Valid registration with Registrar of Companies as Producer Company. 2. Authorized capital of the company should not be less than INR 100 lakhs. 3. Paid up capital of the company should not be less than INR 50 lakhs. 4. Number of individual shareholders should not be less than 1000 or number of shareholding CPSs should not be less than 100 or number of shareholdine CPII should not be less than Company should have a revenue-generating business plan related to coconut. Application for registration shall be in Form-1, which is annexed herewith. Duly filled application shall be accompanied by a demand draft for Rs.1000/- drawn in favour of the Chairman, Coconut Development Board payable at Ernakulam. The following documents are to be attached to the Application: 1,. Copy of Memorandum of Association. 2. Copy of Articles of Association. 3. Copy of Certiflcate of incorporation 4. Documents in proof of paid up capital. 5. Annual Report & Audited statement of accounts of the previous year. The CDB, on receipt of application, shall verify the particulars therein, and if satisfied that all the requirements fbr granting registration have been complied with, may grant registration If the CDB feels that the applicant is not eligible fbr the grant of registration, the CDB by an order in writing, refuse to grant registration for the reasons to be specified in that order and the registration fee paid will be refunded. The registration shall be valid for a period of two years from the date of registration. A CPC desiring to renew the registration shall make an application in the Form-2 along with demand drafi for Rs.500/- drawn in favour of the Chairman, CDB payable at Ernakulam on or before the date of expiry of their registration with the CDB.

2 The CDB may refuse to renew the registration if the CPC violates or fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions of registration. The CDB may suspend/cancel the registration for such period as it deems fit, by an order in writing showing the reasons thereof, if it feels that the CPC has failed to comply with any of the terms and conditions of registration. CDB reserves the right to revoke the registration granted to any CPC being convicted by a competent court of law for an offence in the event of the any law in India.
