Term & Conditions 1) Organiser & Eligibility 1.1 The promotion is organized by the Malaysian Electronic Clearing Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (Company No.836743-D) ("MyClear") and MYDIN MOHAMED HOLDINGS BHD ("MYDIN") (referred to as ("Organizer"). 1.2 This promotion is open to MyDebit card holders (referred to as "Cardholders") issued by financial institutions which are involved in service in Malaysia MyDebit of eighteen (18) years or older and have a valid ID document (i.e. identity card or passport) are eligible to participate in the Promotion. 1.3 Only transactions using ATM cards / Debit are eligible to participate in this promotion. 1.4 The following group of persons shall not be eligible for the Campaign a) Employees of the Promoter (including its affiliated and related companies) and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including the husband / wife) and / or b) Representatives, employees, servants and / or agents of advertising service provider and / or promotion of the Organizer (including affiliated and related companies) and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including the husband / wife) 2) Promotion Period 2.1 The promotion will run from August 1, 2015 to October 31, 2015 (Promotion Period). The Organiser reserves the right to make amendments to the Promotion Period at any time without prior notice. All entries received outside the Promotion Period will be cancelled. 3) Eligibility Criteria 3.1 MYDIN Customers who spend minimum purchase of RM80.00 in one (1) single receipt by MyDebit transaction will be entitled to participate in this Promotion Swipe ur Debit. Each transaction / receipt will be considered as one entry. 3.2 The purchase must go through MyDebit transactions using PIN at all MYDIN participating stores to be eligible, entries must be in compliance with all guidelines listed in the Terms & Conditions. 3.3 Participants must have a valid card MyDebit, active and in good financial standing and stable during the Promotion Period until the redemption of the Prize.
4) Conditions of Participation 4.1 To participate, customers must submit a contest form along with the original receipt of purchase to the branch where the purchase was made. In addition, participants must answer two (2) questions in the contest form correctly. 4.2 Entry forms are available at the customer service counter at any MYDIN branch nationwide. Copies of entries are allowed. 4.3 Entries complete with the original receipt of purchase must be sent before or at 23:59 on October 31, 2015. 4.4 Completed Entry forms can be entered into the contest box provided at the MYDIN customer service counter or by post to the address: Jabatan Pemasaran, Penjenamaan dan Komunikasi MYDIN MOHAMED HOLDINGS BHD Tingkat 1M, Lot No 675 & 676 Persiaran Subang Permai USJ 1, 47500 Subang Jaya Selangor Darul Ehsan 4.5 Participants may submit more than one (1) entry form and shall be accompanied by the original receipt of purchase for each contest entry forms are submitted. Each entry must be submitted separately, complete with information and the correct answer and be accompanied by a receipt of purchase. 4.6 The organizers will not be responsible for any damage, loss or delay of entries after the closing date. Acceptance after the closing date will not be entertained. Entry forms that are incomplete, inaccurate responses, receipts that have been damaged or without the receipt will be deemed invalid and shall not be eligible to participate in the contest. 4.7 Purchases through MyDebit transactions must be made during the Promotion Period and comply with eligibility and qualification criteria stated herein, to be considered as an entry. 4.8 There is no limit to the number of entries, but the entries received over the Promotion Period will be cancelled. 4.9 The organizer reserves the right to disqualify Participants who eligibility is in question or who is otherwise not eligible to participate in the Promotion if there are participants who violates these terms and conditions, interfere with the operation of the Promotion, fraud or abuse, or engage in any conduct that is considered detrimental or not just to the Organizer or any other party (in each case determined at the absolute discretion of the Organiser are subject to disqualification for admission or participation in promotions.
5) Shortlist and Winners Announcement 5.1 Eligible participants will be selected by random draw of entries collected at the end of the Promotion Period. The first random draw will be made to the winners and consolation prizes after that is the draw for the third place winner, followed by the winner of the second prize, first prize winner and ended up winning the grand prize. 5.2 Participants must successfully through each level to get through to the next stage. If you do not comply with terms and conditions, participants are not entitled to continue next stage. 5.3 If the selected participant can t be contacted or fails to answer all questions correctly, Organizer reserves the right to contact the participants selected from a random draw next, and declare the participants selected as winners by the process described above. 5.4 Each participant is only eligible to win one (1) Prize during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of entries received by the Organizer. 5.5 All decisions made by the organizers regarding the Promotion, including, but not limited to, the short list, the selection of the winner and forfeiture of the prize is conclusive. No correspondence or appeal will be entertained. The selection of winners is subject to the conditions of eligibility and participation criteria, as determined at the sole discretion of the Organiser. 5.6 The list of winners will be published and announced at the press conference and on the website of the Organizer.
6) Prize 6.1 Prizes for this Promotion are: a) Grand Prize - One (1) winner will win a car, the Proton Saga SV worth RM 35,000.00 (Price Peninsular Malaysia, not including road tax, registration and insurance) b) First Prize x 2 units - Each winner will receive a motorcycle Modenas Ace 115 worth RM5,000.00 (Price Peninsular Malaysia, not including road tax, registration and insurance) c) Second Prize x 10 unit - (Five (5) prizes for the first batch) Each winner will receive Microwave brand SHARP and (Five (5) prizes for both groups) Each winner will receive a brand SAMSUNG Home Theatre Set. d) Consolation Prize x 10 units - each winner will receive a voucher worth RM100 MYDIN. 6.2 The prize is subject to the terms and conditions stipulated by the automobile company. Subject to the provisions of the law, the Promoter and their agents are not responsible for any liability incurred or liability arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details, or arising out of any unforeseen circumstances, outside control of the Organizer and for any act or default of any third party supplier or vendor. Winners are not allowed to convert to cash prizes. 6.3 The Promoter will not bear any liability if the winner is unable to use the prize for any reason, including reasons arising from the breach of the terms specified. 7) Declaration and notification to winners 7.1 The winners will be contacted and informed by the Organizer by telephone based on information available at the contest form. The organizer reserves the right to change the name of the winner if the original winner failed to present themselves and not eligible to claim the reward. Your information will not be shared with companies or partners for their use. 8.7 The final decision of the organizers is final and no protests will be entertained. 8.8 The Promoter reserves the right to extend, cancel, terminate or suspend the contest for any reason, without prior notice. Connection, cancellation, termination or suspension by the organizer of the contest does not entitle participants to any claim or compensation against the organizer.
9) Responsibilities and Liabilities 9.1 Winners will be entirely responsible and liable in case of any accident, injury, damage, loss or claim resulting from participation in the Promotion, redemption and / or use of the Prize. 10) Data Protection 10.1 By participating in this Promotion and disclosure of personal information to the Promoter, the Promoter agrees to only use it for the purpose of promotion and protection of such information as described below. However, the Promoter may disclose personal data if required by the Participant of the law, search warrant, subpoena or court order. 10.6 The Organiser reserves the right to remove certain personal information (name, address, telephone number and number of identity card) to the service provider for administrative purposes and objectives of the Campaign to contact the winner. Service providers including the organizers of the seller or manage campaigns.
11) Rights of the Organiser 11.1 The organizer reserves the right to amend, alter, delete or erase the Terms and Conditions herein at their absolute discretion. 11.2 The organizer shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of Participant's refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of promotions. 11.3 The organizer can assign all the rights granted by Participant Dear either party at the discretion of the organizers. 11.4 The organizer reserves the right to extend, cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion for any reason, without prior notice. Development, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Promotion Organizer will not allow participants to claim any claim or compensation against the organizer for any loss or damage suffered or incurred directly and indirectly from the act of cancellation, termination or suspension. 11.5 The winners may also be required to attend and / or participate in publicity programs. (Syarikat No.836743-D) ("MyClear") dan MYDIN MOHAMED HOLDINGS BHD ( MYDIN ) (yang dirujuk sebagai ("Penganjur"). 1.2 Promosi ini terbuka kepada pemegang (dirujuk sebagai "Pemegang Kad") kad MyDebit yang dikeluarkan oleh Institusi Kewangan yang terlibat dengan servis MyDebit di Malaysia yang berumur lapan belas (18) tahun ke atas dan mempunyai dokumen pengenalan diri yang sah (contoh: kad pengenalan atau paspot) layak untuk mengambil bahagian dalam Promosi ini. 1.3 Hanya transaksi menggunakan kad ATM/Debit layak untuk menyertai promosi ini. 1.4 Individu dari golongan berikut tidak layak menyertai Promosi a) Kakitangan Pihak Penganjur (termasuk syarikat bersekutu dan berkaitannya) dan ahli keluarga mereka yang terdekat (anak, ibu-bapa, adik-beradik, termasuk suami / isteri) dan / atau a) Wakil, kakitangan, pekerja dan / atau ejen pembekal khidmat pengiklanan dan / atau promosi pihak Penganjur (termasuk syarikat bersekutu dan berkaitannya) dan ahli keluarga mereka yang terdekat (anak, ibu bapa, adik-beradik, termasuk suami / isteri) 2) Tempoh Promosi 2.1 Promosi akan berlangsung mulai 1 Ogos 2015 hingga 31 Oktober 2015 (Tempoh Promosi). Setiap satu transaksi/resit akan dianggap sebagai satu penyertaan. 3.2 Pembelian harus melalui transaksi MyDebit dengan menggunakan PIN di semua pasaraya MYDIN yang mengambil bahagian untuk layak menyertai, penyertaan mesti mematuhi semua garis panduan yang disenaraikan dalam Terma & Syarat ini. 3.3 Peserta juga perlu mempunyai kad MyDebit yang sah, aktif dan dalam kedudukan kewangan yang baik dan stabil seperti semasa Tempoh Promosi sehingga penebusan Hadiah.
4) Syarat Penyertaan 4.1 Untuk menyertai peraduan ini, pelanggan perlu menyerahkan borang peraduan berserta dengan resit asal pembelian kepada cawangan dimana pembelian dibuat. Di samping itu, peserta perlu menjawab dua (2) soalan dalam borang peraduan dengan betul. 4.2 Borang peraduan boleh didapati di kaunter khidmat pelanggan di setiap cawangan MYDIN seluruh Malaysia. Salinan borang peraduan adalah dibenarkan. 4.3 Borang peraduan yang lengkap berserta resit asal pembelian perlu dihantar sebelum atau pada jam 23:59 pada 31 Oktober 2015. 4.4 Borang peraduan yang telah lengkap boleh dimasukkan ke dalam kotak peraduan yang disediakan di kaunter khidmat pelanggan MYDIN atau melalui pos ke alamat: Jabatan Pemasaran, Penjenamaan dan Komunikasi MYDIN MOHAMED HOLDINGS BHD Tingkat 1M, Lot No 675 & 676 Persiaran Subang Permai USJ 1, 47500 Subang Jaya Selangor Darul Ehsan 4.5 Peserta boleh menghantar lebih dari satu (1) borang peraduan dan hendaklah disertakan dengan resit asal pembelian untuk setiap borang peraduan yang dihantar. Setiap penyertaan perlu dihantar secara berasingan, lengkap dengan maklumat dan jawapan yang betul dan disertakan dengan resit pembelian. 4.6 Pihak penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang kerosakan, kehilangan dan kelewatan borang peraduan selepas tarikh tutup. Penerimaan borang selepas tarikh tutup peraduan tidak akan dilayan. Borang peraduan yang tidak lengkap, jawapan yang tidak tepat, resit yang telah rosak atau tanpa lampiran resit akan dianggap tidak sah dan tidak layak untuk menyertai peraduan ini. 4.7 Pembelian melalui transaksi MyDebit mesti dilakukan dalam Tempoh Promosi dan mematuhi kelayakan dan kriteria kelayakan yang dinyatakan di sini, untuk dianggap sebagai penyertaan. 4.8 Tiada had kepada bilangan penyertaan, tetapi penyertaan yang yang diterima di luar Tempoh Promosi akan dibatalkan. 4.9 Penganjur berhak untuk membatalkan penyertaan Peserta yang kelayakan dipersoalkan atau yang selainnya tidak layak untuk mengambil bahagian dalam Promosi sekiranya terdapat Peserta yang melanggar terma dan syarat, mengganggu operasi Promosi, penipuan atau penyalahgunaan, atau melibatkan diri dalam apa-apa tingkah laku yang dianggap memudaratkan atau tidak adil kepada Penganjur atau mana-mana pihak yang lain (dalam setiap kes ditentukan pada budi bicara mutlak Penganjur adalah tertakluk kepada kehilangan kelayakan untuk kemasukan atau penyertaan dalam Promosi.
5) Senarai Pendek dan Pengumuman Pemenang 5.1 Peserta yang layak akan dipilih secara cabutan rawak dari borang peraduan yang dikumpul di akhir Tempoh Promosi. Cabutan rawak yang pertama akan dilakukan untuk pemenang hadiah-hadiah saguhati dan selepas itu adalah cabutan untuk pemenang tempat ketiga, diikuti oleh pemenang hadiah kedua, pemenang hadiah pertama dan akhirnya pemenang hadiah utama. 5.2 Peserta perlu berjaya melalui setiap peringkat untuk melalui ke peringkat seterusnya. Sekiranya tidak mematuhi Terma dan syarat, peserta tidak layak meneruskan keperingkat seterusnya. 5.3 Sekiranya Peserta Terpilih tidak dapat dihubungi atau gagal untuk menjawab semua soalan dengan tepat, Penganjur mempunyai hak untuk menghubungi Peserta yang dipilih dari cabutan rawak yang seterusnya, dan mengisytiharkan Peserta Terpilih tersebut sebagai pemenang mengikut proses yang dinyatakan di atas. 5.4 Setiap Peserta hanya layak memenangi satu (1) Hadiah sepanjang Tempoh Promosi, tanpa mengira bilangan Penyertaan yang diterima oleh Penganjur. 5.5 Semua keputusan yang dibuat oleh Penganjur berhubung Promosi, termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada, senarai pendek, pemilihan pemenang dan pelucutan hak kepada Hadiah adalah muktamad. Sebarang surat-menyurat atau rayuan tidak akan dilayan. Pemilihan pemenang adalah tertakluk kepada syarat-syarat kelayakan dan kriteria penyertaan yang ditentukan mengikut budi bicara mutlak Penganjur. 5.6 Senarai pemenang akan disiarkan dan diumumkan di sidang akhbar dan di laman web Penganjur.

Tertakluk kepada peruntukan undang-undang, Penganjur dan ejen-ejen mereka tidak bertanggungjawab ke atas segala liabiliti yang timbul atau liabiliti akibat daripada sebarang penangguhan, pembatalan, kelewatan atau perubahan kepada butir-butir hadiah atau timbul akibat dari sebarang keadaan yang tidak dijangkakan, di luar kawalan pihak Penganjur dan bagi sebarang perbuatan atau keingkaran mana-mana pihak ketiga pembekal atau vendor. Pemenang tidak dibenarkan untuk menukar hadiah kepada wang tunai. 6.2 Penganjur tidak akan menanggung sebarang liabiliti sekiranya pemenang tidak dapat menggunakan Hadiah untuk sebarang sebab, termasuk sebab-sebab yang timbul daripada perlanggaran terma yang ditetapkan. Pemenang yang telah menerima hadiah, dianggap telah bersetuju untuk mengambil bahagian dalam semua acara publisiti yang dianjurkan oleh pihak Penganjur. 6.3 Sebarang perbelanjaan, caj dan kos sampingan berkaitan pendaftaran hak milik, cukai jalan, insurans dan sebagainya bagi Hadiah Utama hendaklah ditanggung oleh pemenang. 6.4 Penganjur berhak menukar hadiah asal dengan hadiah yang sama nilainya tanpa sebarang notis. Hadiah yang diterima tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang ringgit atau baucar membelibelah MYDIN. 6.5 Semua hadiah tidak boleh dipindah milik.
7) Pengumuman atau Pemberitahuan kepada Pemenang 7.1 Pemenang-pemenang akan dihubungi dan dimaklumkan oleh Penganjur melalui panggilan telefon berdasarkan maklumat yang terdapat di borang peraduan. Pihak penganjur berhak membatalkan pemenang tersebut sekiranya gagal dihubungi setelah tiga (3) kali percubaan panggilan dibuat. 8) Penebusan Hadiah 8.1 Para pemenang yang telah dipilih WAJIB hadir ke majlis penyampaian hadiah yang bakal ditetapkan tarikhnya oleh penganjur. Pihak penganjur berhak menukar nama pemenang jika pemenang asal gagal menghadirkan diri dan tidak layak menuntut hadiah yang ditawarkan. Pemenang perlu memaklumkan Penganjur dalam masa tiga puluh (30) hari dari tarikh pemberitahuan daripada Penganjur, bahawa Pemenang akan menebus hadiah yang ditelah dimenangi. 8.2 Pihak penganjur berhak menggunakan maklumat para peserta seperti nama atau gambar bagi tujuan publisiti atau/dan pengiklanan atau/dan perniagaan dan para peserta tidak berhak membuat sebarang tuntutan. 8.3 Sebarang perbelanjaan seperti pengangkutan, penginapan dan lain-lain perbelanjaan yang terlibat dalam proses penyertaan tidak akan ditanggung oleh pihak penganjur. 8.4 Dengan menyertai peraduan ini, para peserta bersetuju mematuhi peraturan dan syarat yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak penganjur. 8.5 Pihak penganjur berhak mengumpul maklumat peribadi yang dikenal pasti untuk memberi perkhidmatan atau tujuan surat-menyurat dengan anda. Maklumat ini disimpan dalam cara yang sesuai dengan sifat data oleh pihak penganjur dan digunakan untuk memenuhi permintaan anda berhubung dengan peraduan ini. 8.6 Jika anda memaklumkan kepada pihak penganjur bahawa maklumat tersebut tidak boleh digunakan sebagai asas untuk hubungan lanjut, pihak penganjur akan menghormati permintaan anda. Maklumat anda tidak akan dikongsi dengan syarikat-syarikat atau rakan kongsi untuk kegunaan mereka. 8.7 Keputusan akhir penganjur adalah muktamad dan sebarang bantahan tidak akan dilayan. 8.8 Penganjur berhak untuk melanjutkan, membatalkan, menamatkan atau menggantung pertandingan atas apa jua sebab, tanpa notis terlebih dahulu. Penyambungan, pembatalan, penamatan atau penggantungan peraduan oleh penganjur tidak melayakkan para peserta untuk apa-apa tuntutan atau pampasan terhadap pihak penganjur.
9) Tanggungjawab dan Liabiliti 9.1 Pemenang akan menanggung liabiliti dan bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya jika berlaku sebarang kemalangan, kecederaan, kerosakan, kerugian atau tuntutan akibat daripada penyertaan di dalam Promosi, penebusan dan / atau penggunaan Hadiah. Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang liabiliti, kejadian yang tidak diingini, kerugian, kerosakan, tuntutan atau kemalangan (termasuk kematian) yang dialami, dalam sebarang situasi, oleh pihak ketiga atau Peserta, semasa dan selepas Promosi. 9.2 Dengan menyertai dan menerima Hadiah yang ditawarkan oleh Penganjur,, Peserta dan pemenang dengan ini telah memberikan kebenaran kepada Penganjur untuk menerbitkan, memaparkan nama, alamat, nombor kad pengenalan, nombor telefon dan gambar Peserta dan pemenang bagi tujuan pengiklanan dan publisiti yang berkaitan dengan Promosi, dalam apa-apa cara penerbitan, pengedaran atau paparan dari semasa ke semasa tanpa sebarang royalti atau pampasan yang perlu dibayar kepada Peserta dan pemenang dan tanpa sebarang notis terlebih dahulu kepada pemenang atau peserta. Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab dengan sebarang kegagalan teknikal dalam apa jua bentuk, gangguan manusia atau elektronik / kesilapan manusia di dalam pentadbiran dan pemprosesan Promosi. 9.3 Penganjur, promoter dan ejen-ejen mereka tidak bertanggungjawab dalam sebarang perkara berikut: a) Apa-apa kos, perbelanjaan tambahan yang ditanggung oleh Peserta untuk mengambil bahagian dalam Promosi; b) Apa-apa bentuk gangguan teknikal; c) Campurtangan pihak yang tidak diiktiraf oleh Penganjur dalam Tempoh Promosi; d) kesilapan elektronik atau manusia dalam pentadbiran Promosi dan pemprosesan penyertaan; e) Apa-apa kemasukan data yang hilang, dicuri, rosak, disalah hantar atau tidak diterima yang bukan disebabkan oleh kecuaian atau keingkaran sengaja Penganjur. 9.4 Penganjur atau pegawai, pekerja, wakil dan / atau ejen (termasuk, mana-mana pembekal perkhidmatan pihak ketiga bahawa Penganjur berurusan untuk tujuan Promosi) tidak akan bertanggungjawab terhadap sebarang kerugian atau kerosakan (termasuk kehilangan pendapatan, keuntungan atau nama baik atau tidak langsung, sampingan, berbangkit, teladan, punitif atau ganti rugi khas mana-mana pihak termasuk pihak ketiga) yang timbul sama ada dalam kontrak, tort, kecuaian atau sebaliknya, berkaitan dengan Promosi, walaupun Penganjur telah dinasihatkan tentang kemungkinan kerosakan tersebut terlebih dahulu, dan semua ganti rugi sedemikian adalah dikecualikan.
10) Perlindungan Data 10.1 Dengan menyertai Promosi ini dan pendedahan maklumat peribadi kepada Penganjur, Penganjur bersetuju untuk hanya menggunakannya bagi tujuan Promosi dan melindungi maklumat tersebut seperti yang dinyatakan di bawah. Bahagian ini juga menggariskan hak Peserta mengenai perlindungan data, dan penerangan kepada peserta bagi tujuan untuk menghubungi Penganjur. 10.2 Penganjur mungkin menggunakan perkhidmatan pihak ketiga untuk memproses data peribadi Peserta, dimana pihak ketiga tersebut dengan kontrak wajib haruslah tidak menggunakan data peribadi Peserta di dalam sebarang cara selain daripada apa yang dinyatakan di sini. 10.3 Di bawah undang-undang Malaysia, hak Peserta termasuk: a) hak untuk menarik balik kebenaran untuk penggunaan data peribadi pada bila-bila masa dengan menghubungi penganjur di alamat e-mel yang dinyatakan di bawah yang disediakan Penganjur dengan nama dan alamat e-mel Peserta untuk penghapusan data peribadi tersebut; b) hak untuk mendapatkan salinan data peribadi yang dimiliki oleh Penganjur; dan c) hak untuk membetulkan data peribadi yang tidak tepat. 10.4 Sebarang isu perlindungan data bersama Penganjur, aktiviti berkenaan hak undang-undang bagi peserta, sila hubungi Penganjur di Azwan.ahimmat@mydin.com or MyDebit@myclear.org.my. 10.5 Penganjur akan mengambil langkah berjaga-jaga yang munasabah untuk menyimpan data peribadi Peserta dengan selamat, dan memerlukan pemproses data dari pihak ketiga untuk melakukan perkara yang sama. Bagaimanapun, Penganjur boleh mendedahkan data peribadi Peserta jika dikehendaki oleh undang-undang, waran geledah, sepina atau perintah mahkamah. 10.6 Pihak Penganjur berhak untuk memindahkan beberapa maklumat peribadi (nama, alamat, nombor telefon dan nombor kad pengenalan) kepada pembekal perkhidmatan bagi tujuan pentadbiran Promosi dan tujuan menghubungi pemenang. Pembekal perkhidmatan termasuk penganjur penjual atau menguruskan Promosi. 11 Hak Penganjur 11.1 Penganjur berhak untuk meminda, mengubah, memadam atau memadam Terma dan Syarat yang terkandung di sini mengikut budi bicara mutlak mereka. 11.2 Penganjur tidak akan bertanggungjawab kepada kerugian kewangan mana-mana Peserta yang timbul daripada keengganan, pembatalan atau penarikan balik Promosi. 11.3 Penganjur boleh menyerahhak semua hak yang diberikan oleh Peserta dkepada mana-mana pihak di atas budi bicara Penganjur.
11.4 Penganjur berhak untuk melanjutkan, membatalkan, menamatkan atau menggantung Promosi bagi sebarang sebab sekalipun, tanpa notis terlebih dahulu. Pengembangan, pembatalan, penamatan atau penggantungan Promosi ini oleh Penganjur tidak membolehkan Peserta menuntut sebarang tuntutan atau pampasan terhadap Penganjur terhadap sebarang kehilangan atau kerosakan yang dialami atau ditanggung secara langsung dan tidak langsung daripada tindakan pembatalan, penamatan atau penggantungan tersebut. 11.5 Para pemenang juga mungkin dikehendaki untuk hadir dan / atau menyertai program publisiti. Wakil-wakil pemenang tidak dibenarkan. 12 Umum 12.1 Untuk maklumat lanjut, sila layari www.myclear.org.my atau www.mydin.com.my pada bilabila masa semasa Tempoh Promosi. 12.2 Terma dan Syarat ini dipantau dan ditafsirkan mengikut undang-undang Malaysia dan dalam bidang kuasa eksklusif mahkamah Malaysia. 12.3 Masa adalah intipati Promosi ini. 12.4 Pertandingan Terma & Syarat ini disediakan dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Melayu. Sekiranya terdapat percanggahan di antara kedua-dua versi Terma dan Syarat ini, versi Bahasa Inggeris akan diguna pakai. [TAMAT]
