TERMS AND CONDITION EXTENSION OF RHB CREDIT CARD SPEND CAMPAIGN 1. The Extension of RHB Credit Card Spend Campaign ( the Campaign ) is organized by RHB Bank Berhad ( RHB Bank ) and RHB Islamic Bank Berhad ( RHB Islamic bank ) (both herein referred to as RHB unless specifically distinguished), previously ran from 1 Jul 2018 to 31 Oct 2018 ( previous Campaign period ), and would extend until 31 Mar 2019 ( the Campaign Period ). RHB Bank Credit Card and RHB Islamic Bank Credit Card-i will be collectively referred to as RHB Cards. ELIGIBILITY 2. This Campaign is open to all RHB Cards principal cardholder issued by RHB ( the Eligible Cardholder ), except for the following categories of persons: 2.1 RHB Platinum Business Cardholders 2.2 Newly acquired RHB Cardholders who participated in RHB Credit Card Acquisition Campaign and bound by its Terms and Conditions. REGISTRATION CRITERIA 3. To participate in this Campaign, the Eligible Cardholder must register one of his/her RHB Cards number(s) via SMS or any other manners as instructed in the invitation from RHB during the Campaign Period. All his/her other RHB Cards including supplementary credit card/-i(s) if any shall automatically be tracked for the purpose of tabulating the Participation Criteria in Clause 7 and 8 below. Registration process: a. SMS: (dedicated keyword) to 66300; or b. Eligible Cardholders who receive an SMS invitation from RHB to participate in this Promotion must follow the instruction to register as stated therein; or c. Follow the instruction to register in the respective marketing communication material. 4. Registration can be performed by either the principal or supplementary Eligible Cardholder. 5. Upon successful registration, the Eligible Cardholder will receive a confirmation via SMS. Such confirmation will be sent to the mobile number used for the registration. 6. In the event the SMS is incomplete/ invalid, an SMS will be sent to the Eligible Cardholder notifying them to re-register via SMS. The Eligible Cardholder must ensure that they have keyed in the correct RHB Cards number in the SMS. 7. Eligible Cardholders that have been auto-registered by the RHB will not be required to complete the registration process stated in clause 3 to clause 6. PARTICIPATION & ELIGIBLE SPEND CRITERIA 8. Upon successful registration, the Eligible Cardholder must spend using their RHB Cards in the following manner:- 1

8.1 Accumulate a minimum of RM 300 spend after receiving a confirmation upon successful registration during the Participating Weeks; and 8.2 Spend on any retail transactions as per Clause 8 below (the Participation Criteria ). 9. Eligible Spend for this Campaign are those that are charged to any of the Eligible Cardholder s RHB Cards including the supplementary credit card(s) within the Campaign Period. Eligible Spend will be calculated upon successful registration. 9.1 includes: a) Retail Spend b) Online Spend c) Mail Order or Telephone Order d) Smart Pay Transactions or Auto Billing e) Recurring Transactions 9.2 excludes: a) Cash Advance & Quasi Cash b) Instalments paid for the 0% Instalment Plan c) Balance transfer transactions d) Easy cash & the instalments paid transaction e) Instalments paid for Dial-An-Instalment programme f) Refunds g) Disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent retail transactions h) Payment of annual fee and Card Service Tax i) Interest payments j) Late payment fees, charges for cash withdrawals and any other form of service/miscellaneous fees (hereinafter referred to as the Eligible Spend ). 10. All the principal and supplementary/ies credit card/-i spend will be taken into account to meet the Participation Criteria. If the Eligible Cardholder has multiple RHB Cards, Eligible Spend made on all RHB Cards by the principal credit card/-i cardholder and his/her supplementary/ies credit card/- i cardholder(s) will be consolidated and will not be viewed individually to meet the respective Eligible Spend and Participation Criteria for the Promotion Period. Example: Cardholder A has a RHB Visa Signature credit card, a RHB Visa Platinum credit card and 2 supplementary RHB Visa Platinum credit cards. All transactions on Eligible Spend made with all of those RHB Cards will be consolidated and not viewed individually to meet the respective Eligible Spend and Participating Criteria of the Campaign. CASH BACK TERMS & CONDITIONS 11. There is a maximum of RM1,569,000 cash back to be given out under this Campaign. RHB Bank is the sole provider for all the Cash Back in this Campaign. 12. The maximum Cash Back a principal Eligible Cardholder may receive under this Campaign is RM270 throughout the Promotion Period, subject to the Weekly Cash Back Allocation in Table 1 and Table 2 on a first come first served basis. (Hereinafter referred to as the Cash Back Capping ). 2

Table 1 sets out the total units of Cash Back allocated for one Cardholder. Accumulated spent will be started fresh on every first day on the next Participating Week. For example, Customer A spent RM1,100 from 1 st Nov 7 th Nov 2018 and he is to be rewarded a RM30 (assuming the capping is yet to be maximized). On 8 th Nov onwards, he/she has to accumulate RM300 within the participating week and above in order to receive RM30 cash back, subjected to a maximum 1 time per participating week and 9 times during campaign period, first come first serve as per allocated capping. 13. In the event of a tie in transaction time, the Eligible Cardholder with the higher Eligible Spend amount will get the Cash Back. In the event the Eligible Spend amounts are the same, the Eligible Spend made by an Eligible Cardholder with the highest card type of RHB Cards will get the Cash Back. 14. The Cash Back under this Campaign will be credited into the principal Eligible Cardholder s RHB Cards account with the highest spend activities within four (4) to six (6) weeks from the end of the Participating Weeks. The Eligible Cardholder will receive notification of the Cash Back, if any, through the respective RHB Cards monthly credit card statement that follows after the date of the crediting of the Cash Back. 4

15. The Eligible Cardholder s RHB Card account must be valid and must be in good standing as so determined by RHB at its discretion to be eligible for participation during and after the Campaign and/or for winning of the Cash Back. If, at any time during the Campaign Period, the Eligible Cardholder cancels the RHB Card for any reason whatsoever, his/her participation in the Campaign becomes null and void with immediate effect. 16. In the event that any Cash Back awarded to and received by person(s) who:- a) Are not an Eligible Cardholder in the Campaign; or b) Are an Eligible Cardholder but has committed fraudulent or wrongful acts in relation to their RHB Cards and/or any transactions made thereof; RHB reserves the right to disqualify such person(s) from participating in the Campaign. 17. The supplementary Cardholder s qualified spend will be combined with the principal Cardholder s qualified during this Campaign in determining whether the principal Cardholder satisfies the Participation Criteria as defined in Clause 7 and above. For the avoidance of doubt, only the principal Cardholder will be in the running to receive the Cash Back. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ( T&C ) 18. RHB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign from time to time with sufficient prior notice given either by mailing the aforesaid notices to the participant or by sending notice of the same via Short Messages Service ( SMS ) or electronic mail to the participator displayed at RHB branches or websites or any other means of communication that may be deemed appropriate by RHB. Any cancellation, termination or suspension of the Campaign by RHB shall not entitle the participants to any claim or compensation against RHB for any loss or damage incurred by the participant as a direct and/or indirect result of the cancellation, termination or suspension. 19. RHB reserves the right at its discretion provided that RHB has given sufficient prior notice to the Eligible Cardholders to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions ( T&C ) from time to time either by mailing the aforesaid notices to the Eligible Cardholders or by sending notice of the same via SMS or electronic mail to the participant or displayed at RHB branches or websites or any other means of communication that may be deemed appropriate by RHB. 20. RHB reserves the right to disqualify any participant in the Campaign and prohibit that person from further participating in the Campaign in the event that there is a suspicion that the participant tampered with or benefited from the tampering regulations of the Campaign or the Terms and Conditions stated herein. 21. RHB s decisions on all matters relating to the Campaign, including the determination of the Eligible Cardholder, shall be final and conclusive and no further correspondence shall be entertained. 22. By participating in the Campaign, the Eligible Cardholders agree to be bound by the T&C stated herein. 5

"Lanjutan Kempen Pemerolehan Kad Kredit RHB" ("Kempen") dianjurkan oleh RHB Bank Berhad ("RHB Bank") dan RHB Islamic Bank Berhad ("RHB Islamic Bank") (kedua-duanya dirujuk sebagai "RHB" kecuali is dibezakan secara khusus) dan bermula daripada 1 Jul 2018 sehingga 31 Okt 2018 dan akan dilanjutkan sehingga 31 Mac 2019 ( Tempoh Kempen ).Kad Kredit RHB Bank dan Kad Krediti RHB Islamic Bank akan secara kolektif dirujuk sebagai "Kad RHB. KELAYAKAN 2. Kempen ini terbuka kepada untuk semua pemegang kad kredit utama yang dikeluarkan oleh RHB ( Pemegang Kad Yang Layak ). a) Pemegang Kad Kredit RHB Business. b) Pemegang Kad RHB baru dalam "Kempen Pemerolehan Kad Kredit RHB" dan terikat dengan c) Terma dan Syaratnya. KRITERIA PENDAFTARAN 3. Untuk menyertai Kempen ini, Pemegang Kad Yang Layak mesti mendaftarkan salah satu daripada nombor Kad RHB melalui SMS atau apa-apa cara lain yang diarahkan dalam jemputan dari RHB semasa Tempoh Kempen. Semua Kad RHB termasuk kad kredit tambahan jika ada, akan dijejak secara automatik untuk tujuan menyusun Kriteria Penyertaan dalam Klausa 7 dan 8 di bawah. Proses Pendaftaran: TERMA DAN SYARAT LANJUTAN KEMPEN PEMBELANJAAN KAD KREDIT RHB a. SMS: (kata kunci dedikasi) ke 66300; atau b. kata kunci berdedikasi Pemegang Kad Yang Layak yang menerima jemputan SMS dari RHB untuk menyertai Promosi ini mesti mengikuti arahan untuk mendaftar sebagaimana dinyatakan di dalamnya; atau c. Ikut arahan untuk mendaftar dalam bahan komunikasi pemasaran masing-masing. 4. Pendaftaran boleh dilakukan sama ada melaui pemegang kad utama ( Pemegang Kad Yang Layak ) atau pemegang kad sampingan. 5. Setelah pendaftaran berjaya, Pemegang Kad Yang Layak akan menerima pengesahan melalui SMS. Pengesahan tersebut akan dihantar ke nombor mudah alih yang digunakan untuk pendaftaran. 6. Sekiranya SMS tidak lengkap / tidak sah, SMS akan dihantar kepada Pemegang Kad Yang Layak memberitahu mereka untuk mendaftar semula melalui SMS. Pemegang Kad Yang Layak mesti memastikan bahawa mereka telah memasukkan kata kunci 6

KRITERIA PENYERTAAN & PERBELANJAAN LAYAK 7. Setelah pendaftaran berjaya, Pemegang Kad Yang Layak mesti menggunakan Kad RHB mereka dengan cara berikut:- 7.1. Mengumpul perbelanjaan minimum sebanyak RM 300 setelah menerima pengesahan atas pendaftaran yang berjaya semasa Minggu Penyertaan; dan 7.2. Perbelanjaan runcit seperti yang dipaparkan di Kluasa 8 di bawah. ( Kriteria Penyertaan ). 8. Perbelanjaan Layak untuk Kempen ini adalah yang dicajkan kepada mana-mana Kad RHB Pemegang Kad Yang Layak termasuk kad kredit tambahan dalam Tempoh Kempen. Perbelanjaan Layak akan dikira setelah pendaftaran berjaya.;- 8.1. termasuk: a. Perbelanjaan Runcit b. Perbelanjaan Atas Talian c. Pesanan Mel atau Pesanan Telefon d. Transaksi Bayar Pintar atau Bil Auto e. Urusniaga Berulang 8.2. tidak termasuk: a. Pendahuluan Tunai & Kuasa Tunai b. Ansuran dibayar untuk Pelan Ansuran 0% c. Urus niaga pemindahan baki d. Tunai mudah & ansuran transaksi yang dibayar e. Ansuran yang dibayar untuk program Dial-An-Ansuran f. Pemulangan pembayaran g. Urus niaga runcit yang dipertikaikan, tidak sah atau palsu h. Bayaran yuran tahunan dan Cukai Perkhidmatan Kad yang dikenakan ke yuran tahunan i. Pembayaran faedah atau Yuran Pengurusan j. Bayaran pembayaran lewat, caj untuk pengeluaran tunai dan lain-lain bentuk perkhidmatan / yuran pelbagai didalam dokumen ini dirujuk sebagai "Perbelanjaan Layak" 9. Semua kad kredit utama dan tambahan akan diambil kira untuk memenuhi Kriteria Penyertaan. Sekiranya Pemegang Kad Yang Layak mempunyai Kad RHB lebih dari satu, Perbelanjaan Layak yang dibuat ke atas semua Kad RHB oleh kad kredit utama atau pemegang kad tambahan akan disatukan dan tidak akan dilihat secara individu untuk memenuhi Kriteria Perbelanjaan dan Penyertaan yang Layak untuk Tempoh Kempen. Contoh: Pemegang Kad A mempunyai kad kredit RHB Visa Signature, kad kredit RHB Visa Platinum dan 2 kad kredit RHB Visa Platinum tambahan. Semua urus niaga di Perbelanjaan Layak dibuat dengan kesemua Kad RHB akan disatukan dan tidak dilihat secara individu untuk memenuhi Kelayakan Belanjawan Layak dan Penyertaan Kempen TERMA DAN SYARAT PULANGAN TUNAI 10. Terdapat jumlah maksimum RM1,569,000 pulangan tunai untuk diberikan di bawah Kempen ini. RHB Bank adalah penyedia tunggal untuk semua Pulangan Tunai dalam Kempen ini 11. Pulangan Tunai maksimum sehingga RM270 boleh diterima oleh pemegang utama Pemegang Kad Yang Layak di bawah Kempen ini sepanjang Tempoh Kempen, tertakluk kepada Peruntukan Belanjawan Pulangan Mingguan dalam Jadual 2 berdasarkan asas yang pertama hadir dan yang pertama dilayan. 7

Pemegang Kad Yang Layak akan diberi ganjaran wang tunai RM30 ke atas perbelanjaan terkumpul minimum RM300 dalam Minggu Penyertaan, tertakluk kepada maksimum 1 kali pada setiap minggu yang mengambil bahagian dan 9 kali sepanjang Tempoh Kempen. Perbelanjaan terkumpul akan bermula segar pada setiap hari pertama pada Minggu Penyertaan seterusnya. Sebagai contoh, Pelanggan A membelanjakan RM1,100 dari 1 November hingga 7 November 2018 dan dia akan diberi ganjaran sebanyak RM30 (dengan mengandaikan pemandunya belum dimaksimumkan). Pada 8 November dan seterusnya, beliau perlu mengumpul RM300 dalam minggu dan ke atas untuk menerima wang tunai RM30, tertakluk kepada maksimum 1 kali setiap minggu yang mengambil bahagian dan 9 kali semasa Tempoh Kempen, pertama kali mula berkhidmat mengikut peruntukan yang ditetapkan. 14. Sekiranya berlaku seri dalam Masa Transaksi, Pemegang Kad Yang Layak dengan jumlah Perbelanjaan Layak yang lebih tinggi akan mendapat Pulangan Tunai. Sekiranya jumlah Perbelanjaan Layak adalah sama, Perbelanjaan Layak yang dibuat oleh Pemegang Kad Yang Layak dengan jenis Kad RHB tertinggi yang menyertai akan mendapat Pulangan Tunai. 15. Pulangan Tunai di bawah Kempen ini akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun Pemegang Kad utama RHB dengan aktiviti perbelanjaan yang paling tinggi dalam tempoh empat (4) hingga enam (6) minggu dari akhir Minggu Penyertaan. Pemegang Kad Yang Layak akan menerima pemberitahuan Pulangan Tunai, jika ada, melalui penyata bulanan kad kredit RHB masing-masing yang berikut selepas tarikh Pulangan Tunai dikreditkan. 9

16. Akaun Kad RHB Pemegang Kad Yang Layak mesti sah dan mesti berada dalam kedudukan yang baik sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh RHB mengikut budi bicaranya untuk layak menyertai semasa dan selepas Kempen dan / atau untuk memenangi Pulangan Tunai. Jika, pada bila-bila masa semasa Tempoh Kempen, Pemegang Kad Yang Layak membatalkan Kad RHB atas apa jua sebab, penyertaannya dalam Kempen menjadi batal dan tidak sah dengan serta-merta 17. Sekiranya sebarang Pulangan Tunai diberikan kepada dan diterima oleh orang yang: - a) Bukan Pemegang Kad Yang Layak dalam Kempen; atau b) Adakah Pemegang Kad Yang Layak tetapi telah melakukan tindakan penipuan atau salah berkaitan dengan Kad RHB mereka dan / atau sebarang transaksi yang dibuat daripadanya; RHB berhak membatalkan penyertaan orang tersebut daripada menyertai Kempen. 18. Perbelanjaan Layak pemegang kad tambahan akan digabungkan dengan pemegang Kad utama yang layak semasa Kempen ini untuk menentukan sama ada pemegang kad utama memenuhi Kriteria Penyertaan seperti yang ditakrifkan dalam Klausa 7 dan ke atas. Untuk mengelakkan keraguan, hanya pemegang kad utama akan berpeluang untuk menerima Pulangan Tunai. TERMA & SYARAT UMUM 19. Bank berhak membatalkan, menamatkan atau menggantung Kempen ini dari semasa ke semasa dengan memberikan notis terlebih dahulu sama ada dengan mengeposkan notis yang disebutkan sebelum ini kepada peserta atau dengan menghantar notis yang sama melalui Perkhidmatan Pesanan Ringkas ( SMS ) atau mel elektronik (e-mel) kepada peserta, memaparkannya di cawangan atau laman web RHB atau apa-apa cara komunikasi lain yang disifatkan sesuai dan baik oleh Bank. Apa-apa pembatalan, penamatan atau penggantungan Kempen ini oleh RHB tidak akan memberikan hak kepada peserta untuk membuat apa-apa tuntutan atau pampasan terhadap RHB atas apa-apa kerugian atau ganti rugi yang dialami oleh peserta disebabkan kesan langsung dan/atau tidak langsung pembatalan, penamatan atau penggantungan tersebut. 20. RHB berhak menurut budi bicara mutlaknya untuk mengubah, mengeluarkan atau menambah kepada mana-mana Terma dan Syarat ini dari semasa ke semasa dengan syarat RHB telah memberikan notis terlebih dahulu sama ada dengan mengepos notis tersebut kepada peserta atau dengan menghantar notis yang sama melalui SMS atau mel elektronik kepada peserta atau memaparkannya di cawangan atau laman web RHB atau melalui apa-apa cara komunikasi lain yang dianggap sesuai oleh RHB. 21. RHB berhak membatalkan mana-mana peserta dalam Kempen ini dan menghalang orang tersebut daripada terus menyertai Kempen ini sekiranya disyaki bahawa peserta tersebut telah membega atau mendapat keuntungan daripada pembegaan peraturan Kempen ini atau Terma dan Syarat yang dinyatakan di dalam dokumen ini. 22. Keputusan RHB atas semua perkara berkaitan Kempen ini, termasuk untuk menentukan Pemegang Kad Yang Layak dan pemenang, adalah muktamad serta tidak boleh dipertikaikan, dan suratmenyurat selanjutnya tidak akan dilayan. 23. Dengan menyertai Kempen ini, Pemegang Kad Yang Layak bersetuju untuk terikat dengan Terma dan Syarat yang terkandung di dalam dokumen ini. 10
