2 Page No. Clause RFP Clause Revised Clause 10 Fixed Price The commercial offer shall be on a fixed price basis, inclusive of all taxes and levies except Entry Tax and Octroi wherever The price offered to the Bank must be in Indian Rupees, should be inclusive of applicable taxes, duties, levies, charges etc., as also cost of incidental services such as transportation to respective sites, insurance till delivery at sites, packing, forwarding, import and custom clearance, cost of installation, commissioning and comprehensive on-site maintenance services under warranty etc. But exclusive of Sales Tax / VAT / Service / GST Tax payable as Octroi / Entry-Tax if applicable will be paid / reimbursed by the Bank at actuals on production of original payment receipts. Please note that Prices will be re-adjusted to the extent of tax components that included in the price quoted if the same is replaced by GST. 11 Track Record of installations The Bidder should provide proof of having sold a minimum of 500 Servers and related hardware in India during the last 3 financial years ( , & ) put together. (In case more than one Purchase Order is enclosed then these orders should be arranged properly with a covering list with index for easy evaluation). In addition, it is required that Bidder should have executed one or more single order (for Servers and related hardware) of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs Only) or more in India in either of the last 3 financial years ( , & ). The information should be provided only in respect of the recent 5 largest clients including 2 public sector banks in the format as given in Annexure F. The Bidder should provide proof of having sold a minimum of 250 Servers and related hardware in India during the last 3 financial years ( , & ) put together. (In case more than one Purchase Order is enclosed then these orders should be arranged properly with a covering list with index for easy evaluation). In addition, it is required that Bidder should have executed one or more single order (for Servers and related hardware) of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs Only) or more in India in either of the last 3 financial years ( , & ). 3 12,39 Eligibility of the Bidder The Bidders should be a continuous net profit making company in previous 3 financial years. A copy of immediate previous three financial years ( , & ) relevant copies of audited balance sheets and profit and loss statements must be submitted with the offer. Octroi / Entry tax, if applicable, will be paid / reimbursed by the Bank at actuals on production of original payment receipt. No price increase on account of changes in tax structure in future shall be permitted. Failure to deliver in time will entitle the Bank to recover the advance paid, if any, with interest. The Bidder shall be responsible for delivery of the servers ordered at all the sites at no additional charges to the Bank within 4 week from the date of Purchase Order. 4 17 Completeness of Installation The Bidder shall be responsible for installation of the servers at the branches/offices for making them fully functional at no additional charge within 4 days from the date of logging the call or instruction by the Bank.
