1 OFFICIAL RULES THIS CONTEST IS OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF CANADA ONLY (EXCLUDING QUEBEC) AND IS GOVERNED BY CANADIAN LAW Reebok Always Classic CONTEST The Reebok Always Classic Contest (the Contest ) is governed by these official rules (the Official Rules ), which are available online at from March 26, 2018 at 12:00AM Eastern Time ( ET ) until April 30, 2018 at 11:59PM Eastern Time ( ET ) (the Contest Period ). By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to be legally bound by these Official Rules, including without limitation all eligibility requirements, and understands that Sponsor s (defined below) decisions in connection with the Contest are final and binding in all respects. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, territorial and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. 1. SPONSOR: This Contest is sponsored by Reebok Canada, a division of adidas Canada Ltd., 8100 Highway 27. Woodbridge, Ontario L4H 3N2 (the Sponsor ). 2. CONTEST PERIOD: The contest runs from March 26, 2018 at 12:00AM Eastern Time ( ET ) to April 30, 2018 at 11:59PM Eastern Time ( ET ) (the Contest Period ). 3. ELIGIBILITY, RESIDENCY AND AGE: The Contest is only open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who: (i) have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry. Despite the foregoing, employees, officers, representatives or agents of Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, contest agencies, production agencies and/or any other entity involved in the administration or execution of the Contest (collectively, the Contest Parties ), and such employees, officers, representatives or agents respective immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, in-laws, grandparents, grandchildren) and people domiciled with them, are not eligible to enter the Contest. 4. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. To enter the Contest, visit (the Website ) and follow the onscreen instructions to: (i) fill out the Contest entry form (the Entry Form ) including your address, full name, date of birth, select your store; and (ii) signify your agreement to be bound by these Official Rules (collectively, an Entry ). In order to be eligible, your Entry must be completed during an Entry Period in accordance with these Official Rules (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and

2 absolute discretion). Please note that you may also opt-in to receive information and offers from Sponsor; however, opting-in is not required in order for an eligible entry for this Contest. 5. LIMITS AND SPONSOR S RIGHT TO VERIFY: There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per Entry Period. If it is discovered by Sponsor (using any evidence or other information made available to or otherwise discovered by Sponsor) that any person has attempted to: (i) exceed any of the limits stated in the Official Rules; and/or (ii) use multiple names, identities, addresses, and/or any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s) to enter or otherwise participate in or to disrupt this Contest; then he/she may be disqualified from the Contest in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Your Entry may be rejected if (in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor) it is not fully completed with all required information and submitted and received in accordance with these Official Rules during an Entry Period. The Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, delayed, incomplete or incompatible Entries (all of which are void). All Entries and entrants are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to Sponsor including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual s eligibility to participate in this Contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any Entry or other information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Contest; and/or (iii) for any other reason Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Contest in accordance with these Official Rules. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of Sponsor within the timeline specified by Sponsor may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of this Contest will be the Contest server machine(s). 6. PRIZES: PRIZES: There are three (3) prizes available to be won at the start of the Contest Period (the Prizes ). The number of Prizes available to be won will decrease throughout the Contest as they are claimed in accordance with these Official Rules. Prizes are as follows: One (1) Always Classic Prize Pack including one (1) pair of Reebok Classic Leather shoes, one (1) pair of Reebok Club C shoes, one (1) pair of Reebok Workout Plus shoes and one (1) pair of Reebok Freestyle Hi shoes (Women sizes only). Approximate Retail Value ( ARV ) of this prize is $ CAD. One (1) Reebok.ca shopping spree, consisting of $ to spend on Reebok.ca. ARV of this prize is $ CAD. One (1) Reebok.ca shopping trip, consisting of $ to spend on Reebok.ca. ARV of this prize is $ CAD. The total approximate retail value of all prizing is $ CAD. The Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Winners are not eligible to request a specific style of Reebok shoes all characteristics and features of the Prizes (except as otherwise explicitly stated above) will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. The Prizes are non-transferable,

3 cannot be substituted for another prize, cannot be sold, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor reserves the right (at its sole and absolute discretion) to substitute any Prize for another prize of equal or greater value in the event the prize is unavailable or for any other reason whatsoever. Limit of one (1) Prize per person. 7. PRIZE WINNERS SELECTION: On April 30 th, 2018 at 10AM, a random drawing will take place in Burlington, Ontario to select one (1) potential Prize winner for each prize from among the Entries received during the corresponding Entry Period. All potential winners will be contacted by May 15 th, 2018 at 11:59PM EST. The odds of winning a Prize will depend on the number of Entries received during the applicable Entry Period. HOWEVER, ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE CONTEST. A POTENTIAL WINNER OF A PRIZE IS NOT A CONFIRMED WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE LOCKER SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL SPONSOR HAS VERIFIED HIS/HER COMPLIANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE POTENTIAL WINNER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED SUCH VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. 8. NOTIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION OF PRIZE WINNERS: The Sponsor or its designated representative will attempt to contact each potential Prize winner (using the address provided in his/her Entry Form) within three (3) business days of the applicable Draw Date. If a potential Prize winner cannot be contacted within such time, or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable; then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to a Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to randomly select an alternate potential Prize winner from among the remaining Entries received during the applicable Entry Period (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected potential Prize winner). IN ORDER TO BE DECLARED A WINNER, each potential Prize winner will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, without aid or assistance, and may, upon Sponsor s request, be required to complete a declaration and release form within the timeline specified by the Sponsor. By accepting a Prize, each confirmed winner agrees to accept the Prize as awarded, fully releases the Contest Parties and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the Released Parties ) from all liability in connection with this Contest and the awarding and use of the Prize, and agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, address, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of Sponsor in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet. Prizes will be delivered to confirmed winners by mail. If a potential Prize winner: (a) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question ; (b) fails, upon Sponsor s request, to return the properly executed Contest documents within the specified time; (c) cannot accept (or is unwilling to accept) the Prize (as awarded) for any reason; and/or (d) is determined

4 to be in violation of these Official Rules (all as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to a Prize) and the applicable Prize will not be awarded. 9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Without limiting the generality of any other provision of these Official Rules, by entering the Contest, each entrant (and, if a Minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, participation in this Contest, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of a Prize (if applicable) or participation in any Contest-related activity and/or claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. 10. LIMITATION OF WARRANTIES: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF ANY OF THE PRIZES. 11. ADDITIONAL TERMS: Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest in accordance with the letter and spirit of these Official Rules. Additionally, Sponsor reserves the right to prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to withdraw, amend or suspend this Contest (or to amend these Official Rules) in any way, in the event of an error, technical problem, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Official Rules. Sponsor, at its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend this Contest, or to amend these Official Rules, without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error or any kind, or for any other reason. Without limiting the generality of the forgoing, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate based on the circumstances and/or to comply with applicable law. Subject to all applicable Canadian federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations, these Official Rules govern all aspects of the Contest and are binding on all participants. If due to printing, production, online, internet, computer or other error of any kind, more Prizes are claimed than intended to be distributed or awarded according to these Official Rules, then, in addition to having the right to terminate the Contest immediately, Sponsor reserve the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to rescind invalid prize claims, conduct a random draw from amongst all eligible prize claimants in order to award the correct number of Prizes. In no event will Sponsors be liable for more than the number of Prizes as stated in these Official Rules. The Contest is only open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who: (i) have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry. 5 Contest, each entrant expressly consents to Sponsor, its agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted with his/her Entry for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with Sponsor s privacy policy (available at: This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide Sponsor or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these English Official Rules or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials (including without limitation any advertising or promotional materials), the terms and conditions of these English Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control Reebok Canada, a division of adidas Canada Limited.
