stipulated herein due to whatsoever reasons including but not limited to inability which is caused by or due directly or indirectly to any act of God, industrial dispute, war, strike, riot, or anything beyond the Bank's reasonable control. In addition to the terms and conditions of the Savings Account, the Account Holder is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English text or any other version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. Notwithstanding the aforementioned where request is made by the Account Holders for the Bahasa Malaysia version of the terms and conditions herein the Bank shall provide the same and allow the Account Holders to complete the relevant forms and sign the agreement relating to the Account and Rewards and Privileges herein in Bahasa Malaysia and such form and agreement in Bahasa Malaysia completed and signed shall form the basis of the contract between the Bank and the Account Holders relating to the Account and Rewards and Privileges. Terma- Terma dan Syarat-Syarat Tambahan ( Terma-terma dan Syarat-syarat ) Bagi Ganjaran dan Keistimewaan CIMB Junior ( Ganjaran dan Keistimewaan ) Untuk mengelakkan sebarang keraguan, Terma-terma dan Syarat-syarat di dalam ini adalah sebagai tambahan pada terma-terma dan syarat-syarat Akaun Simpanan. Oleh itu, terma-terma dan syarat-syarat Bank bagi Akaun Simpanan akan terus diguna pakai dan Terma-terma dan Syarat-syarat di dalam ini akan dianggap sebagai tambahan padanya dan tidak akan menjejaskannya. Terma dan Syarat yang diguna pakai untuk Ganjaran dan Keistimewaan yang mana akan ditentukan oleh CIMB Bank Berhad ('Bank') dari semasa ke semasa hendaklah meliputi tetapi tidak terhadkan kepada perkara berikut: 1. Kelayakan untuk Menikmati Ganjaran dan Keistimewaan Ganjaran dan Keistimewaan diperluaskan kepada pelanggan-pelanggan Akaun CIMB Junior Savers ('Akaun'), iaitu, ibu bapa/penjaga yang membuka dan diamanahkan menjaga Akaun untuk anak mereka (ibu bapa/penjaga dan kanak-kanak tersebut masing-masing selepas ini akan dirujuk sebagai 'Pemegang Akaun' dan 'Benefisiari'). Ganjaran dan Keistimewaan yang tersedia kepada Pemegang Akaun dan/atau Benefisiari terdiri daripada: (a) Hadiah Aluan (b) Faedah Bonus atas Faedah Diperolehi (c) Penebusan Barangan Suku Tahunan (d) Diskaun dan Keistimewaan Gedung Runcit Pihak Bank berhak dengan memberi notis yang munasabah kepada Pemegang Akaun/Benefisiari menamatkan Ganjaran dan Keistimewaan yang disediakan di sini apabila Benefisiari mencapai usia 18 tahun. 2. Hadiah Aluan Setiap Pemegang Akaun berhak menerima dengan serta-merta satu (1) hadiah aluan (sepertimana ditentukan oleh Bank) bagi setiap Akaun yang dibuka dengan Bank menurut Terma-terma dan Syarat-syarat di dalam ini. 3. Faedah Bonus atas Faedah Diperolehi Faedah Bonus atas Faedah Diperolehi ('Bonus') yang diperoleh pada tahun kalendar berkenaan yang ditetapkan pada kadar yang dinyatakan di bawah ini akan dikreditkan ke dalam Akaun jika Pemegang Akaun/Benefisiari mendepositkan satu amaun yang sekurang-kurangnya RM100 ke dalam Akaun pada setiap bulan melalui Arahan Pembayaran Berkala yang didepositkan oleh Pemegang Akaun /Benefisiari kepada Bank ('Arahan Pembayaran Berkala Bulanan'): i. Bonus tersebut akan ditentukan sebanyak 100% ke atas faedah pro-rata yang diperolehi untuk tahun kalendar berkenaan dengan syarat Arahan Pembayaran Berkala Bulanan berjaya dilakukan ke atas semua bulan atau bulan-bulan yang selebihnya (mengikut kesnya) bagi tahun kalendar berkenaan bermula dari berkuatkuasanya Arahan Pembayaran Berkala Bulanan. ii. iii. Bonus tersebut akan ditentukan sebanyak 50% ke atas faedah pro-rata yang diperolehi untuk tahun kalendar berkenaan jika berlaku kegagalan dalam memberi kesan atau melaksanakan Arahan Pembayaran Berkala Bulanan oleh pihak Bank yang mana disebabkan oleh keingkaran Pemegang Akaun/Benefisiari untuk satu (1) atau dua (2) bulan dari semua bulan atau bulan-bulan yang selebihnya (mengikut kesnya) bagi tahun kalendar berkenaan bermula dari berkuatkuasanya Arahan Pembayaran Berkala Bulanan. Bonus tidak akan diberikan jika terdapat kegagalan dalam menguatkuasakan perlaksanaan Arahan Pembayaran Berkala Bulanan oleh Bank yang mana disebabkan oleh keingkaran Pemegang Akaun/Benefisiari untuk selama tiga (3) bulan atau lebih dari semua bulan atau bulan berbaki (mengikut kesnya) untuk tahun kalendar berkenaan bermula dari berkuatkuasanya Arahan Pembayaran Berkala Bulanan. Pengiraan Insentif akan menjadi efektif dari bulan berkuatkuasanya Arahan Pembayaran Berkala Bulanan. 4. Penebusan Barangan Suku Tahunan Penebusan Barangan secara Suku Tahunan ('Program') ini dibuka untuk penyertaan kepada semua Pemegang Akaun untuk menebus pelbagai jenis barangan yang berkaitan dengan kanak-kanak.

Setiap RM1,500 baki purata suku tahunan yang dikekalkan dalam Akaun akan melayakkan Pemegang Akaun untuk diberikan 1 Mata CIMB Junior untuk tujuan Program ini ('Mata CIMB Junior'). Mata CIMB Junior yang diperolehi dalam tempoh kelayakan yang disebutkan di bawah boleh digunakan untuk penebusan secara online sepanjang tempoh penebusan yang sesuai sebagaimana dinyatakan di dalam jadual di bawah ini. Mata CIMB Junior yang tidak digunapakai untuk penebusan sepanjang tempoh penebusan suku tahunan yang berkenaan akan dibatalkan dan tidak boleh diambil kira untuk digunakan bagi tempoh penebusan yang seterusnya. Jangka Masa Kelayakan Jangka Masa Penebusan Suku Tahun Bulan-bulan Permulaan Jangka Masa Penebusan Tarikh Akhir Jangka Masa Penebusan 1 Januari hingga Mac 9am Sabtu ke-2 April 30hb April 2 April hingga Jun 9am Sabtu ke-2 Julai 31hb Julai 3 Julai hingga September 9am Sabtu ke-2 Oktober 31hb Oktober 4 Oktober hingga Disember 9am Sabtu ke-2 Januari 31hb Januari Untuk menyertai Program tersebut, Pemegang Akaun dikehendaki untuk log masuk ke www.cimbclicks.com.my ('CIMB Clicks') dan mengikuti arahan yang ditetapkan di dalamnya. Hanya Pemegang Akaun yang Akaunnya sah dan memenuhi kriteria Program sebagaimana disebutkan di atas layak untuk menyertai Program ini. Setiap Pemegang Akaun boleh menebus sehingga maksimum tiga (3) barangan berdasarkan kepada siapa cepat dia dapat dalam setiap pusingan Program tanpa mengira bilangan Akaun yang dipegang oleh Pemegang Akaun dan Program adalah tertakluk kepada terma-terma dan syarat-syarat lain yang mungkin ditetapkan oleh pihak Bank pada bila-bila masa dan dari semasa ke semasa. Setelah Pemegang Akaun menyerahkan Mata CIMB Junior, Pemegang Akaun akan dimaklumkan serta-merta mengenai status penebusan melalui CIMB Clicks. Barangan yang tersedia untuk ditebus dan kuantiti yang tersedia akan berubah-ubah dari suku tahunan ke suku tahunan, dan akan diumumkan di CIMB Clicks dan/atau www.cimbbank.com/cimbjunior dan/atau enewsletter suku tahunan CIMB Junior. Untuk terma dan syarat Program penuh yang diguna pakai dalam Program ini, sila rujuk kepada Terma dan Syarat Penebusan Barangan Suku Tahunan CIMB Junior yang boleh didapati di www.cimbbank.com/cimbjunior dan www.cimbclicks.com.my. 5. Diskaun dan Keistimewaan Gedung Runcit Peniaga-peniaga yang menyertai Diskaun dan Keistimewaan Gedung Runcit adalah tertakluk pada perubahan dari semasa ke semasa oleh pihak Bank atas budi bicaranya sendiri dengan notis yang munasabah kepada Pemegang Akaun/Benefisiari. Butiranbutiran lanjut dan promosi-promosi oleh peniaga-peniaga yang terlibat akan diberikan di dalam www.cimbbank.com/cimbjunior. Untuk memperoleh diskaun dan keistimewaan, Pemegang Akaun/Benefisiari dikehendaki menunjukkan kad pengiktirafan CIMB Junior kepada peniaga-peniaga yang terlibat sebelum melakukan pembelian jika tidak ianya mungkin tidak boleh diteruskan atau dipersetujui oleh peniaga-peniaga yang terlibat. 6. Penarikan Balik, Penggantungan, Penamatan, dan Penggantian Terma-terma dan Syarat-syarat dan/atau Ganjaran dan Keistimewaan. Bank merizab hak dengan memberikan notis munasabah untuk mengubah, memotong atau menambah sebarang Terma dan Syarat ini atau mana-mana bahagian daripadanya pada bila-bila masa dan/atau melanjutkan, memodifikasi, menggantung, memendekkan, memberhentikan, membatalkan atau menamatkan atau menggantikan mana-mana satu atau lebih daripada satu Ganjaran dan Keistimewaan yang disebut di atas pada bila-bila masa dan tiada pampasan secara tunai atau dalam bentuk barang akan diberikan kepada Pemegang Akaun/Benefisiari atau mana-mana orang atas sebarang atau semua kerugian atau kerosakan yang dialami atau ditanggung oleh Pemegang Akaun /Benefisiari dan/atau mana-mana pihak lain yang diakibatkan secara langsung atau tidak langsung oleh perubahan, pemadaman, penambahan atau pindaan Terma-terma dan Syarat-syarat ini dan/atau pelanjutan, modifikasi, pembatalan, penggantungan atau penamatan Ganjaran dan Keistimewaan. Makluman kepada Pemegang Akaun/Benefisiari tentang sebarang pindaan di atas akan dilaksanakan menurut budi bicara mutlak Bank melalui mana-mana satu cara komunikasi berikut, iaitu melalui pos biasa ke alamat Pemegang Akaun/Benefisiari yang terakhir diketahui atau dengan menampal notis tentang pindaan tersebut di setiap satu cawangan Bank atau dengan menyiarkan iklan tentang pindaan tersebut dalam satu akhbar pilihan Bank, atau melalui laman web Bank dan pindaan tersebut akan dianggap mengikat ke atas Pemegang Akaun/Benefisiari dari tarikh makluman pindaan tersebut atau dari sebarang tarikh lain yang boleh ditetapkan oleh Bank dalam makluman.

7. Syarat-syarat Lain Bank tidak membuat sebarang representasi atau jaminan berhubung dengan Ganjaran dan Kesitimewaan dan khususnya, tidak membuat sebarang jaminan berhubung dengan mutu Ganjaran dan Keistimewaan dan/atau perkhidmatan atau kesesuaiannya bagi apa jua tujuan. Bank tidak akan dalam apa jua keadaan bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kerugian dan/atau kerosakan yang ditanggung oleh Pemegang Akaun atau Benefisiari atau mana-mana pihak lain yang berbangkit daripada dan/atau berhubung dengan Ganjaran dan Keistimewaan atau perkhidmatan yang diberikan di bawah Ganjaran dan Keistimewaan, meskipun jika Bank telah dimaklumkan sebelum itu tentang kemungkinan kerugian dan/atau kerosakan tersebut, dan semua kerugian dan/atau kerosakan sedemikian dikecualikan dengan nyata. Bank merizab hak menurut budi bicara tunggalnya untuk menyingkirkan mana-mana individu yang dianggapnya telah mengganggu proses penyertaan atau operasi Ganjaran dan Keistimewaan, atau bertindak memungkiri atau berpotensi memungkiri Terma-terma dan Syarat-syarat ini. Bank tidak menjamin bahawa Ganjaran dan Keistimewaan tidak akan mengalami gangguan dan/atau kesilapan. Apabila layak menyertai Ganjaran dan Keistimewaan ini, Pemegang Akaun atau Benefisiari dengan ini mengakui dan dengan tak boleh batal bersetuju bahawa Bank tidak akan dalam apa cara jua bertanggungjawab atas sebarang gangguan dan/atau sebarang kesilapan berbangkit daripada Ganjaran dan Keistimewaan. Pihak Bank tidak akan menanggung liabiliti atau bertanggungjawab kepada Pemegang Akaun dan/atau Benefisiari dalam apa cara sekalipun jika pihak Bank tidak mampu untuk melaksanakan mana-mana kewajipannya yang disenaraikan di sini atas apa jua sebab termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada ketidakupayaan yang disebabkan samada secara langsung atau tidak langsung oleh mana-mana bencana alam, pertikaian perindustrian, peperangan, mogok, rusuhan, atau apa pun yang di luar kawalan munasabah pihak Bank. Di samping terma-terma dan syarat-syarat Akaun Simpanan, Pemegang Akaun dianggap telah membaca, memahami dan bersetuju terikat oleh Terma-terma dan Syarat-syarat ini. Sekiranya terdapat ketidakselarasan, konflik, kesamaran atau percanggahan di antara versi di antara versi Bahasa Malaysia dan versi Bahasa Inggeris Terma dan Syarat ini, versi Bahasa Inggeris Terma dan Syarat akan digunakan. Walaupun bagaimanapun yang tersebut sebelumnya, di mana permintaan dibuat oleh Pemegang Akaun untuk terma dan syarat versi Bahasa Malaysia yang terkandung di sini, Bank akan menyediakan yang tersebut dan membenarkan Pemegang-pemegang Akaun untuk melengkapkan borang-borang yang relevan dan menandatangani perjanjian yang berkaitan dengan Akaun dan Ganjaran dan Keistimewaan di sini di dalam Bahasa Malaysia dan borang dan perjanjian tersebut di dalam Bahasa Malaysia yang dilengkapkan dan ditandatangani akan membentukkan dasar kontrak di antara Bank dan Pemegang Akaun berkaitan dengan Akaun dan Ganjaran dan Keistimewaan. Untuk maklumat, pertanyaan, maklum balas dan/atau aduan berkaitan dengan Program ini, Pemegang Akaun boleh bercakap dengan Wakil Pusat Panggilan Bank di 1 300 880 900 atau +603 2295 6100. Secara alternatif bagi maklum balas dan/atau aduanaduan, Pemegang-pemegang Akaun boleh memilih untuk menghantar e-mel kepada Unit Resolusi Pelanggan Bank di cru@cimb.com, berurus dengan yang sama di 1 300 880 900 atau menulis kepada yang sama dan dialamatkan kepada Unit Resolusi Pelanggan, 19 th Floor, Menara Bumiputra-Commerce, 11 Jalan Raja Laut, 50350 Kuala Lumpur atau secara faks kepada +603 2691 3248.
