If there is a tie in top spender of offer period, customer who initiated first transaction of the day will be declared as winner. "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction made by using the Card has been cancelled by the merchant establishment prior to settlement with PMC Bank.
If a Cardholder ceases to be a Cardholder, at any time during the Campaign Period, all the benefits under the Campaign shall lapse and shall no more be available to such Cardholder. In case a Cardholder cancels or reverses any transaction/s, due to which he/she had qualified for the cashback or reward points, then the Cardholder shall no more be eligible for the cashback or reward points. Terms & Conditions for Debit card holders 1 Rewards Program The below mentioned Terms are valid only for PMC Bank customers. PMC Loyalty Rewards is a reward program designed by the Bank for its esteemed customers / patron for banking with PMC Bank. Any customer regularly banking with the Bank. PMC Bank is a facilitator of the Loyalty Program and all merchant terms & conditions applicable for the product/service of the respective merchant shall apply. 1.1 The Loyalty Program is a Rewards Points scheme which rewards you with points based on the amount you have spent using your Card(s). 1.2 To participate in the Loyalty Program, your card accounts must be in good standing, as Bank determined by the Bank. 1.3 In the below circumstances, Cardholder will not be eligible under the Loyalty Program if Bank determines, in our sole discretion that: Your account has been blocked, classified as blocked by the Bank, suspended, terminated or closed; You face legal proceedings or are under threat of so; Any of your accounts with us are delinquent or unsatisfactorily conducted for any reason; and 1.4 If Bank disqualifies you from the Program, all your unused Rewards Points will be cancelled and no longer be available for use under the Program. 2 How the Program works 2.1 Bank rewards you points for transaction initiated at POINT OF SALE (POS), paywave and e-commerce sites through PMC Bank Debit and Credit Card (VISA/RUPAY). 2.2 Bank, at its discretion, may also award Rewards Points for any other transactions either for specific period or for specific situations. 2.3 Bank does not include the following in the computation of Rewards Points under the Program: Disputed / void / reversal / cancellation/ withdrawal transactions initiated transactions will not be considered. 2.4 Bank may change or vary the rate at which the Rewards Points are awarded and redeemed. The rate/value at which vouchers/products/any other item is redeemed is dynamic, varies from item to item and is subject to change at any time without any notice. Customers need to refer to the catalogue during the time of redemption for the applicable rate.
2.5 Unless Bank offers you the ability to redeem Rewards Points, you must have the number of Rewards Points required to redeem the Rewards Points in your accounts at the time the order is made. If you do not have enough Rewards Points, Bank can reject your request to redeem the Reward. 2.6 If your card is hotmarked due to any reason, Bank will not transfer points accrued under the previous Card Account to the new Card Account. 2.7 Subject to the provisions of this Program and unless Bank agrees, Rewards Points accrued under the Program are not transferable, whether by law or otherwise, to any person or entity. 2.09 The Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in Program.
