"Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from December 20, 2018 to February 28, 2019 both days inclusive. ISIC voucher shall mean a Offer where Eligible Customer will get the voucher code which can be redeemed at ISIC website to avail ISIC Digital Card for a year. Purpose of Forex is defined as purpose under which customer travels &/or sends funds abroad as in consonance with FEMA guidelines. "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the standard terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank Travel Card. Offer Details The Offer is valid for new ICICI Bank Customers only and shall be valid and subsisting during the Offer Period, unless otherwise notified by ICICI Bank. Below Customers shall be eligible for availing ISIC voucher: - o Eligible Customers purchasing Travel card & doing any financial transaction in foreign currency, during campaign period commencing from December 20, 2018 to Feb 28, 2019, both days inclusive. The offer is valid for Student purpose only. The Eligible Customers must correctly capture the purpose while loading the Travel Card to be eligible for the Offer. ISIC voucher will be presented to Eligible Customer only once during the Offer period. Eligible Customers shall receive the qualification/ redemption code communication within 45 days from the day of Travel Card load transaction as mentioned above to their registered and mobile number (domestic). Offer is applicable only for Resident customers of India. V. Steps to avail ISIC voucher The eligible customer shall be intimated the ISIC voucher codes by ICICI Bank through registered and SMS on the domestic mobile no. registered with ICICI Bank Procedure: How to apply for an ICICI-ISIC Card using the ISIC voucher for Eligible 9

10 Customers: 1. Visit ( ISIC website ) and click on Card. 2. Click on BUY NOW under Students Card tab. 3. Select Virtual ISIC Card and click on Order Card to apply for ICICI-ISIC card. A form will appear to enter the details. The address entered should be valid as the student/eligible Customer will receive the Serial Number on the said . Once entered the address cannot be changed or modified. 4. After updating the details and uploading the photograph, Click on Next Step. 5. On the Payment page the student will have to select the payment method and mention the Voucher Code received from ICICI Bank in the box designated. Once the code is applied, student will be able to apply for the card for free. 6. Student will then click on Place Order. Once the order is placed, Student will receive an with a link on his registered address to upload the documents as detailed in the above mentioned ISIC website. 7. Once the documents are uploaded, his application for ISIC Card is complete. Once the documents are approved the card (digital ISIC card) will be issued and the Serial Number will be ed to the student. The Customer agrees to ensure that all the details as mentioned while applying for the ISIC Digital Card are true and accurate and understands that any error/mistake in the same may lead to rejection of the request by the Authorized ISIC Issuer. The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever. ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage /claim/injury that may arise due to withdrawal or change in the terms and conditions of the Offer. Student Offer: First ATM withdrawal fee waiver: (i) Definition: Foreign Exchange Services shall mean forex availed by customer in the form of Travel Card & Foreign currency notes availed through ICICI Bank branches, or through ICICI Bank Internet Banking, or through imobile app & Outward Remittances & Foreign Currency Demand Drafts, which has been issued by ICICI Bank Ltd through ICICI Bank branches, which is valid and subsisting during the Offer Period. "Customer/s" shall mean a new retail resident customer of ICICI Bank Travel Card ( only new customers), to whom the Offer has been granted by virtue of such customer purchasing forex for the specified threshold & above as detailed below. Customer shall not be presently working for ICICI Bank & group companies. Forex rate / Transaction rate"/ Conversion rate is an exchange rate (also known as a foreign-exchange rate) between two currencies. It is the rate at which one currency will be exchanged for another. It is also regarded as the value of one country's currency in terms of another currency. "Day" shall mean a period of 24 hours, starting from A.M. and ending at P.M. according to Indian Standard Time (IST) during the Offer Period. Offer shall be defined as additional services or benefits provided by ICICI Bank. Eligible Customer for First International ATM withdrawal is defined as a new Customer who purchase the ICICI Bank Travel Card during Offer Period issued under Student purposes only through branch & online channel (RIB & imobile app) Eligible Currency Currencies eligible are USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, CHF, JPY, SGD, AED, SEK, ZAR, SAR, THB, NZD and HKD. "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from December 20, 2018 to February 28, 2019 both days inclusive Purpose of Forex is defined as purpose under which customer travels &/or sends funds abroad as in consonance with FEMA guidelines "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the standard terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank Travel Card. (ii) Offer Details and Terms & conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank Eligible Customers during the Offer period will get a fee waiver on their first International ATM withdrawal in all countries where the Eligible Currencies are the official currency. The Offer can be availed maximum once subject to meeting eligibility criteria of the Offer. The Customer to note that only for the first ATM withdrawal will there be a fee waiver. The offer is valid for Students purpose only. The Eligible Customers must correctly capture the purpose while loading the Travel Card to be eligible for the Offer. The Offer and the opportunity to participate therein are entirely voluntary. Participation in this Offer shall be deemed to be acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions governing the Offer. "Cardholder(s)" or "Customer/s" shall mean a customer of ICICI Bank (existing & new customers), to whom the offer has been granted by virtue of such Customer holding a Card. "Forex rate"/ Transaction rate / Conversion rate is an exchange rate (also known as a foreign-exchange rate) between two currencies. It is the rate at which one currency will be exchanged for another. It is also regarded as the value of one country's currency in terms of another currency. "Day" shall mean a period of 24 hours, starting from 12:00:00 A.M. and ending at P.M. according to Indian Standard Time (IST) during the Offer Period. "Eligible Customer" Cardholder/s doing 5 or more E commerce/ Point of Sale transactions during the Offer period, of cumulative value of minimum USD 1000 or equivalent currency. 13

14 VIII. IX. "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from December 20, 2018 to February 28, 2018, both days inclusive, during which the offer can be availed by the Cardholder(s). "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the standard terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank Travel Card. "Spends" include transactions made online or at merchant outlets (does not include ATM transactions, Cash at POS transactions and Cash Advance transactions) in a Day, during the Offer Period. The Spends are calculated only in equivalent USD based on the prevailing conversion rate on the day of transaction. "Transaction date" is defined as the date of authorization of the transaction. "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction made by using the Card has been canceled by the merchant establishment prior to settlement with ICICI Bank. Offer Details- Cashback offer: The Offer is valid for the Cardholder/s only and shall be valid and subsisting during the Offer Period, unless otherwise notified by ICICI Bank. Eligible Customer should register for the Offer by sending SMS TCPROMO <space> <Enter last 4 digits of Travel Card number> to SMS should be sent through mobile number registered with Travel Card Spends include transactions made online or at merchant outlets, does not include ATM transactions Cashback of INR 1000/- (maximum) per Eligible Customer during Offer Period. Applicable cashback amount will be credited on the ICICI Bank Travel Card active wallets in equivalent currency on or before April 30, 2019 Cancelled and reversed transactions will not be considered under this offer. Eligible Customers will be intimated through and SMS on their ID and Indian mobile no. registered with ICICI Bank in the Travel Card system. The liability of ensuring correctness of the mobile number and address shall be the sole responsibility of the Customers The offer is valid for Student purpose Cardholders only. Terms & conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank If a Cardholder ceases to be a Cardholder, at any time during the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall no more be available to such Cardholder. There is a cap for redemption of the offer by Cardholder. Offer can be availed maximum once subject to meeting eligibility criteria of the offers. In case a Cardholder cancels any transaction/s, due to which he/she had qualified for the cashback, then the Cardholder shall no more be eligible for the cashback. In case of difference between authorized transactions and settled transactions, authorized amount will be considered. 15 ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify/ exclude Cardholder from the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the Card. No queries shall be entertained after 90 days from the closure date of the Offer Period. The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the cashback shall in no event constitute a claim against ICICI Bank. The participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Cardholder/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
