IAC NATIONAL CONFERENCE 2017 Terms and Conditions of Registration The Agreement All registrants acknowledge and agree that upon the Israeli-American Council s (IAC) acceptance of your application to attend the National Conference, a binding legal agreement is entered into between the applicant and the IAC. Acceptance of a registrant and attendance at The IAC National Conference is granted solely at the discretion of the IAC. It is essential that all provide true and accurate name and personal contact information. As a registrant, one agrees to these terms and conditions, as well as other specific terms stated in the totality of the registration materials. Violation of any term or condition is grounds for cancellation of your IAC National Conference registration. The IAC reserves the right to change any part of the of this Agreement at any time. Limitation of Liability You agree to release and hold harmless the Israeli-American Council s (IAC) and their agents from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or relating to your participation in The IAC National Conference and all IAC National Conference events, including but not limited to the use of the conference center and lodging facilities. The IAC will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by delegates or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of the Conference or related events. The IAC reserves the right to change any part of the Conference program at any time. The IAC is not responsible for the content of any presentation and the view/opinions presented by the many speakers at The IAC National Conference are not necessarily those of the Israeli-American Council (IAC) or endorsed by the Israeli-American Council (IAC). Recognizing the nature of receptions and the potential for alcohol abuse at conferences, all IAC National Conference sponsored events will make non-alcoholic drinks available. Conference participants are responsible for their own well-being and you agree that neither The IAC National Conference and/or its sponsors will be held accountable for any events or occurrences resulting from excessive drinking, recklessness or negligence. Disruptive Conduct The IAC at its sole discretion reserves the right to remove you from The IAC National Conference if it determines that your presence or behavior creates a disruption or interferes with the Conference or the enjoyment of the Conference by other attendees.

Delegates are prohibited from physically confronting, removing, or attempting to stop individuals who protest at The IAC National Conference. Efforts to disrupt such protestors create potential civil and criminal liability for delegates. The IAC accepts no liability for such actions. Please know those who choose to protest often do so in order to gain attention and to create a confrontation. Should a delegate believe someone is acting inappropriately, please outwardly seem to ignore the protester(s); report this person(s) and their behaviors to conference staff or security. Conference Participation Badges The IAC is the sole issuer of The IAC National Conference credentials including badges and Lanyards. Your IAC issued credentials must be worn at all times within the conference facilities. However, for safety reasons, please remember to remove your badge when you are outside of the conference events and facilities. There will be a $25 reprint charge for any missing badge that needs to be replaced. As a registrant you agree not to share, sell or trade your badge in any way. Similarly, you agree to not engage in any inappropriate use of credentials or any effort to assist a non-registrant to gain access to this conference. Should the IAC determine that you have violated this policy, it may cancel your badge(s), retain any payments made by you, report you to law enforcement authorities as appropriate, and ban you from future IAC events/activities. The IAC considers any person using improper credentials to gain admission to The IAC National Conference as engaging in theft of service, trespassing, and fraud and will report violators to law enforcement authorities to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Identification at Registration Attendees are required to present a valid government issued photo ID at registration in order to collect registration materials and badge. Individuals may only collect their own individual registration badge and materials. This procedure is in place to protect registration materials from getting lost and to allow The IAC National Conference to monitor accurate attendance. Furthermore, registrants agree not to allow any other individual to participate in their place either at the conference, during the registration process, or any other conference-related activity including acceptance of these terms of registration.
