2 Compensation Plan Definitions Ø Personal Volume (PV) - Personal Volume is the wholesale personal purchases of a Representa6ve, or higher, combined with the purchases of any Preferred Customers and Customers during a calendar month. Ø Group Volume (GV) - Group Volume reflects all monthly volume (including your PV) from your downline organization. You earn ranks based on your Group Volume (GV) 2

3 Monthly qualifications Individuals 18 years of age or older who have completed the enrollment registration process become VNI Members. They can purchase VNI products at Discounted Wholesale Prices but are not eligible to earn commissions until they qualify as Representatives. 3

4 Compensation Plan Definitions Monthly Product Subscription (MPS) (formerly Autoship ) An MPS ensures a continuous supply of product and compliance of a Rep s personal qualification to earn monthly commissions. A Representative must select a day between the 1st and 25th of the month on which to have their product sent. MPS is required to become an Executive Manager and above. A Qualified Representative must maintain an MPS of a minimum of 130 PV. A Preferred Customer must have an MPS and it can be of any amount. MPS ensures your monthly requirement will be met to remain active. 4

5 The VNI Maintaining Auto-ship Program (MAP) Pool The MAP Pool is comprised of 1% of the global commissionable volume of VNI. VNI Representatives that qualify will receive one or more shares in this Pool that will be divided between the number of issued shares. To qualify to receive payments for Shares in the 1% MAP Pool, you must have a monthly product subscription (formerly Auto-ship ) for 130 PV or more and have a minimum of Five (5) Personally Sponsored Representatives who each have a monthly product subscription with a minimum qualifying order of 130 PV. This earns the sponsor Rep one (1) share in the MAP Pool. Ten (10) personally enrolled Representatives qualifies the Sponsor for TWO (2) shares. Fifteen (15) personally enrolled Reps qualifies the Sponsor for 3 shares and so forth. New Representatives will have 90 days from the 1 st of the month following the month they enrolled to participate in the MAP Pool.

8 Monthly qualifications Representative - This means you only need $375 purchased by your whole organization to reach this level. Ex. 6 Prodovite Rep 375 GV Manager 1,125 GV

9 Ø Representatives will be paid up to 3 levels of commissions based on the number of active personally sponsored people 18 years of age or older. Ø * 1 st sponsored get paid on 1 st level Ø * 2 nd sponsored get paid on 2 nd level Ø * 3 rd sponsored get paid on 3 rd level Ø In order for Representatives to achieve the level of Executive Manager or higher, they need to have a Monthly Product Subscription. 9

18 Fast Start Bonus Ø The Fast Start Bonus is a 30% bonus paid to the Sponsor when their newly sponsored Rep places a minimum order of $130 (or more). Ø The volume will count as GV for upline rank qualificaron. 18

19 Match Award Ø VNI will match the commission check the month aser the RepresentaRve has reached the following rank for the first Rme: Manager, Executive Manager and Director 19

20 Elite Bonus Pool The Elite Bonus Pool is comprised of 1% of the U.S. monthly commissionable value for VNI. No share will pay more than $50,000 (U.S.) per month. The pool is paid out on a pro-rata basis to leaders who meet the following qualifications. 20

21 Elite Bonus Pool Ø Presidential Director (PD) and Ambassador Once a Rep has qualified for PD and has maintained that position for 3 consecutive months, they then earn one (1) share in the Elite Bonus Pool. If they fall out of qualification, they must start the 3 months of qualification over to regain their share. 21

22 Rank Maintenance Bonus RepresentaRves will receive a one Rme bonus for maintaining the following ranks for a minimum of 3 consecurve months. Manager $ ExecuRve Manager $ Director $ ExecuRve Director $

23 Victory Bonus Ø VNI will pay you a 10% Bonus of the Unilevel Commission Check earned by each of your personally sponsored Representa6ves every month you maintain a minimum of 225 PV. Ø Example: A personally sponsored Rep earns a $1000 Commission from their Unilevel Volume You EARN $100!!! 23

24 Achievement Award Ø For purposes of Commissions, the rank achieved by the end of the calendar month is the rank the Representa6ve will be paid for that en6re month. For instance, if the Representa6ve entered the month as Manager and by the end of the month they met the qualifica6ons to be Execu6ve Manager, they will earn commissions for that en6re month as Execu6ve Manager.
