Steve Ringel of the Chamber of Commerce briefly addressed the Board to report on the First Newtown Lane Spring Street Fair, which was held on May 20 th. The Street was closed to traffic from 11 am to 6pm and featured live music, community organizations, a children s play zone and approximately 65 crafts booths, which were set up along the center of Newtown Lane. made a motion to close the meeting at 11:18 a.m., and enter into an executive session to discuss real estate seconded by and carried unanimously.
