1 OFFICIAL RULES FOR ADEC S 2018 AIRSTREAM RV RAFFLE These Official Rules govern the conduct of ADEC s 2018 Airstream RV Raffle (the Raffle ) and are binding on everyone who purchases a Raffle ticket or who is named on a Raffle ticket. The Raffle is a fundraising activity in support of ADEC, Inc. which is a not-for-profit, 501(c)3 charitable organization. The mission of ADEC is to proudly advocate for and serve people with intellectual and developmental disabilities so they live lives full of choice and possibility. 1. RAFFLE TICKET PURCHASE. The purchase for each Raffle ticket is $ (US). The purchase of a Raffle ticket is necessary to participate and win. Raffle tickets may be purchased by cash, money orders, cashier s checks, debit cards, or personal checks. Credit card payments are not accepted. Personal checks, money orders and cashier s checks should be made payable to ADEC, Inc. In order to be eligible to win a prize, all personal checks must be honored by the Payor s bank on or before 12:00p.m. noon, E.D.T., on April 12, A maximum of 1,952 Raffle tickets will be available for purchase. 2. ELIGIBILITY: The Raffle is open only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older as of April 9, ADEC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws. Members of the Board of Directors, ADEC Leadership and Management employees and those listed on the Indiana Gaming Commission Raffle License and spouses and children are excluded from participating. 3. TIMING: The Raffle drawing will be held at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time on April 13, 2018, at ADEC, Inc State Road 120, Bristol, Indiana HOW TO ENTER: To enter, Raffle tickets may be purchased as follows: a. In person at either of the following ADEC, Inc. locations: i. ADEC, Inc. -Bristol Campus State Road 120, Bristol, IN ii. ADEC Industries 2700 Industrial Parkway, Elkhart, IN iii. Gaining Grounds- Middlebury 801 Wayne Street, Suite 10, Middlebury, IN iv. Gaining Grounds- Goshen 114 E. Lincoln, Goshen, IN b. By mailing a completed Raffle ticket order form, which you can download online at along with a personal check, cashier s

2 check, or a money order to ADEC, Inc. Attn: Jess Koscher, State Road 120, Bristol, In c. Directly through any Worker(s) and Operator(s) listed in the Raffle Application Form and approved by the Indiana Gaming Commission. If a Raffle ticket is purchased via mail, you must submit a Raffle ticket order form which can be downloaded from ADEC will process the Raffle ticket order and send the completed Raffle ticket in the mail to the address provided in the Raffle ticket order form once corresponding payment is received/honored on or before the deadlines listed herein. In order to be eligible to win a prize, Raffle ticket orders and payments must be received by ADEC, Inc and honored by the Payor no later than the deadlines listed herein. ADEC shall have no responsibility with respect to Raffle ticket orders that are not received prior to, or payments honored by, the stated deadlines. Raffle ticket orders received after the deadlines will be returned to the address included on the Raffle ticket order form. Raffle ticket orders will be accepted beginning on November 1, 2017 and ending at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Daylight Time on April 12, 2018, if purchased in person and paid in cash, by money order, by cashier s check or by debit card at the ADEC, Inc. Bristol Main Campus. On the official ticket form, all required information (name, address, and phone number) must be fully and accurately completed or the Raffle ticket will be voided. ADEC reserves the right to offer Raffle tickets for sale by means other than as set forth herein. All sales of Raffle tickets are final and no refunds of amounts paid for the purchase of Raffle Tickets will be issued under any circumstances, except for those circumstances included herein. 5. PRIZE: one 2018 Airstream Sport that has been custom designed by ADEC Clients with a purchase price of forty-six thousand three hundred dollars ($46,300) purchased from Airstream (Jackson Center, Ohio) in partnership with Thor Industries. There are no warranties by ADEC, Inc, express or implied, for any prize awarded in connection with this Raffle. All implied warranties (including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are expressly disclaimed by ADEC, Inc. The Airstream RV shall include only such warranties that are offered by the manufacturer or dealer. The winner is solely responsible for the payment of any and all federal, state and local taxes relating to or arising from any prize awarded in connection with this Raffle. The 2018 Airstream Sport prize is subject to Federal and State withholding tax and ADEC will withhold taxes as required by law. Withholding tax will be paid to ADEC, Inc. upon delivery of prize. This includes 25% federal income tax withholdings and 3.4% Indiana State tax withholdings on the above stated value of the 2018 Airstream Sport RV to

3 ADEC, Inc. prior to release of the RV. After the end of the year, ADEC, Inc. will file Forms 5754, W-2G or 1099 to report the value of the prize on and the taxes withheld, and the winner will receive a copy. Winner also agrees to provide his/her social security number and other necessary information to ADEC, Inc. for tax purposes. Winner must comply with federal and state regulations. Winner must collect the prize no later than 4 pm E.D.T. on June 15, RANDOM DRAWING: One winner will be selected by random drawing by an operator from all eligible Raffle tickets purchased. By entering the Raffle, all participants agree: a) to be bound by and comply with these rules; b) that winning any prize is contingent upon fulfilling all the requirements of these rules; and c) that the decisions of ADEC, Inc. shall be final and binding in all respects. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible tickets purchased. 7. CLAIMING OF PRIZE: The winner will be notified by ADEC, Inc. via telephone, mail or e- mail, as determined in ADEC, Inc. s sole discretion, using the information provided on the Raffle ticket. Raffle participants need not be present to win. The winner will have until 3:00 p.m. on April 16, 2017 to claim the prize. To claim prize, a winner must present valid photo identification to ADEC, Inc. that matches the name listed on the winner s Raffle ticket provided to ADEC, Inc. If the winners do not comply with and satisfy all of the Official Rules of the Raffle, the winner will automatically forfeit his or her prize, at which time ADEC, Inc. will draw another winning ticket. As a condition of receiving any prize awarded in connection with the Raffle, winners shall complete, execute and return as directed an Affidavit, Waiver, Release and Indemnity Agreement including, where lawful, a Publicity Release (plus any additional documents required at the sole discretion of ADEC, Inc.) 8. RELEASE AND INDEMNITY: By participating in the Raffle or accepting a prize, all participants and winners agree to indemnify, defend, release and hold harmless ADEC, Inc. and its partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and the forgoing companies officers, directors, shareholders, members, managers, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the Releasees ) from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, actions, causes of action, losses, damages, liabilities, reasonable attorney s fees, taxes, and other costs and expenses resulting or arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from (i) any prize awarded in connection with this Raffle; (ii) the participant s or winner s participation in the Raffle; (iii) any Raffle prize-related activity; (iv) the participant s or winner s use, acceptance, or possession of a Raffle prize; or (v) otherwise arising from or relating to any violation of the Official Rules of the 2018 ADEC AIRSTREAM RAFFLE.

4 By participating in the Raffle and/or accepting a prize, all participants and winners further consent to and give ADEC, Inc. the right to interview, photograph or record on a video the winner, and in perpetuity to freely and exclusively use, publish, and display a winner s (and where applicable a participant s) names, address, entry form, ticket, picture, portrait, likeness, voice, video, statements, quotes, biographical information, and prize information (in whole or in part, as may be adapted, edited, or modified, as solely determined by ADEC, Inc.) for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the World Wide Web, without review, notification or approval, all without additional consideration, unless prohibited by law. 9. CONDITIONS: As a condition of participation in the Raffle, all participants covenant and agree that they release ADEC, Inc. from any and all Liability in connection with: a)tickets that are ineligible as a result of being lost, late, illegible, damaged, incomplete, stolen or misdirected; b) any typographical or other human or technical errors in the offer or administration of the Raffle, including but not limited to errors in advertising, these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the winners or the distribution or awarding of any prize; or c) acts of God, natural disasters, or any other matters which are out of ADEC, Inc s control, including but not limited to fire, flood, weather, hostilities (whether or not war is declared), rebellion, insurrection, terrorist action, labor strike, blockage, or embargo. ADEC, Inc. reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Raffle. ADEC, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Raffle if it becomes corrupted in any manner, in its sole discretion, such that it cannot be conducted as originally planned and, in such event, to select winners by random drawing from all eligible tickets purchased prior to the action taken by ADEC, Inc. In such event, Releasees shall have no Liability to any participant to who is disqualified due to such action on the part of ADEC, Inc. Any failure on the part of ADEC, Inc. to enforce any terms of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. 10. ATTORNEY S FEES: In the event that any participant or winner shall violate any of the Official Rules for ADEC, Inc s 2018 AIRSTREAM SPORT RV RAFFLE, such participant or winner shall pay any and all reasonable attorney s fees, costs and expenses incurred by ADEC in enforcing the Official Rules for ADEC, Inc s 2018 Raffle. 11. LAWS: The Raffle shall be subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted.

5 12. REGISTERED WITH THE STATE OF INDIANA: ADEC, Inc. has obtained the license # constituting authorization to conduct a raffle in the State of Indiana.
