I SHOPPING ANNUITY OVERVIEW The shopping annuity is a revolutionary concept that helps smart shoppers convert their spending into earning through AU.SHOP.COM. Unlike a typical annuity from a bank, you don t have to invest a massive sum of money to get started your investment is what you already spend on everyday purchases. Take the assessment and complete the exercises in the assessment workbook to determine your shopping annuity earning and savings potential. Converting your spending into earning with the Shopping Annuity is a simple process that you can perform, provided you understand the basic elements: shopping, and an annuity. Let s start with the term annuity. An annuity is a process by which a fixed payment is made to you at specified intervals for a specified length of time. For example: AUD$1,500 every month for 20 years (240 payments). Now to fund the annuity, you must contribute a very large, fixed sum payment before the monthly payments to you may begin. For example: AUD$450,000 fixed sum payment to receive AUD$1,500 per month for 20 years. The Shopping Annuity works exactly the same way, only with one major difference. The upfront fixed sum payment is not made by contributing money, but it is made by contributing time. By contributing 8-15 hours per week (out of 168 available hours) for months, you create the fixed sum payment. The time spent in redirecting purchases through AU.shop.com where the Shopping Annuity is funded by the margins on the money already spent on products by you and those you lead to. This is accomplished through the AU.shop.com arrangement with sellers to track the sales and convert the profit margins into a social currency (bv & ibv) which accumulates into an account for you as well as 100 percent of anyone you lead to directly or indirectly. This social currency converts into a residual income at specific thresholds and is calculated weekly. To this end, the money you spend to live is working for you like an investment even after it is spent! Using 8-15 hours per week of discretionary time, performing four actions over a 2-3 year period, could result in a minimum of AUD$1,500 per week or more forever! Market Australia is a product brokerage and internet marketing company that specialises in one-toone marketing and social shopping. Market Australia s number one selling product is its UnFranchise Business Development System. It is a system for entrepreneurs to create a significant, ongoing income, while providing consumers worldwide with a better way to shop. This system is fuelled by a Management Performance Compensation Plan (mpcp) that rewards each UnFranchise Owner (ufo) for changing what they shop for and how they shop for it.
The Shopping Annuity begins with Completing the shopping annuity assessment: 1. take an inventory of all products your household is currently buying every 4-12 weeks, then identify Market Australia exclusive products that could replace them. Ufos are compensated from the Business Volume (bv) created for buying and using their own exclusive products. 2. For those products that can t be replaced, simply continue buying those same brands, but change how they are bought. Change from brick and mortar to click and order at the very same stores through your own AU.shop.com website. Ufos are compensated from the Internet Business Volume (ibv) and Cashback created for buying from the same stores through AU.shop.com vs. driving to the store or going directly to the store s website. 3. Identify two to eight individuals committed to improving their financial situation by performing these actions. Teach, manage and assist those individuals above in converting spending into earning by changing what they buy, and how they buy it. 4. Recommend Market Australia s exclusive products, the AU.shop.com experience, to individuals and build relationships to create lifetime value or future business partners (ufos). Ufos are compensated by the ibv created by all purchases made from the AU.shop.com websites. These individuals earn Cashback on every purchase they make through your AU.shop.com website and Cashback from all purchases made by individuals they referred to your AU.shop.com website. The result of these four actions is the creation of a never-ending flow of bv and ibv to generate a significant, ongoing residual income and generate an immediate savings in true costs of AUD$9,156 or more plus your households annual purchases. WHERE DOES The II THE MONEY GO? following is from the U.S. bureau of labor statistics, table 1400 consumer expenditures 2013, based on consumer unit This verifies, validates and substantiates how much money the average household spends on shopping that could fund the shopping annuity to convert spending into earning. AVERAGE CONSUMER UNIT CHARACTERISTICS Income before taxes AUD$93,849 Income after taxes AUD$79,842 Total Average Annual Expenditures AUD$77,168 Average number in consumer unit: People 2.9 Children under Earners 1.6 Vehicles 1.7 Men 49 Women 51

III MONEY SAVED IS MONEY EARNED Once we get our arms around what we spend on products, goods and services annually, we must factor in two major expenses associated with these purchases to determine how much we are spending. These two expenses are time and auto expenses. These two overlooked expenses can result in thousands of dollars extra added to the cost of your annual purchases. Changing how you shop at stores you currently shop will result in immediate savings. If you are a UFO building a BDC to S$136,250/year or more, or you are currently earning the average income of S$94,912, then that is the number that determines the value of your time. Money saved is money earned. Example 1 Example 2 Your Annual Income AUD$109,000 AUD$77,168 Hours worked per week What your time is worth per hour AUD$52.00 AUD$37.00 Number of times per week you take a trip to the store 4 4 Minutes spent driving per trip Cost of your time spent driving per year AUD$6,358 AUD$4,501 ASSESSMENT EXERCISE 1: TIME VALUE IN THE SHOPPING ANNUITY ASSESSMENT WORKBOOK Click on Tab Ex 1 Time Value Enter Your annual income in the first field Enter the number of times you take a trip to the store each week Enter the number of minutes spent on average per trip Click Enter and your results will automatically calculate Value of your time: + AUD$1,068 (Avg.Wear & Tear) + AUD$1,736 (Avg. Gas Savings) = YOUR TOTAL SAVINGS: IV IDENTIFYING Market Australia's EXCLUSIVE PRODUCTS A. Assessing Household Needs & Purchases The most important step in creating a Shopping Annuity is to take an inventory of all products your household is currently buying every 4 12 weeks, then identify Market Australia s exclusive products that could replace them. As a business owner, ufos are compensated from the BV created for buying and using the products they sell and represent. It is imperative that we maximise the number of Market Australia branded products our household use. The number of products we use has a direct correlation to the number of products we will sell.
ASSESSMENT EXERCISE 2: MA BRANDS Click on Tab Ex 2- ma Brands Enter in numbers for the Household Survey Enter an x next to each product you take Click Calculate Potential for my Shopping Annuity Click Reset Workbook to start over B. Shopping Advisor The Shopping Advisor is a tool that automates and assists ufos in identifying products, goods and services that they are currently buying on a regular basis to ensure they convert their spending into earning through their UnFranchise Business and AU.SHOP.COM. The Shopping Advisor takes you on a tour of a virtual home to identify negative products (items not purchased through your UnFranchise Business or AU.SHOP.COM) that can be turned into positive products by switching to Market Australia branded products or purchasing the same products through their AU.SHOP.COM site. Complete the Shopping Advisor to obtain an accurate assessment of all the Market Australia exclusive branded products your household should be using every 4-12 weeks. Remember to consider the total demographics of your entire household while on tour of the virtual home. This is the most important step in creating a Market Australia Shopping Annuity, so allow yourself minutes to complete within the next hours. To get a general idea of what type of results (savings and compensation) you can expect, complete the following survey. V IDENTIFYING WHERE YOU CURRENTLY SHOP For those products that can t be replaced, simply continue buying those same brands, but change how they are bought. To earn ibv and Cashback and maximise turning spending into earning; change from brick and mortar to click and order. To ensure that you get the best deals on the products you are looking for and you always receive Cashback and ibv, you need to install ShopBuddy on every computer in your household. If someone in your household does not go to a store through you AU.SHOP.COM site, ShopBuddy will alert them that Cashback and ibv will not be earned if they continue to shop. The following breaks down the shopping events every household is presented with on an annual basis. Every ufo should create a MyList on their AU.SHOP.COM site with the stores they shop at by Season, Occasion, Project, Occurrence and Product Category. The following will help you in the creation of these lists. ASSESSMENT EXERCISE 3: REGULAR SPENDING Click on Tab Ex 3- Regular Spending Take a look at the average monthly spending enter an estimate for your monthly spending in the My Monthly Spending column ASSESSMENT EXERCISE 3: ANNUAL SPENDING Click on Tab Ex 4- Annual Spending take a look at the spending that you may do throughout the year enter an estimate for each item in the Annual Spending Estimate column
VI UNFRANCHISE ANNUITY MONTHLY PROJECTION As you fund your Shopping Annuity, your monthly BV and IBV will grow. The following exercise will help you to calculate: 1. Current RESIDUAL INCOME FROM BV and IBV 2. projected RESIDUAL INCOME FROM BV and IBV ASSESSMENT EXERCISE 5: PROJECTIONS Click on tab ex 5- projections Insert your organisational average monthly bv and IBV for the respective bdcs. enter your personal monthly average bv/ibv that will be used to calculate organisational projections Insert the number of active UFOs in the respective organisation of your bdcs. Insert the number of completed assessments by UFOs in your respective organisations. insert the number of projected assessments to be completed by UFOs in your respective organisations
