1 SPAIN FEDERATION NATIONAL TEAM INTERNATIONAL SOCCER CAMP Terms and Conditions Spain Federation National Team International Soccer Camp (RFEF Foundation) strongly recommends the purchase of insurance coverage for travel and related travel costs, cancellation, medical, and personal property for all travelers from a broker of your choice. 1. Cancellation for Convenience by You Your deposit payment of 40% of camp price is non-refundable, should you cancel your reservation prior to May 31, 2018, you shall be entitled to a full refund of your fees minus your deposit payment of 40%. No refunds are issued for request received after May 31, All voluntary or involuntary withdrawal during the camp will not incur any refund at all. Cancellation requests due to illness or injury must be accompanied by a doctor s note and will be handled on a case by case basis. Spain Federation National Team International Soccer Camp reserves the right to handle all refunds on an individual basis. Cancellation of your reservation shall be written and shall provide the name of the participant as recorded on the registration form. We strongly recommend camp cancellation insurance. 2. Force Majeure Event Spain Federation National Team International Soccer Camp may cancel the reservation due to a Force Majeure Event which shall include circumstances beyond the control of Spain Federation National Team International Soccer Camp, including but not limited to: war, threat of war, political crisis, civil commotion or strife, terrorist activity, strike or industrial action, natural disaster, fire and technical problems due to closure of airports or other transport problems making it impossible or unreasonable to travel. Physical injury of participant prior to date of attendance is not a force majeure event but one reason why we urge you to obtain insurance coverage. In such event, Spain Federation National Team International Soccer Camp will refund all the monies paid by you or will propose another camp. 3. Participant Exclusion Spain Federation National Team International Soccer Camp reserve the right to exclude or refuse any person at any time to any course or activity if, in the opinion of Spain Federation National Team International Soccer Camp, that person is not compatible with the general enjoyment or well-being of other clients. In this case, no refund will be given for any unexpired portion of the activity, course or tour. All expenses for this exclusion will be the responsibility of the parent s participant. 4. Property Damages Spain Federation National Team International Soccer Camp will vehemently pursue any student damaging or defacing property while at the Camp and strong action will be taken against such students. Payments will be sought in full from any such student (or responsible parents) BEFORE departure to repair such damage. Participants must keep their room tidy, clean and in the same condition as it was when they arrived at the camp. Spain Federation National Team International Soccer Camp reserves the right to expel any student from its centers if there is willful damage to property, theft of property or act of vandalism.
2 5. Admission Age Requirements Spain Federation National Team International Soccer Camp is for 10 to 16 years old boys. 6. Forbidden Items Alcohol, drugs and tobacco are strictly forbidden during the camp. 7. Pocket Money Money could be given to the camp director or your group leader on arrival. At the end of the camp, money left over will be given back to the participant. Money can be used to buy soft drinks, postcards and souvenirs. 8. Medical Expenses and Information All medical expenses incurred by the participant will be charge to the parent s credit card on file if their insurance coverage is denied and the amount is beyond your insurance coverage. Medical receipt will be given to the participant when he leaves the camp. If a participant is under medical treatment during the camp, it is strongly recommended to send with your registration a copy of the treatment being followed by the participant (it is MANDATORY in this case to get a medical certificate from your doctor in regards to the participant condition and is ability to participate in soccer and social activities). If the participant takes special medications, he must give them to the coaches. It is mandatory to mention all allergies on the Registration form. 9. Clothing and Equipment All participant clothing and equipment must be marked with the participant name. Only soccer shoes with molded cleats are allowed. 10. Loss and Theft During the camp, each participant is responsible of his own personal clothes and equipment. Spain Federation National Team International Soccer Camp declines all responsibilities in case of theft or loss. 11. Valuable Objects It is strongly recommended not to bring valuables like jewelry, Ipods, electronic games, cameras, cellular telephones, computer laptops, team s jerseys etc. 12. Participant Leaving Premises and Parents not allowed at La Ciudad del Futbol It is forbidden to leave the camp perimeter at all times. Parents are not allowed on Campus during the session. 13. Camp Staff The center is managed by the director who has full power for disciplinary actions. Participants must respect all center personnel. 14. Participant Discipline Participants must respect the other participants and camp staff. Participant must respect the wake up and bed times. Participants must follow the daily planning of the camp. 3 15. Sports Activities During sports activities, the participants are under the surveillance of the coaches of the camp. Participants are assigned to a group at the beginning of the camp. They will be member of this group during their weekly stay except if the coach decides otherwise. Participants must respect the schedule and information given by the coaches. Participants will be respectful of all equipment given to them to practice sports. During the extracurricular activities and when they go off campus, participants will be under the responsibility of the educator in charge of their group. 16. Campus Hygiene and Security Participants must only drink and eat in rooms assigned for it. Participants are under the surveillance of the camp staff day and night. All participants at Spain Federation National Team International Soccer Camp must respect and enforced the terms mentioned above. Such terms can be modified by the camp at any time. 17. Sufficient Number of Participants The Organizer shall be entitled exceptionally to cancel your reservation should there be an insufficient number of participants for the session. In such event, the Organizer will inform you no later than one month before your camp starts. In such event, Spain Federation National Team International Soccer Camp will refund all the monies paid by you or will propose another camp. INTERNAL REGULATION: To fully enjoy the campus and especially for safety of participants, it is necessary to follow certain rules: To respect the schedules. Do not use the cell phone, except in the established schedules. Do not change the assigned bedroom or be outside the bedroom after the established hour, or try to leave the residence. Do not have behaviors which attempt against other participants/campers, like beating, intimidating or insulting. Do not smoke or to drink alcohol. Do not abuse facilities. Do not steal, or use someone else's property without permission. If a participant in the Campus do not respect some of the described previously norms or other analogous ones, will be reason for reprimand or expulsion. On the other hand it is very important to consider that: Each participant will communicate his personal situation and needs of the moment, as well as things that could be annoyed or any other inconvenience, to assigned instructor who will try to resolve it. If it is not told, he may not help to campers. On arrival to the Campus, the money from each participant will be picked by assigned instructor who will keep it, proceeding to give the required amount for each participant upon request. It is recommended not to bring valuables nor objects that can be lost or forgotten. Each participant must be careful with his things, assuming the responsibility of the same ones.
4 In order to get a proper development of the camp, to enhance teamwork and personal development of the participants it is completely FORBIDDEN to receive visits in any of the venues where the camp will take place. However, this prohibition could be revoked in an URGENT case by an authorization issued from the Foundation. If any of the participants would like to leave the Campus owing to circumstances beyond their control, they will have to prove the authorization of their parents and tutors. Medical care RFEF Foundation will have a sports accident insurance for all participants, however will prove to have a common contingencies health insurance (Social Security, Sanitas, Adeslas, etc.). Personal data protection In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999 of the 13th of December with regard to the Personal data protection, you or your legal representative allow the incorporation of your data to the files of the RFEF Foundation. Also, they will be used with the only purpose of managing your participation in upcoming events organized by the institution: administrative management, receipt and payment management, club management and/or sports associations, insurance management, development of opinion polls and advertising of different events. The responsible of formerly mentioned files is: RFEF Foundation located in Ramón y Cajal s/n Las Rozas (Madrid). Furthermore, you allow the usage of your image and/or voice through recordings or pictures for the advertising and promotion of the events organized by the Foundation. Therefore, you accept the recording of your image and/or voice, the reproduction and publication in different media of the RFEF Foundation such as TV, radio, Internet and advertising videos. As well as in other advertising channels: magazines, brochures, ads and advertising signs. On the other hand, and only if it is necessary, by means of this document you accept the usage of your personal data related to health by the Foundation for the management of its participation in different events. Moreover, the Foundation will provide these personal data to facilitate your access to sport installations, residence and insurance companies to arrange the insurance policies. You will be able to access, rectify, cancel and oppose in the headquarters of the Foundation by any of the communication channels that it offers: going to the offices or writing a letter to the responsible of the files. I hereby authorize my child's participation in the Campus RFEF Foundation (Spain Federation National Team International Soccer Camp), as well as every bus trips needed for leisure activities, and I state that he has no illness or physical or mental disability for which he cannot normally participate in the development thereof, finally I assume all of these risks and I hold harmless and do hereby release, discharge and indemnify RFEF Foundation from all liability for damage, injury or illness to my child participation in ordinary Camp activities by whatever cause. This authorization extends to medical-surgical decisions which, in cases of extreme emergency that there would be no time for pre-consultation, will be necessary to adopt under appropriate prescription. I state for the record for all pertinent purpose.
5 Soccer Camps International Cancellation Protection Plan Information Soccer Camps International is providing additional peace of mind during these uncertain economic times for our valued families by offering Cancellation Protection. Due at the time of registration, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full or partial refund of the soccer camp registration fees paid minus the non-refundable cost of Cancellation Protection when Soccer Camps International receives your notice to cancel your registration as follows: *Full refund when registration cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to the start of camp. *50% refund when registration cancellation is received between 30 days and 15 days prior to the start of camp. (Note, no refund if less than 15 days notice prior to the start of camp.) If you need to cancel your reservation, contact Soccer Camps International as soon as possible via at info@soccercampsinternational.com. The charge for the Cancellation Protection is 10% of the total fees (nonrefundable) paid to Soccer Camps International at time of initial registration. If you do not have Cancellation Protection and must cancel, consult the terms and conditions of the applicable soccer camp.
