40 4 lines of a toll-free number 1967 and a web portal functional Grievances are addressed in a 4-tier system in a timebound manner starting with Field (DSO) level (Tier-1) to Principle Secretary level (Tier-4) Beneficiaries can access the CM Helpline facility wherein they can obtain information on various schemes run by the department, report grievances and track the status of their complaint/ query The CM Helpline is also accessible to beneficiaries via State PDS portal (food.mp.gov.in) 4/19/
