The gold edged up in the wake of losses over the past two sessions as the leading dollar index also churned in the red. The buck, which was currently down slightly for the week but up 4.5% year to date, has been the key driver for the precious metals. A firmer greenback, which makes buying bullion more expensive to investors using another currency, remains near a roughly 14-month peak. Precious metal also trades nearly 10% lower year to date. TECHNICAL VIEW:- MCX Gold last week showed strong bearish movement and also took reversal from its upper key line i.e levels. For upcoming trading session it may continue with downward trend and price slides towards next major support of its lower trend line i.e levels and if price can take reverse movement from then it takes quick recovery from lower levels up to next important resistance of and if it maintains above this level then will act as a next major resistance level.

TECHNICAL VIEW:- MCX Silver last week took reverse movement from its upper key line of and showed strong downward movement and also closed around its lower channel line i.e levels. For upcoming session if it breaks and sustains below this level then we will continue to suggest bearish trend towards next support of On upper side it has strong resistance of and if price maintains above this level then it may push for some recovery up to next resistance level of and if price goes upside above this level then trend may change.

Beyond that, the US dollar did soften a bit so that also helped. However, there was a horrific inventory number earlier in the week but that number tends to be volatile. On Thursday and Friday Crude oil markets were very shaky during the week, going back and forth, but recovering quite nicely. Because of this, they may have saved themselves as the volatility seems to be picking up. Crude Oil market rallied significantly during the day on Friday, reaching as high as 4650 before pulling back a bit. On Friday Natural gas markets initially fell during the week but found enough resiliencies. TECHNICAL VIEW:- MCX Crude oil last week was quite volatile and it attempted to breach 4700 that is its upper key line but it settles down below this level. For upcoming week if it breaks major support of 4500 then price may slides towards next support of 4400 and our bearish view may continue. On upward side it has strong resistance level of 4650 and if price manages above this level then it comes upside up to next strong resistance level of 4750 and it may also take quick recovery.

Surpassing China, economic frailties in Turkey triggered fears of contagion amid a rout in emerging markets, which also kept a lid on gains in the wider metals as copper fell into bear -market territory Wednesday. MCX Copper prices fall -2.85% to , while zinc prices rose 14.75% at 168. Aluminum prices fell -1.29% to , while nickel futures rose % to TECHNICAL VIEW:- MCX Copper last week showed sideways to bearish movement and also broke its major support as well as its lower key line i.e. 415 levels. For upcoming period we will continue to suggest bearish trend towards next crucial support level of 400 and after that 390 will act as a next important support level. On higher side it has initial resistance of 412 and if it breaches this level then it may take some recovery from lower to upper level up to next resistance level of 420 and above this level trend may change from bearish to bullish.
