The Michigan Regional Council of Carpenters shall include that part of Wisconsin of Northern Florence and Marinette Counties North of a straight line from the Wisconsin/Michigan border where highways W-139 and M-189 cross the Brule River to a point straight in line with Nathan, Michigan in Menominee County stopping at the point crossing the Menominee River. CARPENTERS: WAGE RATES: Effective the first full pay period on or after May 1, 2017, there is a total package increase of $.80/hr. which is added to the base rate. 5/01/2017 6/1/2017 **Base Rate $24.22 $23.74 Pension Pension Annuity UBC Funds $43.74 $43.74 Total $43.98 $43.98 * To be deducted from the Base Rate after payroll taxes have been computed and submitted to the Fund

2 Carpenters Local 1510 Upper Peninsula Page 2 **All work performed on Industrial Construction shall be paid at fifty cents ($.50) per hour above the Journeyman's rate. The definition of Industrial Construction is all industrial manufacturing and processing plants such as ore plants, paper mills, power houses, foundries, saw mills, wood processing plants, hydroelectric facilities, wind turbines or other industrial complexes to be determined on industrial projects or sites where uniform construction agreements (Project Agreement) are utilized or where Maintenance Agreements are used to perform industrial maintenance work. Effective the first full payroll period on or after 5/1/2018, there will be a total package increase of $.80 Effective the first full payroll period on or after 5/1/2019, there will be a total package increase of $.80 Effective the first full payroll period on or after 5/1/2020, there will be a total package increase of $.90 The above increases will be allocated first to the Pension Fund and second to the Health Care Fund, as determined by the Trustees of said Funds. Any balance is to be allocated by the Union. Foreman: When five (5) or more Carpenters are employed, one (1) shall act as working Foreman and receive the Foreman s rate of pay. Foreman rate of pay shall be a minimum of $1.50 per hour above the Journeyman scale. When five (5) or more carpenter foremen per shift are employed on a single project, they shall receive two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per hour above the Journeyman s rate. General Foreman: The General Foreman shall be selected from the Foremen and shall negotiate a rate above the Foreman s rate of pay on a project-to-project basis. Resilient Floor Layers: - same as Carpenter Journeyman rate.

Carpenters working on waterfront work on the Great Lakes or connecting water navigable to lake carriers shall receive twenty cents (20 ) per hour over the Journeyman s scale.

4 Carpenters Local 1510 Upper Peninsula Page 4 RESIDENTIAL WAGE RATES: WAGE RATES: Effective the first full payroll period on or after May 1, 2017, there is a total package increase of $.50/hr. which is added to the base rate. 5/01/2017 6/01/2017 ** Base Rate Residential $17.58 $17.33 Pension Pension Annuity $34.81 $34.81 Total $35.05 $35.05 * To be deducted from the Base Rate after payroll taxes have been computed and submitted to the Fund Effective the first full payroll period on or after 5/1/2018, there will be a total package increase of $.50 Effective the first full payroll period on or after 5/1/2019, there will be a total package increase of $.50 Effective the first full payroll period on or after 5/1/2020, there will be a total package increase of $.50 The above increase will be allocated first to the Pension Fund and second to the Health Care Fund, as determined by the Trustees of said Funds. Any balance is to be allocated by the Union. All increases for periods prior to May 1, 2013, shall remain unchanged, as per the parties current Underlying Agreement. Residential Helper: The helper shall receive $6.00 per hour plus Health Care and Special Assessment deduct. The ratio of Helpers to Journeymen shall be one (1) Journeyman, one (1) Apprentice to two (2) helpers. The helpers shall not exceed the Journeymen and Apprentices by fifty percent (50%).

5 Carpenters Local 1510 Upper Peninsula Page 5 OVERTIME: Flexible 40-Hour Workweek, Monday through Saturday: Straight-time shall be paid for work up to ten (10) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week Monday through Saturday for Commercial Construction. Time and one-half (1½x) will apply after ten (10) hours per day or forty (40) hours per week. Saturdays may be used as a make-up day, with a minimum of eight (8) hours scheduled. Double time (2x) applies on Sundays, Holidays and all time over twelve (12) hours per day. **Industrial Construction: Weekdays Saturdays Sundays Holidays 1½x (over 10 hours DT) 1½x (except make-up day) DT DT (over 10 hours DT) Shift Work: Consult the Collective Bargaining Agreement Apprentice Schedule: After completion of the eighth period and passing a Union test, the following Apprentice scale applies (percentage of Journeyman wage): 1 st Six Mos. = 60% 4 th Six Mos. = 75% 7th Six Mos. = 90% 2 nd Six Mos. = 65% 5 th Six Mos. = 80% 8 th Six Mos. = 95% 3 rd Six Mos. = 70% 6 th Six Mos. = 85% Apprentice Ratio: On jobs employing five (5) or more Carpenters, one shall be an Apprentice, when current apprentices are unemployed and available for work, with the same ration applicable thereafter. Additional Apprentices may be utilized on the project with the expansion of the job, with request to the Union. THIS AGREEMENT EXPIRES 4/30/2021
