Offer: PlayOLG Starter Package- First Deposit Promotion up to $100 in Bonus Funds (the Offer ) is valid for PlayOLG casino play only and is subject to these Offer Terms and Conditions (the Terms ) and the Official PlayOLG Terms and Conditions (the PlayOLG Terms ), which are hereby incorporated into and made part of these Terms. 2. PlayOLG Account and Balances: To participate in the Offer, an Eligible Participant (defined below in Rule 5) must have a valid PlayOLG Account that is in good standing in accordance with the PlayOLG Terms (an Account ). Each Account is divided into a cash balance (the Cash Balance ) and a bonus balance (the Bonus Balance ). When making your Deposit (as defined below in Rule 4), your money is always deposited into the Cash Balance of your Account. Any Bonus Funds (as defined below in Rule 7) earned through this Offer will be credited to the Bonus Balance of your Account. During game play on PlayOLG, both the Cash Balance and the Bonus Balance are combined to form the Total Balance (the Total Balance ), which is the amount that is displayed to Eligible Participants during game play. For the avoidance of doubt, the Total Balance appearing during each game play is the balance available for play in relation to that particular game. In some circumstances, the Bonus Balance (or a part thereof) may not be available to be used in relation to a particular game. Where this happens, there may be a discrepancy between the Total Balance and the sum of the Cash Balance and the Bonus Balance. Any such discrepancy is only a result of the Bonus Balance (or a part thereof) not being available for play within that particular game. An Eligible Participant can view the Cash Balance and Bonus Balance of his/her Account at any time by visiting the My Account section of his/her Account. Eligible Bonus Funds convert to the Cash Balance a few minutes after the qualifying casino game ends in which the wager requirement was met and when there is no active casino game. For this reason, you should end all casino games and wait a few minutes before visiting My Account to see the most up-to-date information. Allocation of Funds Won : Any funds won resulting from wagers made using funds from an Eligible Participant s Cash Balance will automatically be credited to the Cash Balance of the Eligible Participant s Account. Any funds won resulting from wagers made using funds from an Eligible Participant s Bonus Balance will automatically be credited to the Bonus Balance of the Eligible Participant s Account. Any funds won resulting from wagers made using a combination of funds from an Eligible Participant s Cash Balance and Bonus Balance will automatically be credited, in direct proportion to the amounts used from each such Balance to comprise your wager, to the Cash Balance and Bonus Balance, respectively, of the Eligible Participant s Account.

Deposit(s): As used in these Terms, a deposit ( Deposit ) means a minimum deposit of fifteen Canadian dollars ($15 CAD) that has been made by an Eligible Participant into his/her Account in accordance with the PlayOLG Terms. 5. Eligibility: The Offer is available in Ontario only and is open only to residents of Ontario who (at the time of participation): (i) are nineteen (19) years of age or older; (ii) have a valid Account; and (iii) have only ever made one (1) Deposit into their Account (each, an Eligible Participant ). 6. Code: The received from PlayOLG, concerning this Offer, will contain a code ( Code ); this Code may also be available through PlayOLG.ca; the Code is required to participate in the Offer. Please retain the original Code for your records. All Codes submitted are subject to verification in the sole and absolute discretion of OLG. Any Code that cannot be verified to the complete satisfaction of OLG, in its sole and absolute discretion, is subject to immediate disqualification (in which case the Offer for any such Eligible Participant will be declared null and void and any Bonus Funds associated with such Code will be forfeited in their entirety). 7. Offer Redemption: To redeem the Offer (an Offer Redemption ), an Eligible Participant must log-in to his/her Account and make a first Deposit (a First Deposit ) into his/her Account. At the time of making the First Deposit, the Eligible Participant will be required to enter his/her Code in the space provided. Once the Code has been entered and the First Deposit is complete, the Eligible Participant will automatically receive Bonus Funds (the Bonus Funds ) in the Bonus Balance of his/her Account. The amount of Bonus Funds that the Eligible Participant will receive will be up to One Hundred Canadian dollars ($100 CAD). By way of examples: (i) if the First Deposit is $50 CAD, then the corresponding Bonus Funds will be $50.00 CAD; (ii) if the First Deposit is $100 CAD, then the corresponding Bonus Funds will be $100 CAD. Under no circumstances will the Bonus Funds associated with this Offer exceed One Hundred Canadian dollars ($100 CAD), regardless of the amount of the First Deposit. 8. Offer Limit: There is a limit of one (1) Offer Redemption per Eligible Participant. If it is discovered by OLG (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by OLG) that any Eligible Participant (or any person or entity purporting to be an Eligible Participant) has attempted to: (i) complete more than one (1) Offer Redemption; and/or (ii) use multiple names, identities, addresses and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt this Offer; then he/she may be disqualified from participating in the Offer in the sole and absolute discretion of OLG. 9. Verification: All Eligible Participants, Offer Redemptions and Codes are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. OLG reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to OLG): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual s eligibility to

3 participate in this Offer; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any Offer Redemption, , Code or other information for the purposes of this Offer; and/or (iii) for any other reason OLG deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Offer in accordance with these Terms. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of OLG within the timeline specified by OLG may result in disqualification. 10. Bonus Funds: Any Bonus Funds earned through this Offer may be used for PlayOLG casino play only and may not be used for PlayOLG lottery play. See Rule 11 for qualifying games. Bonus funds may be forfeited at any time by ing customer support at or by calling PLAY (7529). An Eligible Participant must use the Bonus Funds earned through this Offer in their entirety in accordance with the Wager Requirements (as outlined in Rule 11) within thirty (30) days of such Bonus Funds being deposited into his/her Account, otherwise the Bonus Funds will expire and automatically be removed from the Bonus Balance of the Eligible Participant s Account and forfeited. 11. Wager Requirements Relating to Bonus Funds: A wagering requirement is a number of times, or total amount wagered, that you are required to play to convert your Bonus Funds to your Cash Balance (the Wager Requirement ). Within thirty (30) calendar days of the Bonus Funds being deposited into your Account, you must have wagered an aggregate of ten (10) times the total amount of the Bonus Funds on PlayOLG.ca. By way of examples: Scenario 1 : First Deposit: $50 Bonus Funds: $50 Total Balance: $100 Total Wager Required within 30 Days: 10 x $50 = $500 Scenario 2 : First Deposit: $100 Bonus Funds: $100 Total Balance: $200 Total Wager Required within 30 Days: 10 x $100 = $1,000 For clarity, the Wager Requirements must be satisfied within thirty (30) calendar days of the Bonus Funds being deposited into the Eligible Participant s Account in order for: (i) such Bonus Funds, and/or any Bonus Funds won resulting from such Bonus Funds being wagered, not to expire and automatically be removed from the Bonus Balance of the Eligible Participant s Account and forfeited; and/or (ii) such Bonus Funds and/or any Bonus Funds won resulting from such Bonus Funds being wagered to be converted to your Cash Balance.

4 In the event of making a Deposit into his/her Cash Balance, wagered amounts are first deducted from the Eligible Participant s Cash Balance of his/her Account. If no funds remain in the Eligible Participant s Cash Balance, then the wager amount is deducted from the Eligible Participant s Bonus Balance of his/her Account. This means that funds in an Eligible Participant s Bonus Balance are only wagered in the event that the funds available in the Cash Balance of the Eligible Participant s Account are insufficient to complete the wager. To reiterate, wagers made in accordance with these Terms from the Cash Balance (if any) and the Bonus Balance in eligible PlayOLG casino games contribute towards meeting the wager requirements. If an Eligible Participant attempts to make a withdrawal of any portion of their Cash Balance, then all Bonus Fund including those bonuses associated with interrupted games and/or Bonus Funds won resulting from such Bonus Funds being wagered, will automatically be removed from the Bonus Balance of the Eligible Participant s Account. It is the Eligible Participant s responsibility to monitor their progress on fulfilling their Wager Requirements to convert Bonus Funds to Cash. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of this Offer in any way (as determined by OLG in its sole and absolute discretion) is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, OLG reserves the right to pursue and/or seek sanctions, remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. By participating in this Offer, each Eligible Participant expressly consents to OLG's collecting, storing, disclosing and using his/her personal information in accordance with the PlayOLG Terms. OLG reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and/or other Offer mechanics stipulated in these Rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant or Entry with these Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of OLG, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect or may affect the proper administration of the Offer as contemplated in these Terms, or for any other reason.

6 In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Terms and disclosures or other statements contained in any Offer-related materials; the terms and conditions of these Terms shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.
